It is a very bad place with washrooms so small that you cannot change clothes there. The rooms are smelly and serious problem with hot water and room service. Not a place to stay with family as it is in a very congestedPlace.Go there at your own risk.

Awesome experience, dear friends, its hell of difference being a student r being in the ground to work. But we knew our values as a diploma holders. Gods grace, that we are being respected and being trained, all the staff is loving, helpful and ready to teach. Executive Chef, Mr Sarfraz is a nice person. Full of knowledge and abilities, all rounder can work anywhere and still humble. I hope that we will have a great time.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Everything is exceptional, the rooms, the facilities and the food. We spent a lovely evening in the lounge enjoying wine by the fire.Standing above it all is the service. The staff literally couldnt do enough for us. They were polite, knowledgeable, friendly and it felt like they knew us.

I am staying this hotel for the last 5 year twice a year with the Canadian tour group, the staff is very cooperative, food is very tasty and clean, rooms are very neat and clean, we are very happy for their service and staying again in near future.

Its a pretty good for a single person who is travelling for work or for a longer stay more or approx for a week to live in a centrally located area near the Mall Road Ill highly recommend it. Its a most viable option for accommodation in Lahore with required services

Food delivered late. Bad condition of bathrooms. Leakage. Food is good. Staff is nice. Maintaining the structure and pipe lines overall is seriously needed. And plus its haunted. The staff knows but never admits the visitor is right about complaining there is something.

I have attended a training sessuon here. It was normal. Qifi speed was good. Food was just OK. And their service was good.

I honestly dont like this hotel. I attended a company meeting here. The cover of my chair was torn. Condition of washroom was not so much good. At night time the lights were too dim. And the room was too hot even Ac was on. So i will not recommend this hotel for company meetings.

Its a good hotel located in a very busy area of Lahore near Lahore High Court State Bank.

Great Pakistani Breakfast with lots of hot food options. The room while old was clean and 100% functional which is not always the case in Pakistan. Good TV channel selection and high speed internet to do business. The Hotel does have a generator which really helps when you just have to complete some emails.The view from Rooftop is interesting. The guards out front are friendly but professional. I got the feeling they would stand by me if needed. Pakistan is a difficult country at times but the Best Western does try to offer a safe Western experience. While not perfect - it is appreciated by me and I am sure others who have spent time travelling in the area.

Large hotel located in the downtown off The Mall Road behind the State Bank Building. It is however not very popular except with the budget business travellers.

Best Western hotel is an international chain of 3 star hotels. Best Western lahore is located at 9 fane road lahore near Lahore High court and state bank of pakistan. It is located in a very rushy area and suitable for those who come from other cities to attend high court federal service tribunal etc. But i can not recommend it for locals to go there for food sit or to have food or even to reside there. No views no peace no clean atmosphere.

The breakfast is very bad and table cloth is not changed for days. This place is only suitable for Lawyers and State Bank officials as both offices are situated on the end of street. Not suitable for families.

Just normal... Hotel was overall clean but some parts of the hotel are quite smelly especially main counter at ground floor... Upper floors of the hotel were quite suffocated and there was no proper ventilation system.. Furthermore, heating system of hotel was also not working properly and hotel management was blaming gas load shedding for this.. Important feature about this hotel is it lies close to old anarkali where you can find typically Lahori food stuff

Poor service. Poor management . Had to stay there with friends . Half of rooms had boiling room temp and rest were shivering . The response of hotel management was the concern as kept reminding them . Room service charges for simple things are highly unreasonable. I got a little milk pack for 350 rupees three times the market price . Nor recommended due poor service

I stayed two nights recently.The customer service was very poor. They demand that you pay the charges for each night in advance. The receptionist Zia ur Rehman became very rude when i suggested that i will pay for second night on check out.It was raining on second day and the room became flooded with water which came in through the closed windows somehow. Obviously they were not properly sealed.I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
