They are group of cheater,, they billed me1500 for menu cost of about 900 hundreds. They refused to give me back the amount. I called police on 15. Police responded in time. They returned my amount. The chain owner is required to take action and fine them. The elites are requested to check bills on this spot. Horrible experience

Gloria Jeans is just pathetic..Poor hygiene condition on indoor kitchens..It has been sealed just now..SO PATHETIC.. INCOMPETENT STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!JUST POOR HYGIENIC FOOD!..AVOID IT..JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR KITCHEN WHEN IT WAS SEALED..

It had been sealed because of expired food and unhygienical conditions of the kitchen few days ago I had been food poisoned because of their cookie. They played with my life I will never ever go back to this disgusting place. I am so happy that they have been sealed hopefully they will have a big fine!

There was a problem in their kitchen and we had ordered over an hour before and waited for our order to come in the cold. Then we asked multiple times about where our order was and they told us its coming. After an hour and a half we were informed that Gloria Jeans kitchen had been closed and we werent compensated at all. We stayed and ordered the only option they gave us of this poor quality high tea, after which we talked to the manager who had an extremely rude attitude! He was unapologetic and was making absurd excuses, they didnt bother giving any concessions or apologizing properly and Im extremely disapointed in Glorias poor customer service!

Typical gloria jeans. Serves the only prurpose of to see and to be seen. Food is ok. Nothing to write home about.

First time coming to a coffee shop in Pakistan and really enjoyed it. Gloria Jeans was a great experience, good selection of teas, coffees and drinks as well as dessert options and food. Atmosphere is good, nice décor and staff were good as was the service. Overall a very good experience and came back here twice after my first visit.

The restaurant extension of the coffee house is well decorated, well staffed, and well managed. The service is quick. The menu is reasonable with respect to the options and the pricing. Its impressive - to say the least - to find such a versatile menu. I hung out with my friends. We had some , , ... and all of it was prepared well. Unfortunately, the only thing that bothered us was the gigantic size of the Cake Alaska. Moreover, the cook seems to have added TWO TIMES THE SUGAR that the recipe required.

I am not a coffee person. But due to a meeting we decided to go to Gloria Jeans. The atmosphere was really good. The smell of bakery and coffee made the sitting area really good. I personally liked the Mezzanine. The service was good and the serving size per cup was worth it.

I have been to Gloria Jeans for like many times, this place especially the one in Phase V DHA Lahore, never disappoints you, it gives you the relaxing environment along with best hot beverages, since I am fan of Tea myself, their Karak Tea Latte is one of the perfect karak chai one can have in Lahore, there are other competitors too, but when it comes to Gloria Jeans, it’s a must try for everyone. The best thing is that they have all four floors to themselves, so there is no hassle that you won’t get table if it is overcrowded rather you fit in some place as per the need. It is recommended restaurant for try.

Impressive offerings for both hot and cold beverages. Think of it as the Starbucks/Tim Hortons equivalent of Pakistan. I especially like their latte art that they do (see pics). They dont do that at Starbucks or Tim Hortons(abroad).

Love love love the place. Its cozy, comfortable and nicely decorated.

It was raining heavily that day, and just after we attended a friend’s Nikal ceremony we all rushed to the place to grab a coffee! It was a day well spent.

Excellent, it’s always awesome to be there. In summer’s you can enjoy their quality chillers and winter off course needs a find cup of coffee at Gloria Jeans. Excellent sitting and ambiance is great but sometimes it gets noisy and then irritating to sit. Overall super place to hangout and spend few hours.

Im a huge big Gloria Jeans fan. Ive been going to them for more than 10 years. Love their coffees, their snacks & meals, their outlets, aesthetic and decor. Just the whole vibe. This is their gorgeous outlet in DHA Phase 5. I love the energy and lights of the place. Some pretty cool restaurants nearby and even in the same building. At night, its amazing being here. Great energy. Go there. Enjoy!

Its a good place to hang out with your friends. Crowd is good. The coffee is just average. In fact the Napoli restaurant besides it is kind of merged with it, perhaps owned by same person. The menu of Gloria and Napoli is also same.

Gloria offers decaf coffee which is a great thing and their cafe mocha is far better than its competitors. Unfoetunately their snacks tasted quite average and i found their coffees to be overpriced.

I went there with friends to get some drinks and play some pool. The drinks were very refreshing. I would recommend the peach chiller to anyone to try out, its refreshness hits you in the face. The pool and snooker tables were very nice and well maintained. However, the charges for playing pool is very high for me. The charges for pool for single is 400 and doubles for 600. They should lower the prices or at the least give deals which the people can benefit from.

Yes Good place in phase 5. Best Irish nut coffee. Carrot cake is awesome. But being a master franchise they should be cleaner. Unfortunately the place near the toilet smells. And the furniture needs an uplift. They should do something about their menu probably add some vegetarian stuff like other Gloria outlets in the city. Excellent crowd. Highly recommended for all, families and friends. A must visit. This place is good for spent the time, either you with group of people or alone. They have both smoking and non smoking areas with good separations and no smell in non smoking area.You must try, I recommended
