Not good at all. I got an executive room. Room was not good, very old furniture, smell bad, Bathroom was not clean, very slow elevator.

The staff were so helpful and kind. We were there during the Covid 19 brekout and the staff were focused on keepingt the hotel clean and guests safe. A special kudos to Hussein and his team at front desk. Also Sami, Waheed, Noor who took such great care of us. And Khalid at Kims who was always postive and helpful. It was a difficult time for everyobe and we were thankful to have the staff at Avari.

Rooms need for Renovation. Service was very poor, Checkin time was 30 minutes. Room was clean. Overall experience was good

This was a bit old property but thats mainly due to the fact that most hotels in this city are quiet old. An upgrade would definitely add more value to the property. It was in the center of town next to the parliament building making it a very safe and secure place. The commute to city center the new developed suburbs was all very accessible through the newly constructed ring road. The staff was very courteous and went out of the way to accomodate us. Normal check in time was 2 pm but they gave us a room after one hour of wait around 12 pm. The duty manager Mr Usman even upgraded our room to club floor to compensate for our 1 hour wait. The staff door till room was very polite . I would highly recomemd this hotel as it has all the necessary amenities and an amazing service level.

Very efficient and comfortable. Good service and good food. The fittings in the room are a little old, but mostly functioning (the safe needed some attention, the bathroom scales had to be replaced, the phone didnt always work). Staff were a little over-attentive on occasions, but some were excellent. The setting was attractive and gave access to shops, etc. Very good hotel, if a little pricey.

Rooms need updating. The furniture is old and looks worn. Corridors needs modern furnishings and lighting.

A bit older, but clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good.

The staff was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And the hotel and grounds were kept very clean and in good repair.

Price was good but moisture smell in corridor and inside rooms, small ants all over in room,too small rooms,we have three people booking but towels two,no place to put extra matress,very disappointment

We were in the executive club section that had a spacious private atrium with breakfast and snacks all day; it was a great place to work and receive guests. The pool was nice sized but the water could be cleaner/ fresher

The standard of Avari hotel has no doubt deteriorated from years ago. The rooms need updating. The food is good but a little more variety will enhance the appeal and will make stay more pleasant. The hotel needs an uplift by updating the decor and the rooms. Overall service is excellent. The staff is courteous. However, the front desk staff does not know what they are doing as they charged me for 4 extra nights when I had stayed for only one night extra. I contacted the hotel staff and I am yet to hear back. I will file a dispute against the inappropriate charges of course.

For the price youd expect better but that wont happen here. The rates for the rooms are way above the standard that the customer is paying for and after nearly a year since my last stay Id expect some improvements would have been made but not a reality with this lot.For one night they expect you to pay the equivalent of £119 including your tax but to be honest youll be better off at the hospitality Inn or luxus grand which are far superior in standards and customer service.

Good quality food and environment

Good quite sleep, the AC was a bit to loud but the breakfast was perfect. There was also a strange crunchy stain on the bed sheet

Tight, dusty, claustrophobic room made my medical condition even worse to the point that I could not even sleep my first night there. The receptionist was aware of it, but could not get me a refund from Reservations for the second night, even after Travelocity called them. I ended up checking out just after one night to maintain my sanity. The hotel did not get me/Travelocity a refund for the unused second night. Needless to say, Ill not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel trés bruyant . Insonorisation des chambres quasi nulle. Chambres peu lumineuses.Service excessivement long ( 15mn pour avoir du café au PDJ )!!!! On a le sentimet que cest à celui qui en fera le moins au niveau du personnel.

Freundlicher Empfang, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, alle sind bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.
