The ambience of this restaurant is very relaxing.We ordered Stuffed chicken, fish and chips and club sandwich with 3 fresh lime. The best of the three was stuffed chicken and then fish and chips though there were very less chips. Club sandwich was good too but the quantity wasnt upto my expectations.Then we had the Famous lava cake which was awesome. It is the best lava cake in town. But that lava coming out part was missing as the cake was baked and served inside a pot. But the taste is Amazing.Total bill was around 3900 without tax.

We ordered the banana salted caramel french toast and the spicy chicken pasta- both were delicious! The quality of the pasta was exceptional, it was fresh and creamy, and had the perfect kick. I was pleasantly surprised that the french toast werent too sweet- a perfect brunch meal.The only downfall was the extremely slow service, better have a couple hours to kill.

I have been going to Butlers Chocolate Cafe since a long time. I must say that the quality and taste they offer is quite unique from all the others. The spicy chicken pasta is just amazing and the signature chocolate shake gives you an awesome taste. Worth a visit always.

One of the best sandwich they got philly steak. Pasta was also good. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Prices are higher.

Very disappointing! The signature chocolate shake tasted as if spoiled milk and old chocolate was used to make it.

Butlers is excellent no matter which branch you visit. Chocolates are second to none and the coffee and desserts are exceptional. Staff at this branch were attentive and polite and looked like they wanted to be there. The location is ideal after a hard days shopping with plenty of seating. The blueberry muffin was moist and tasty. The warm scone with clotted cream and jam was also very tasty indeed. Well recommended!

Today’s visit left me disappointed. Service was too slow. It took at least 40 minutes for our order. The food quality was average. It should be improved. I’ll only recommend Butlers for desserts.Customer Service: 3/5Food Quality: 3/5

Visited butlers after a long time, shocked to see they have lost quality and taste. Molten lava cake was more like chocolate fudge pastry. Sandwiches were of average taste or I should se below average. Quality was not that good either. Since their bathroom-dishes scandal this was my first visit and I must say I was disappointed. Wouldnt recommend this place. I am sure you can find much better places to eat in Package mall.

Tried the main menu here, food tastes good but portion is just average. Pizza was not good at all, low on toppings and baked with cheddar cheese, its available​ in thin crust and 9 inches only. The environment is nice. Havent tried all the sweet things on their menu, which they are famous for.

Absolutely elite. The prices are high but well worth the quality and service. Tried their seasonal passion fruit lemonade, molten lava with ice cream scoop and mint chocolate beverage. All were too good. The place is nice and clean. The staff is polite, hospitable and well informed about their menu. This outlet offers a good view of the city side of the mall.

They have a great verity of deserts. Basically it was know for its Chocolate Shakes, Molten Lava Cake and deserts but now they have a good Overall menu. This outlet have a good view of the Mall parking.

Just roaming aroumd the mall and found this place. Ambiance and decore is very good. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Especially, their variety of chocolates ia awesome and mouth watering. The sitting arrangement is different. It is not rusy area and can be sitted in silence and comfortable zone.

The taste of the food is good...however the service was rather slow

Cozy location with a big window view which gives you a nice break and fuel during your shopping. The Italian Mozzarella Bites are awesome... herbed rice balls with red sauce and garlic mayo on top. Sounds simple but the parmesan gives it the kick ass taste. Though it is a hefty price for three small balls. The pasta gratin is always delicious, the baked pasta has a generous amount of cheese. Love it. Butlers Temptation Cake is the bomb. I love sweets. Its hard to find good tasting chocolate in Pakistan and this cake filled with chocolate ganache tastes so yummy rich in chocolate. The caramel crunch is a added bonus. I dont care for the vanilla ice-cream it comes with... It tastes cheap and not like the real vanilla bourbon (thats my only critical point). The staff was friendly and understanding.

Amazed to see the consistent quality and service for each of my visit to any of its branch. This branch however lacks the quality of Air-conditioning as in the other branch, but this may be due to the poor central Air-conditioning if Packages mall. Love the chocolate shakes and sandwiches here. The kids always enjoy to be here so is myself.

You can pick anything on the menu and rest assured youll be satisfied. The prices are high but theyre well worth it.

I have mixed feelings. Im still very disgusted by the dishes in the bathroom incident. But since that was a different branch I will try to be impartial. The food is good depending on whether or not you know what to order. Taste is good and quality has improved after a considerable downfall. Cost is average and so is the service. I go there every now and then and I order only one thing. They have an amazing cheesey chicken pasta. It is just to die for. It has been renamed but if you tell the staff you want cheesey chicken pasta they will tell you which one it is. Its a must try. The coffee is at times good n at times lame. The chocolates are very good and I enjoy them while waiting for my food.
