Very nice place but in a remote corner however everything else is as one would expect from a top coffee chain of pakistan

Not so good experience finding way to reach Gloria Jean. It took 10 minutes to sort out from where to enter and park in gloria jeans. They need to add directions to guide people. Otherwise the food and drinks were tasty. Loved the ambience inside and outside. Timings are also very flexible. We went there at 2 AM and thankfully they served us.

For rich people. But the place is very relaxing. It took long time for the order but sabar ka phal meetha hota hai

Overpriced and almost ok tasted coffee but had a great seating arrangement.

Let me start by saying that this is considered coffee shop, and they didn’t have coffee cups to serve coffee, and asked us if we would like paper cups?? Seriously?? And when we agreed since we didn’t have any other option, they didn’t have coffee cup sleeves, so yeah let’s burn our hands by holding up coffee cups in coffee shop! Absolutely don’t recommend this place to anyone. And yeah, I ended up paying almost 2000 for single serve chocolate cake, and three cups of coffee which again were served in paper cups, without sleeves.

Gloria Jeans is a big brand..... Unfortunately that branch is most compromised one.

A lovely place, secluded, not crowded and great sandwiches! Perfect for some alone time or some alone on one. The service was fantastic and everyone was so courteous. If Im ever in Lahore again, this will definitely be a place to have coffee...

I like Glorias breakfast but this specific branch does not serve breakfast. All they had was grill chicken sandwich that costed more than 800 with tax. Certainly, the cost did not justify the taste and presentation. The branch mentions that it opens at 8am. I went at 9am but still breakfast was not being served. The two stars I have given are for polite service and cleanliness.

Extremely overpriced. Compared with the likes, its only good for coffee. I made a terrible decision of ordering stuffed butter chicken, etc and I still regret it. Not worth the money at all.Coffee was good and worth the money.

Gloria Jeans Platter —————————— For Rs 999/- you get soup with garlic bread, Grilled Chicken Panini, Spicy Honey Wings and chicken Sticks. This is good enough for a lite outing for two. Panini is great in taste 7/10.

A good place for personal meetings. However, was not satisfied with customer service. Staff was not proactive. Furthermore, they didnt have traditional cups for coffee and they served coffee in disposable cups when dine in :)

Average food with quite high pricing compared to other decent restaurants. I mean 879 for a single dish without taxes. Zero marks for presentation. Service was average around 20 to 25 minutes. And the worst part is rs.400 without taxes for a lemonade as they dont keep coke or sprite so u r bound to take that. So i short expect rs.1500 per head including taxes

Extremely worst experience. I left all stops on my way in Gulberg to have breakfast near airport, as per their timing 8am, shop was not open even till 9am & we had to finally leave for airport with breakfast. Very Bad management....

Nice ambience and good food / service. But a bit costly.

This place is a rundown dump. Frogs were hopping about in the entrance lobby which in any case looked like youre walking through a junk store. The interior was dingy with peeling wallpaper and furnishings well past their useful life. The menu was grimy and the coffee was not only overpriced (as usual), it was actually bad. We were served in disposable cups because the crockery was being printed with the logo.. Spare yourself the misery, and some money, go to your nearest McCafe..

I went there even after reading the negative reviews and i tell you what, it was totally dissapointing. As written earlier they didnt have what was on the menu and servings were at best mix and match of whatever they had. This place will die it own death if the management dont take steps to every aspect. To hasten its demise, please spare yourself the agony and dont visit this place.

The place was a bit rundown, washroom was outside the restaurant . Food was good but mint lemonade was too sweet.

I dont know if this is actually a Glorias or someone with money just faked the place. The taste is so different (not in a good way at all). The mint chocolate bomb was somewhat okay, but the molten lava...damn I cant say. First of all he said there is no vanilla ice cream. NO VANILLA ICE CREAM. For the first time in my life I ate molten lava with mango ice cream...it was ridiculous. The molten lava cake itself was strange, the chocolate was gooey and the cake was very dry.I highly doubt this is authentic Gloria Jeans outlet considering the taste, presentation and the casual behavior of the staff.

Good place to have a cup of coffee and tea also their chillers are perfect .this is also a separate place for smoking .There was this one time i encountered a piece of hair in their brownie so please be careful too

Its more of a fast food coffee shop the parking was a bit crowded but like any other gloria jeans they had a comfortable environment and I would rate the service excellent.

The taste and service were good, however its the ambience and sitting arrangement that needs alot of tension. There were cigarette holes on most of sofas.

More clear instructions are required for the access of this olace. Also, the washrooms are at quite spooky place.......right at the backside in car parking.....Order taking speed needs to be improved as well.......

The entrance with fake grass carpet thing isnt pleasing. I would have preferred a smaller but cozier place. There is a real estate office at the back of the premise and a backdoor in Gloria jeans goes to it which makes for some unnecessary traffic. Overall food quality is good. I tried the panini there.

I will share brief facts about my experience at this particular Gloria Jeans and let the readers decide for themselves.I visited this particular branch 4 days in a stretch; Sept 13, Sept 15, Sept 16 and Sept 17.Each time my experience went from bad to worse due to the following reasons:1. The washroom had no tissue or hand-wash on all 4 occasions. This happened despite me telling them each time on all 4 visits that I went to the min counter to ask for tissue paper. The staff apologized each time but there was no follow-through each time.2. On one of our visits, when we asked for tissues with the food, we were given a single (1) tissue paper even though there were 2 of us dining there. The 1 tissue paper that was given to us was torn [as if previously used]. When I asked them to change that, I was told we dont have any tissues available.. I had to go to my car, get the box of tissues and give it to them so that other customers of theirs would not be inconvenienced the same way. [Imagine a food place that doesnt have tissues to give?!]3. On my last visit on Sept 17th, I ordered tea while my wife ordered water. We had to wait 45 mins before we got either of the requested items. When we asked what the delay is we got 2 different responses from the main counter: (a) hamara cashier nahi aya tu hum order nahi punch kar sakte (Our cashier isnt here so were unable to punch in your order) [are you kidding me?] (b) sorry sir hum tak apka order nahi pohncha (Sorry we havent been informed of your order till now) [makes one wonder what the service boy was doing all the while even though we placed the order 45 mins ago]4. When my wife asked for a glass for the water, she was told hamare pas glass and paper cups khatam huay ve hain (Were out of stock on glasses & paper cups). Furthermore, the tea was served without any sugar sachets & spoon. I had to walk up to the counter myself to collect both items.5. I found the washroom to be dirty on each visit. There were always mud marks on the floor, and the pedal dustbin was placed with the pedal facing the corner. (a) How is a customer supposed to press the pedal if its not even facing outside? (b) Do you actually expect your customers to fix the direction of accessories in the washroom for you?6. When I finally got to meet the owner on my 4th visit and got to share my feedback with him, he was rude to his staff in front of everyone; to the point of publicly slapping one of the workers with his finger. That behavior is uncalled for and unjustified. It violates workplace decency and also the labor laws of the country.With all this said & done, I feel disappointed the management @ this particular branch of Gloria Jeans was unable to rectify any of the issues despite saying Sorry to every single thing every single time. And by management, I imply the Branch manager, the Owner, the Shift in-charge, and also even the servers.My experience has gone downhill. And I wasnt very surprised to see so many similar reviews here. This is my take on the matter. The readers are welcome to experience the place for themselves and arrive at an opinion of their own.

Food was nice...Good taste freshly made ...coffee is really nice and fresh ...But the one thing we did not like about the place was their service....non cooperative staff ...added extra amount in our bill and even did not redeem their mistake .....

If you like the other Gloria Jeans outlets, youll like this one too. The main difference here is that, as of this writing, its still relatively empty and you can enjoy the openness of the space. Music should be improved, in my opinion, but thats a complaint about about all GJ outlets, not just this one.[Edit] I was here yesterday (July 8,) and there was a loadshedding. I dont know if they are equipped with a UPS or generator because there was no electricity for an entire hour. I previously thought this place was one of my favorites, but now its not. At least not in summer.
