Avoid prebooking on the given number. We got online booking in 6500. On the spot booking was for 5500. So we had to pay more. Overall service was good.

Great rooms. Services are fine. Dont get deceived by the location, the hotel itself is good.

Affordable prices. Spacious rooms. Complementary breakfast was included in our package. Secure and family friendly environment. DT location is not great but not bad either. Cleanliness was OK but could be improved. We were provided with a very small fan heater which was inadequate for our room size. Other than that no issues. Would recommend to others.

Hotel rooms staff and thir food all are good,Only problem is its location near urdu bazar makes it a little tiresome effort for people having own cars.

Our stay was on 21/10/2017, good location, anarkali bazzar 5min drive away, badsahi Mosque 10/15 min in car. The hotel managent was very helpful and so was the staff, we had an executive suite which was very clean, towels, bathing accessories were all a available, flat screen, AC, all in good working order. Breakfast was on par, puri, halwa, channa, eggs, bread, jam, butter.... Nice tea n coffee... Overall very good place to stay....

The location is perfect if you like to do some shopping as it is near Urdu Bazar and Anakali Bazar.Room condition might not be the best but it has everything you need.The only thing I’d complain is that on hotels.com it says free airport transfer. But in reality they charge you for that.

Too much charges as compared to their services. 5 inch electric heater was there in room in December on a marble floor, imagine how cold was. Very bad experience. Not recommended anyone, in hot season only in Rs.1500 is enough price for a room in this hotel. Just sell the name of pC hotel

Very good location just few minutes from Anarkali food market. Staff is good and rooms are tidy. Just you need to bring your own washroom slippers as either they forgot to provide during my visit or its not their policy.

Very expressive comparing to current hotel service, Hotel One here has lost its standard, pathetic services, not recommended at all.

Rooms are big but not as cozy and furnished as hotels of this level should be. The location is only good for someone who has activities in old downtown area (urdu bazar, shah-aalmi, anarkali etc).

Incredibly surprised by the large rooms. Its literally something you could live in. Its on a quite street in a random location but very central to all sites if your a tourist. They have great security and parking for vehicles as well

Hotel One Downtown is part of chine of hotels oprated by the company who is operating the chine of Marriott Hotels and Perl Continentals in whole Pakistan.This hotel very easy accessable for the tourists who intent to visit old Lahore city, Badshahi masjid, Lahore fort (one of the eight UNESCO heritage sites in Pakistan)

The setting is really nice. The main room was renovated with a nice touch. It is a place worth seeing.

This is a good hotel to stay at if you need to be located close to the old walled city, and Lahore Fort, for tourists there is not much else in this area.Beds are comfortable and clean.Staff are very nice.Breakfast was good but they could offer some fresh fruit.Bathrooms could be cleaner.Disposable slippers would be an asset.Limited plugs in the room so if you need to charge your telephone then you need to unplug a lamp.....

The location is not very impressive. Its a very busy and congested place in the morning but its very quiet at night. There are no nearby restaurants. The only nearby attraction is Data darbar. Rooms are very good. Service is good aswell. Havent tried the restaurant so cant say anything about it.

Place is good. But price is little bit high. That why and actually It,s in downtown.

The quality,ambiance and standard was fantastic. Staff was cooperative,room was neat and clean,served facalities and amanites was enough. Food served was good of taste but a major and single bad point of this hotel is its location. It is situated in old lahorebut people come lahore mostly to visit new lahore. A person who live in this hotal cant travel easily because of massive trafic on the roads of lahore.

Thats my second visit to that hotel first was not good and i told them about that so they give me nice and clean room with new AC and other things so my second experience was very good they give you flexibility for check and check out.

It was ok but need to be fixed some issues AC size was not enough for that size of room and wash room fittings looks old and dirty outside of the room in sitting area was very hot all AC were off.
