Good place to stayMnue is expensive but overall superb

Loved my stay here during a business trip. The room was spacious amd the surroundings were elegant. The breakfast buffet was also exciting with many options. The hotel also has a pool and sufficient parking space. Room service was excellent and the lobby was comfortable enough. Would love to visit again.

Hotel is good but there is one big problem i will recommend you to dont leave your laptop and mobile in room because there cleaning staff or may be other try to steal your data it happend to me so be cautious.

I didnt experience staying there but had a chance visiting there on regular basis and i found it really calm and peaceful place with outclass gym and pool facilities as compared to other hotels nearby. so you can say it is one of the best option in Lahore to stay.

Luxurious hotel with the swimming pool. A common man cant afford a night here.

I stayed there with my friends to ring in the New Year and loved the Ambiance and their Hospitality. The room assigned to us was huge and had all the state of the art amenities. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and professional. They ensured our stay was comfortable and there were always fresh towels and clean crockery in our room. The food in their Cafe was delicious.Will happily recommend them to everyone!

Fairly good hotel. Adequate facilities.Restaurant is not good enough. Less varieties for breakfast and same in all the days. Food is not that much tasty. They need their customers support. Specially at reception one person was very less help full say no for every thing but other one was ok. Some of the other staff also should be learn how to treat guests.They have a very good gymnasium and well maintained swimming pool. Location and the surrounding also good. Rooms little bit older need renovation. No plug points at side of the bed to charge mobile.

Gym and lounge are very good. Good pool

Worst environment. They have created a fake ad at various portals, showing it to be a very poshly constructed five star hotel. Turned out to be a ghost house, at a very high rate. I was about to choke.

My stay with them was simply superb. The location was ideal and staff was very professional, friendly and attentive. Beyond the relaxing and serene atmosphere of our room, the food served to us was scrumptious and the restaurant service was excellent. Love our visit at The Residency Hotel to the core. I happened to visit Lahore on my official trip and booked my stay and The Residency Hotel. It was no doubt one of the best and memorable trip of my life. The hotel stood tall to its proclamation of offering royalty and comfortability. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that I was provided utter luxury and comfort. Their hotel food was delicious. Also, they have gym and pool facility which I used to fullest. Keep up the good work guys!

I stayed here to attend Lahore eat festival and had a memorable stay. The room allotted to us was very spacious and royal. The bed linens were soft and freshly washed & pressed. They have the most friendly and courteous staff. I loved their bathroom as it had mini hair dryer too. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lahore. My husband loved their restaurant services and breakfast buffet. Keep up the good work guys. They for surely made us feel like royalty!

I booked Deluxe room and it was more beautiful than the picture on their site. The bathroom had all the amenities including hair dryer. I had a great time during my stay at The Residency Hotel. Their warm, genuine hospitality made me write this review. The staff was very polite, courteous and efficient. They took great care of us. I went there for my Thesis on Lahore Fort. I loved my stay here. The management and staff took great care of me. The room appointed to us was spacious and had all the state of the art amenities. The location was ideal. I could easily visit all the historical places. I would especially like to mention the food. The break fast buffet was something the dreams are made of . From scrambled eggs to lemon tarts, from pancakes to brown bread tuna sandwiches, everything was class apart! Will definitely recommend it to everyone here!

My Mom stayed here on her visit to Pakistan and she loved her accommodation. For her it was like home away from home. The staff took great care of her and the food served was fresh and delicious. Also, they have Suana and Spa facility. Big shout out to the entire management for taking care of her.

Very good hotel, nice rooms and central locations.Drawbacks are mostly electric sockets in room are not functional and if some are functional those are far aways from bedside. Secondly, no parking spacr for hotel, we havr to park cars on the main road that is too risky.

Its rooms are big. But not for business trip. Cozy for leisure and vacation stays.The service is quick for all the requests. But since it’s a boutique hotel, they don’t have a lot of iron, ironing board and hair dryer. And the front desk may sound frustrated or exasperated with the requests but they are willing to help as much as they could.I won’t stay there again on business trip but for vacation I will give it another chance.

I stayed here to attend Masala festival and thank my wife as it was one of the best decision she made! The hotel’s location is ideal and the service provided to us was simply Superb! Their staff is very polite and helpful. The food they served was fresh and flavourful! My favourite part of the stay was the room alloted to us. It was spacious and had heavenly smelling linens. The lighting was also good. I loved the coffee they served us! Will happily and gladly recommend them to everyone!

The room was very comfortable in every way. The outdoor pool and the Gym was true to the photographs upon hotels website. It was a great way to start the morning!

Love this place! I stay here everytime I visit Lahore. Their customer service is awesome and serve quality food. They have nice add-ons like health club and spas.

Room comfortably is good. However there is gym sound problem in the some rooms. Please ask them when you do booking my room is upto the gym or not.

Booked room for 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. However upon arrival the hotel was unable to provide extra bed/matress and duvet for the kids. One kid slept on the same bed with us and the second on the small cramped couch. No solution or compensation was offered. They did not even have extra pillows. Really disappointed. The manager did say he will offer complementary lunch as a goodwill, however later even that was not entertained and when asked they refused to comment or get back to us with an answer. Terrible service. Will not recommend going to this hotel especially with family.

A set of houses turned into a three star hotel. Gym is good. Rooms also fine. Dining area not spacious enough. Maintenance of pool can be improved.

People say but is a good place to stay but I went to meet someone, and there is no place for a private chat. Not much Id choice of stuff to gourmet with tea

We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was the lack of consideration from the Health Club Instructors as they played their music very loud which disturbed us. We were in Lahore to attend a couple of weddings so we had a few very late nights and we liked to have a rest in the afternoon. They also have an exercise session on the outdoor patio which happened to be right outside the room where my Sister-in-law was staying. She was ill and was trying to get some rest but the loud music made this impossible.When we reported this to the front desk, they were very accommodating in assuring that the music was lowered. We understand that they have a state of the art gymnasium but they need to also be respectful of the guests who would like quiet.Regardless of this, we would highly recommend this hotel. We booked for 4 days and liked it so much we booked for another 11 days otherwise we would have booked into another hotel.

The room service food at the Residency is quite good, the staff are very attentive and the rooms are quiet. The only issue I have is that sometimes when I book and go to use the gym, they say its not included in my booking. I dont know how to make sure it is every time, as thats the main reason I keep booking. It has such a great gym!!

Safe hotel but overpriced hotel. This hotel is only okay. Old carpets, my room was close to the kitchen or central production unit and made it noisy. Staff is courteous and helpful. They need to invest money to keep charging the rates they charge. The hotel needs investment and refurbishment. Either this, or lower the prices to reflect an outdated furniture, carpet, atmosphere, decor, style, etc. I would recommend for business and other occasions if you cannot find anything else a. bit more updated. It is okay for one or two nights. Food is not great but the prices suggest so. For instance, they sell fresh juice but what they mean is freshly poured from a plastic tetra pack and extremely sugary.

Horrible service . Night shift manager Amir , refused to provide extra mattress and his behaviour was so rude and unprofessional. He said there is no mattress available but once I gave him peice of mind , he managed to get a mattress. Overall service standard has gone down significantly. Not recommended at all . Checking out ,first thing in the morning.

Structures inside the Residency Hotel in my opinion is a better equipped, most peaceful of the branches of the gym in Lahore. Various workout plans along with number of programs that’s suit your workout needs. Membership comes with discounts on various other facilities at the premises.

Its a better hotel and having good facilities but charging bit higher as compare to their rent fair. But the thing that is fascinating me is the buffet breakfast, the best ever I had experienced.
