Had a lovely stay at Luxus Grand. The staff were really helpful and the rooms were really comfortable and spacious. The hotel was also quiet and made the stay more relaxing

Nice hotel but it is no where near 9.3 rating its got on booking.comIts got a Tiny gym, verrry limited parking space, almost no lobby to sit, no views from the room (my window opened to a wall), hard to find its main entrance.Its good for a three star hotel. True to its name, the hotel exudes grandour. IThe hotel is designed to feel luxurious. Rooms were spaceous, clean and well decorated. The main balcony is also good. Staff was very courteous and responsive. However, the place needs to add a couple good restaurants, and redo upholstery that is showing age now. Highly recommended.

The entry was through a narrow alley and quite unimpressive.The decor was just tolerable. Food was not that delicious either. I attended a marriage ceremony and did not stay there. Therefore, cant comment on the rooms or its furniture & furnishings.

Staff behavior not good. this is not luxury place or budget hotel even parking was not available in proper area. breakfast was not serve on time and you have to call them again and again. not good place to stay pathetic bathroom ,no proper cleaning, staff behavior not good. location and property not good. i am not recommended this for families because not good atmosphere. cleaning not maintain. we cannot sleep whole night. poor service not good for families or business or solo stays. my worst experience wastage of money . small rooms not comfortable beds . no fitness center open or swimming pool facility. no business center boy there we have to go outside for copy .

Stayed at many hotels and this one outdid them all. Came to Pakistan after 8+ years and couldnt have asked for a better start to this trip. Staff was so kind , informative and hospitable. Genuinely trying their best to comfort the guest. After visiting so many different hotels around the world, luxus has a piece of my heart and will have me running back. From check in to check out wouldnt have asked for any changes. Facility is amazing. Pool, masjid, billiards, movie theater, great resturant and best of all amazing location. Food Street to all famous land marks are easily accessible. Do not think twice about this chain. Thank you to all the staff that went out of their way just to make sure guest settled in right. A special thank you to the receptionist aswell. Will see the luxus family again In the near future.

I dont think its a five star hotel but surely itll be a four star.We were there for a training session and iftaar cum dinner, the hotel itself is well managed. It has a lot of variety of cuisines but the taste is just normal.

Very nice hotel in the heart of lahore, near fampus Jinnah liberary and Avari hotel. The rooms are big and have all the amenities needed. Best for couples or wedding nights as they decorate the room especially for that. Breakfast is good, and they give airport drop off complimentary.

The cleaning is good but hospality and good so bad

This is a new hotel and therefore looks great at the moment. The security at the entrance is excellent and there are guards right up to the entrance to the reception area. On my first stay I arrived early from the airport and they were kind enough to let me check in early. They even offered me breakfast even though I would have been entitled to it the next morning. The food on offer was of very good quality and the choice was quite large, from local dishes to English food. Although there is only the one restaurant.The service at reception was great and they offered me a drink while I waited for my room. The rooms are well designed and are clean and modern, I particularly liked the comfortable bed and the good quality linen and pillows. The bathroom was clean and modern with instant hot water, something that isn’t always the case in other hotels in Lahore. There was a decent choice of channels to watch on the television.Only thing I would say is that the sound from the room next to me was coming loudly through an adjoining door and I asked to move to which they promptly obliged.On my second stay I stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it more as I was able to use the in-house cinema where I watched Thor: Ragnarok. Guests get 50% off the ticket. The seating was excellent and the 3D picture quality was very good. There were only a handful of people in the cinema at the time.I’ve stayed at the Avari and Pearl Continental which are almost double the price and to be honest although this hotel is a lot smaller when it comes to the reception area and choice of restaurants the rooms and fixtures beat Avari hands down and are on a par with PC. Overall a very good hotel for the price and hopefully they will keep up the excellent cleanliness and service.

Greetings, This is Good Hotel But Parking Area is Really small this is not good otherwise everything IS Fine From food To Staff behaviour Just need to add parking I was there and saw 2 Cars Hit Each other because of less space this is not good!

A lively, well equipped, medium size hotel. Food was good, space in the lobby, corridors and in some rooms is a bit tight, but overall well furnished. Staff is courteous, young and ready to help. Prices are moderate and its in the heart of Lahore, easily accessible by car, bus or public transport.
