Very clean and air conditioned rooms. Good service provided. We had 2 single beds with an extra mattress in room for 3 persons at 3500 rupees. Breakfast was free. Overall, we liked it very much.

Very cooperative staff. We arrived late at lahore, however they called for dinner at 12 and served us at around 1 am.Nice deal under given rates. Reasonable rooms, toilets are small but clean, with necessary amnesties.

Nice hotel in economical price

The level of service is not appropriate and attitude of the staff is casual.We had booked two rooms for 2 nights. Room no. 215 &218. Hot water was not available in room no 215 as well as drain was chocked , upon complaint staff has responded that they are alreadyc aware on these issues but no addressed by hotel management. Moreover we have ordered for dinner but it could not be served in next one hour even after several reminders. However it was served but in complete and in very pathetic manner, corn soup was so cold that it was looked like freeze.

Lets start from staff.. the whole staff was greedy and non professional..The condition of washroom was so pathetic as shown in the picture and the commode was clogged when we checked in...and it took them an hour to clean that mess..the wardrobe the provided was not actually a wardrobe but a casket...The condition of room was so so but the air conditioner was in desperate need of service .

From outside it looks like an ordinary hotel but you will be amazed when you go inside, a very neat and clean hotel with most economical room starting from 3500 with a complimentry breakfast included, it is very tidy and the staff is very nice and friendly... it offers free wifi and we were alloted room no 102.. My first experince with hotels and i am already loving it...

Pathetic service. First they confirm you the booking on phone but when u reach there, it is booked on first come first serve basis. This way no body can take risk & waste time. Made me wander in the streets at midnight despite of early booking on telephone

The rooms were acceptable and as per pictures posted online by the hotel. However our stay here was absolutely pathetic. The staff had zero courtesy. The owner was rude in his dealings. Our luggage was kept out on the road and the staff didnt even wait for us to checkout completely before entering the rooms to clear up, while my child and I were still inside. I would not recommend this place.

Well place for rest safety and comeliness. Well honoured staff and security. Whenever you want to find rest house must visit lahore palace hotel. A very beautiful and decorated place for short stay.

Lahore Palace Hotel is located offside the main road in Usman Block. Rooms are tidy, well laid out. Mini Suit is most popular with couple having young siblings. Rest rooms are crampy. Menu is quite elaborate and cooking standard is good. However, morning free breakfast needs improvement. Parking are is very limited and guests are bothered to move their vehicles to and fro frequently. Some staff (younger one in early morning shift) behaviour is specially not good to families. they were found reluctant in response and difficult attitude

I went from USA and I stayed there for three nights, I called to them for direction they different direction when I reached there I asked them this is not booked hotel the clerk asked me does not matter both hotels belong to same owner so I pay more to come back to booked hotel , I did try to use american express platinium business card hotel management refused to accept, in the room the bed mate was so dirty , when i checked out they charged me tax , but they did not show in invoice. no parking inside the hotel.I strongly recommended not to stay that hotel until they clean and not to lie the customers

Spent 5 Day here for a special event, and was a amazing hotel. Everyone there was so friendly and happy to help in anyway possible. the food was extremely nice. I have traveled the world due to work and can honestly say this is one of the better hotels/food i have had.

Poor customer services

Pathetic service. Disappointed.I have called the manager to book my room on mutually decided rate. When i reach at hotel he asked me shift your family to your room and come to counter for entry. I did that and guess what? He asked me pay him 4000 instead of 2500 and he totally misbehaved like i am staying for free?He was asking for more money like i have no other option or HARAM ka paisa? I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel specially when you are with family.
