Good place for research based startups, otherwise not feasibile for startups who require frequent client visits.Although Building is new, its clean and tidy, power management is good, Air conditioning is excellent.Services are good but again not for startups which have requirement of daily visitors as the visitors will be annoyed by having to first stand in queue, submit their ID cards then come and have to collect it afterwards. It sounds easy, but its hefty.

Great place and environment for startups who wanted to have a place and connectivity

This is a great Science and Technology facility in Pakistan.NUST has the privilege to open this university for the students of Pakistan.A lot of new startups are growing and flourishing in Pakistan from this place.This is an amazing opportunity for youthfree incubation halls are available as well as paid rooms and officers are also available for mature companies

National science and technology park located in national university of science and technology h12 campus

Nassar Ikram, head of this park and pro rector - is a terrible person - avoid at all costs. He will lie and want money out of you just for rent. Couldnt care less for startups or for technology. Visitor and parking a hassle also. Find another choice.

A good initiative, however, people may not wish to visit because of entrance issue/complications.

Good office place for new companies but security at nust entrance sometimes feel like a problem if someone out of company is coming to visit.

Great to have Pakistans first ever science and technology park right here with in our own den. Alhamdulillah. This clearly shows that the future has some great possibilities for Pakistan. If it can happen in NUST, then this should happen in every good university as well. Anyway, I just visited NSTP with 2 of my friends and every minute spent there was just unbelievable, like for instance witnessing some great work being done by various start ups.Hats off to everyone whos helped make NSTP come to existence.May Allah give us all the never ending ability to serve our beautiful country! Ameen.

Place of tech minds

NSTP is one of Pakistan 1st Science and Technology park. Facility has great learning and innovative environment for Students, entrepreneur and professionals. It got its own InnoCafe for food. Internet service i.e NayaTel connection available in every room. Overall, awesome place.
