From the day this new hotel was inaugurated, I have been staying here as a regular customer. What sets this hotel apart from all the rest is its spacious, bright and clean rooms, located near a shopping mall which is very convenient for families, and an extraordinary friendly and accommodating staff. Mr Akhtar at the main reception has always been there to help the customers,thus making this premises our first choice in Lahore. Apartments are very luxury. comfortable beds, lover their services. Very safe and secure place to stay here with families. location of hotel property is so wonderful.

Extremely beautiful hotel classy Spanish style very clean and comfortable property to stay in Lahore. We reached at hotel 2.00 am in the morning from uk flight staff was very attentive at the time to check in they warm welcome us and offer us coffee and juices which was complimentary. A good place to stay, especially with family. Although a little secluded, but it is totally safe, thanks to the security arrangements from Behria town. I found the rooms to be clean and neat. A small kitchen adds more to the benefits.

The biggest shopping mall emporium mall is only 15 min from property.The best thing we like is that the place is brand new and furniture is also new very clean and peaceful environment. First of all the location of this place is listed at 2 different addresses but in all actuality there is only 1 place and wasted 2 hours of my time finding it. Its misleading and not in Bahria town. Also the apartment is not the same as shown in the pictures which is very misleading. The toilets are dirty and no blanket provided no towels and the floor in the living room and bed room was flooded with water there was a cockroach on my mattress under my pillow. It is not worth the money even. Dont be fooled. Pay slightly more stay at some better place. So disappointed.

Everyday they ask u about money keep ringing again and again about money they ask you to give them full money in advance and just in case if emergency comes if u want to leave hotel they dont give u refund even five stars hotels dnt have this type of policy.. rubbish boss .. never give them all money in advance.. give them on daily basis.they dnt comporise they just make u fool..

We have an amazing stay in lahore at Pelham Lahore Hotel Serviced Apartments.. The rooms are big and elite washrooms , very well décor. The staff is cooperative and available in midnight also. Soundproof rooms and very decent crowd there.We will definitely come again . The best thing we like is that this place is located in the centre of lahore walking all the restaurants and other amenities.

We booked the hotel and they confirmed our booking. When we arrived to Lahore, they had rent out our room to someone else for a better Price.We were told to go to their other hotel and they gave us the wrong adress. When We called the other hotel they told us that there was no room available. We drived around Lahore for 5 hours to find another hotel. Pelham hotel staff did not pick up out phone during the night. It was a nightmare experience to book a room in this hotel. Very unprofessional.

Very costly

Its just the 5th floor with four two bedroom appartments thats called Pelham Lahore. The building in which its housed in Bahria is called Crystal Plaza. The staff is very willing to assist in every manner. They do not have an in house kitchen for room service and everything is ordered from outside. Everything required for making tea is made available in the appartments.There were general hygiene and cleanliness issued relating to maintenance of the premises. Our stay was generally ok and nothing to shout about. Fried eggs at breakfast were slightly burnt. Food ordered from Yasir broast and Zakir tikka was ok. Bahria has matured but not in eateries.

Got to the property itself and It was not even name The Pelham or had any indication that its the Pelham. Dont waste your money and stay away from this cowboy run establishment. Pay abit extra and go to a well known establishment is what I have learnt from this experience.
