The reason I am giving them 1 Star is because they were dishonest .we first stayed in hotel room #214 which was warm the heater worked but boy, was the carpet dirty. in order. To get rid of the carpet we decided to switch rooms to room #216 which they said would cost more and is new, heating works and etc. So we moved in and guess what! The room had cockroaches .and most Importantly the heating did not work at all .they provided electric heaters which were small and not sufficient . Also we found out later they knowingly moved a family with small kids to a room which they knew that the inverter was not working .One important thing you should know is that I was with my kids got sick because we were in the cold room we stayed in 216 for 2 days and we had to delay our travel as a last ditch effort I decided to move back so maybe my son would get better. Alhamdullilah my son got better. Almost forgot the breakfast was as minimal as could be just eggs bread omelette and tea .

Its a family hotel with wifi, clean spacious rooms and hit water available 24/7. Breakfast is complimentary. Best of all it has reasonable rates.

Im staying here from the last 6 years. Every time found same hospitality and warm welcome+satisfactory services . Outstanding place to stay within such low room charges.

Old building, below average breakfast and dinner. Broken doors. But staff is delightful and cooperative.

An economical hotel for staying at liberty square Lahore.

Rooms are ok and expensive according to facilities. Lift is not good and dirty. Food is not good. Rooms are ok for stay with families.

I stayed with my family and kids,our experience was not very good,and we are really upset because they were dishonest with us ,we stayed in 214 and had to change it because the carpet was unclean and smelled bad fearing it was unsanitary we asked them to shift us.We moved in 216 the manager said it was better & newly renovated and was higher in price . But the heater wasnt working and it was very cold at night even with the small heaters they provided us it was insufficient,then there were the cockroaches coming everywhere which were even going in the closets.They knew about the heating problem as they admitted this issue was known,one of my kids got sick and we had to change our travel plans as well .It is really sad how they tried to bluff us , specially when they claim hospitality matters to them and they are in the industry of hospitality.

A great place to stay , friendly staff and environment with a cosy atmosphere and a feeling of just like staying at home. Located in centre of the market place and easily accessible to some delicious dining inn stops. Located juat opposite to monal restaurant building just besides granny kitchen.
