A very nice track, we went on Saturday morning in October. The track was quite busy and had alot of foot traffic. Most of the people were courteous except for some who will either block you or run right into you, not following any trail right of way ethics.The initial couple of miles were easy then it gets steep and need stronger body to climb. Some very nice views/lookouts on the way near 4-5km mark.Overall an excellent trail if you go early like 7 am out so during fall, Later it gets crowded.
