These lush green Margalla hills are very soothing to eyes. And view of the city from these hills is stunning. Margalla hills is a paramount for city-view. One can see entire Islamabad from here. There are many spots too while travelling along margalla hills like;Marghuzar zoo, Daman-e-koh park, Monal restaurant and last but not least the 6 trails for hiking. The beautiful stones looks like aligned by someone with care always fascinate you take a shot.

Beautiful hills have numerous hiking tracks. in islamabad its best place for relaxation. but during hiking one should be careful because this is jungle and animals are present in this hills.

I went on trail 5 with my cousins. It was my first time ever hiking experience and it was exhilarating. I still cant believe myself that I did it. I was totally overwhelmed when I reached the top and saw the beautiful view of whole Islamabad from there. What needs to be taken care beforehand is appropriate clothing and shoes. Keep a water bottle and some fruits for instant energy in your backpack.

It has such beautiful views to offer. You can see the entire Islamabad city from up here. Plus, there are amazing restaurants up there like The Monal and La Montana.

Recently I visited the margala hills with my college trip........ So hard to reach to the top of hills..... Patients of asthma and others with suffocation problems....keep their inhaler and medicine with them..... The hills are really beautiful to spend and enjoy your time.... You can have a beautiful view of the city from hills.....

The Margalla Hills is a hill range which is part of the Himalayan foothills located within the Margalla Hills National Park, north of Islamabad, Pakistan. The Margalla range has an area of 12,605 hectares. The hills are a part of Murree hills. It is a range with many valleys as well as high mountains.There are around 250 to 300 species of plants on the Margalla hills. As many as two third of them are used by the people for their medicinal effects to treat or cure various diseases.

Very spectacular video from MARGALLA Hills, we have visited in covid19 days and the day weve visited very spectacular weather was and we have enjoyed alot,There was many peoples around there and came out to enjoy the beautiful weather with their families A car has stopped due their gear box became faulty at the time but Ive have pushed towards the free space to through the traffic smoothly

It is a range with many valleys as well as high mountains.On 6 January 2012, after almost six years, Pir Sohawa, the citys highest tourist spot, received few inches of snowfall.Another measurable snow event occurred on 11 February 2016 where 2 inches fell after four years.

Closer to nature lie serene yet lively margala hills.Rich in flora and fauna the area is abode to variant colours of wildlife.

The Only Place where I want to go any time if someone want to take me there. The mountains of Margallah is a very peaceful place and one can feel very different if visited daily. All tacks are very nice but the Trail-3 and Trail-5 are the most visited trails of Margalla Hills. I am using these two mostly and due to hiking I meet with a lot new hikers which become now my best friends. Trekking on trails of Margalla will not only give you the wealth of Health but you will get the wealth in form of new friends as well. Weekend is the best time to hike there. For dinning the famous restaurants can be visit daily. The road leading to Pirsohawa is one of the beautiful road with some stunning views of Islamabad I enjoyed my trip always. This time I visited beyond the normal destination and it was an amazing experience. Please check the pictures I have taken a lot but want to share few here for you all. Centaurs Mall, Faisal Mosque and some other famous buildings can be seen clearly from the Margallah Hills.
