Nice, clean, serene guest house type, but too far from city centre in a posh locality.But mind it, you will have to pay more to visit places.

Good place. Neat and clean. Good buffet breakfast.However small bathrooms.Secondly, the windows are not tight sealed so you can hear all the noise from outside. Being in residential colony, there is alot of disturbance. Plus room I got had opening from top and bottom so noise from hotel hallway disturbed me all night. Overall good place. See pictures for details.Update:Better hotel than the one I checked in later, Mairona Hotel. Shelton orders buffet breakfast and complimentary tea. I regret leaving it for Mairona. Highly recommended

I asked for a spare mattress and a quilt and they gave me 2 dirty clothes to use as a quilt ... Otherwise the room was good but it was Soo dirty that there were biscuits on the floor.. we told them to clean the room .. and they cleaned it but still all the garbage is still in the lobby.

Warm/hot water is an issue either you dont get it, once in a while you gonna get super hot thats gonna burn you up. ACs dont work effectively, breakfast menu is constant

Fantastic hotel for the price. Good to great service. If you are sight seeing, then this might be a bit away from the action but thanks to Uber, Careem and Lahore Metro travel is extremely manageable. You can save money by lodging here and spend a little more time on travel. Highly recommended.

Very pathetic experience regarding room service.I’m going out now to eat something after waiting one hour and got to know that my order will take 30 more minutes. Actually I ordered food and waited for 40 minutes but no response so I called receiption to ask about my order. He told me to wait so after 5 minutes I received his call that my order will take more 30 minutes which seems they forgot my order. But his attitude wasn’t like he felt something for delay. For him is important to complete his shift. I’m going out now to eat something due to his professionalism. It’s 12:01 AM. Thanks for your best services Mr. Hassan.

Rooms are small and no heating available. only thing I liked in Shelton was fast speed internet.

The reception staff has no authority to take decisaion. We asked them to call your boss but the staff told us that boss is sleeping and He didnt like if staff disturb him. Unprofessional hotel staff

Its not a Hotel, it is like Guest house. Room space is too small and residency area of johar town in locality. However, staff behaviour is good.

I visited here with my family and before arrival I requeseted them for a spacious room where as when I reached I got a small compartment sort of room which was really bad. Moreover no Internet facility available at this Hotel the one which you get is a worthless connection with a poor poor connectivity.Really dissatisfied with their services.

It is located within residential area of johar town, off the main road. wash rooms are small and medium quality sanitory items.ACs are in good condition. wi fi speed is very good. beds and other room items are good. Lahore Expo centre is on walking distance.As far as price concerned, negotiable. we stayed in a room with two single beds in just four thousand Rs.Recommended for budget concerned people.
