Im an old patron of this place. I have always had a great experience. The food is great; The staff is great; The ambience is great too. The usual crowd of Packages doesnt enter here, so you can kick back and relax. Virtually all menu items are great, including their chicken fajitas and beef burgers. Special mention is due for their Peach Iced Tea. Keep up the good work guys!

Post-shopping findings I would call this place.Most amazing coffee beans I have tried in the town.Tried latte, cappuccino, espresso& americano.This place is a treat for coffee love n baked cheesecake.

Excellent place. Attentive staff. Great selection of snacks and excellent coffee. Also honest, charged 5% Punjab Sales Tax on credit card payment. Unlike Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, McDonalds, Papa Johns and Baskins who persist in charging 16% which they then proceed to pocket! Boycott them and patronise New York Coffee. Im doing it.

Both Mint and Strawberry Chillers was great. Chocolate Fudge Cake Slice was very Soft and Moist with the rite amount of Sweetness. Great. 9/10

Very nice decor and ambience, but the food is average at best. Burger patties were dry, the buns were crumbly and the fries were a bit soggy. Fried Chicken sticks were completely bland in taste. Perhaps they pay as much attention yo their food as they do to their decor!!

Dont like its cheesy cake slice. A no from me.

Amazing coffee, Amazing atmosphere, Amazing desserts and amazing Service. In my opinion the caramel macchiato I had was on another level I preferred it over Starbucks. The desserts were also very nice to accompany the coffee. Located in Packages Mall.

The best coffee shop you can find in packages mall. Unique decor, ambiance and sitting arrangements makes it different from all others. Having cup of coffee with view of mall, shops and people roaming around the mall is something like awesome. Price is like others. Approach is good as it is im the middle of the mall. Recommended.

I was looking for some place new to try and fate brought me here. they have some really good dessert options, better than those who claim to be dessert places. Coffee was also good, place was good, and so was service. I had great experience there.

Decided to stop by for dinner amidst shopping spree at packages mall and suffice to say that it was the best decision we made that day. The food was delicious and the quantity was generous. Prices are reasonable considering the portions. Courteous staff made the experience even better and they even replaced the peach iced tea because I didn’t like the taste of it. It’s a must visit if you are looking for a decent ambiance and good food.

The very first sip of the coffee is enough to make you love the place. A great cozy little shop snuggled inside a crowded place. Above all, the prices are much lower as compared to other leading coffeehouses in the city.

Being a regular visitor, we have yet to find an occasion when we have not been fully satisfied. Love the taste and the price. Keep it up, people!

If I could say what New York Coffee is known for, it would be horrible service and largely unimpressive food. Whenever I have visited, and it must have been 4 or 5 times, there is some issue with either the service or the food. Their waiting staff is terribly untrained and often rude. They take ages to bring out the food and even then one or two people are left waiting for 10 to 15 minutes. Coffee is hit and miss and burgers are awful! Huge doughy bun with a tiny beef patty. Their quinoa salad is a sham with quinoa only used for garnishing purposes and not as base. Instead they use yellow and wilted rocket and lettuce leaves. I’m certain my daughter got sick by eating their mozzarella sticks. Never going there and never recommending this subpar cafe to anyone!!!

The place is idea for yummiest food, ambiance, cleanliness, courteous staff and very good coffee. Thumbs up!

Truth be told, some of the best food in the city. The pancakes, spuds, pizzas, burgers. Everything is amazing. The flame thrower burger is a particular favorite of mine. 10/10 would recommend!

The food was good. The Staff was Efficient. But Lacking in the Cleaniness Department. There was a Small Insect roaming around the Cutlery Tray on the Table.

Very pathetic service. Took 1 hour to serve 3 cups of coffee and two molten chocolate cakes and when i pay my bill which was 2604 rs and i paid 2700 rs with tip. The waiter came to me and rudely said u pay less 14 rs when i said i pay more than bill and i have my bill copy he said ooh ok u r right. He did not even apologise for his misbehaviour. This is really very pathetic and unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone newyork coffee at packages mall.

Good Ambiance, food is good but not extraordinary. There is difference in the branch in Lahore and the one in Karachi. The latter has better food quality in terms of taste.

I ordered a specialty drinks, it was horrible after one sip returned it and ordered a warm cappuccino, which was actually good. When I got my bill they charged me for the specialty drink even though it was of very poor quality l, hence they get a one star rating

Visited this place as part of a four person group. Excellent food, i especially recommend the english breakfast, and the quesadilla crepe if you prefer something more tangy. The smoothies were amazing too. I loved the ambience, the speedy service and the friendly staff. The small area didnt feel cramped either; the place was clean, well maintained and had beautiful interior design. Definitely would visit again.

Ambiance is great. Comfortable seating. Music selection okay-ish. Great to hang out with family, friends or even alone.Food i tried so far: The spaghetti bolognese was 1/5. NYC Burger 3.5/5. Pizza 3.5/5. Mojito 2/5. Moroccan chicken 2/5. Fajita 2/5. Vege spud 4.5/5 (surprisingly good).
