Four Points is at best location of Lahore, with best traditional food, look and hospitality...Koyla restaurant of this hotel is most attractive palace at roof top.... Wow. love it....

Hi tea was just ok .I have attended hi tea twice in a week here and the items that were fine in the first slot were stale next time.ACs dont work properly for some sitting compartment.Cold drinks ( mint margarita and orange juice) kept on finishing again and again and they wouldnt listen to you.Hallas are neat and some waiters are good.Valet service is available.Overall if you have no other place to go ,you can come here.The variety of dishes was really disappointing. There was one Chinese dish in the first session but next day it was not presented.Finger fish did not have a separate sauce.

Excellent atmosphere and a wonderful place to visit, Sheraton has done a wonderful job here.

Koyla, The Best Rooftop Restaurant.

Just a little away from famous Mall Road Lahore, this beautiful hotel/restaurant welcome you with its beautiful building. A good place for lunch and dinner with a variety of dishes...

This hotel is overall Luxurious but I saw in large numbers of figurines everywhere .this is a alarming for Muslim Country.Figurines are symbol of Hindu .

Due to Coronavirus roof top breakfasts, lunches, Hi-tea and dinners are a good treat.

Food is good. But fish was not up to the mark. Ambiance is good

Please don’t be fooled by rating on google. I have an Ambassador status with Marriott Bonvoy. Made reservation for one week stay. Upon checkin we discovered the hotel was filthy beyond our imagination. The restaurant’s chair upholstery and tables were dirty with permanent stains. Bedding in our suite was damp feel and smell. Drainage in the bathroom would not stop making noise. I was informed that I had best suite (Royal) in the hotel . Please we used their room service and had lunch on roof top (Kyoka). However, tje taste of food was very good. The staff was courteous as well.Overall hotel cleanliness standard and amenities are not at par with Four Points By Sheraton.

Luxurious rooms, great ambiance, situated on a walking distance from Lahore Zoo, Bagh -e-Jinnah, and Mall road. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping and reception staff was well trained and courteous. Overall satisfied with my 2 nights stay. If you are looking for a good and pocket friendly 4 star hotel then Hospitality Inn would be the best choice!

Stayed here 2 nights on my business trip. Stayed in a room on the 4th floor which is the executive floor with an executive lounge. Loved the room and the floor. Very comfortable. Also enjoyed the lavish breakfast. Plus the staff is also very nice.

Nice experience at this place every thing s is good

It was my first visit to lahore arrived mid night and the checking was quick and very professional. Love the bed and the variety of so many pillows available. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels replenished too. Only thing shower area too small even myself being a skinny guy. Roomed are equipped with iron & board, mini bar and tea/coffee trays.Used the gym and the staff working there early morning very helpful and attentive. Met the marketing manager and he was very kind to show me around the hotel.Only dislike is the staff in B fast restaurant they are very inattentive, zero eye for details, no guest oriented attitude as they busy in talking among themselves. They kill the image of the hotel. Met the Hotel Director too at the gym.Will go back definitely on my next visit.

Not only is Four Points situated at the heart of Lahore city, its efficiently equipped with a very well trained and pleasant staff. Its old Name wasHotel Holiday InnI visited Yesterday due to our Company Meeting Night stay held at this spot.Its New Name is Four Points....خُوبصُورت ھوٹل ھے یار....

We know its covid19 and many things are missing and on hold ....this four points by sheraton can really improve and need so aswel hope my next visit will be a different then the past as there was lots of things and stuff witch need improvements as i wrote above its corona time and so thats why leave it as it was and will not mention it now ....hope to stay there again and see n feel the changes as normally i stay at sheraton or marriott and get the full service as a titanium member....but must write that this hotel is muc much better then the marriott in islamabad witch should be courtyard by marriott and not marriott or atleast go down to category 1 or max 2.So keep it up four points by sheraton lahore as you have the potential....hope to come back n see.

We attended an event arranged by Foodies of world on 11th October 2020.It was well organised event in which members of foodie group along with famous TikTokers , showbiz stars & celebrities participated.Event started with individual photos, group photos, cake cutting & dinner at the end.Dinner included fresh salad, Chicken Baryani, Pasta, Kababs, Malai Biti, Chicken Qorma, Naan & sweet pastries as sweet dish.Rice & qorma were amazing in taste.Over all taste was better.Space was little congested for 50 plus people.Staff was friendly & professional.Over all highly recommended for families & small groups of around 20-25 people.

For the money this hotel is good. The security is adequate as you enter the premises. There is ample parking for your vehicle with valets available. The lobby is very nicely decorated and the reception is well manned with courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are well designed. The bedding is excellent with high quality linen and pillows. The bathroom was ok nothing special as it was rough around the edges, paint and silicone was peeling away in places. The paint colour choice for the walls in the room was not to my taste as it was a green colour and looked out of date, a cream or off white would have been perfect. Also the rooms are not well insulated from sound coming from the corridor. We had very noisy neighbours but the staff at reception moved us further down straight away. The included breakfast was also of a high quality and had a wide choice of food.I have decided to mention in future hotel reviews about the minibar in the rooms. Why are the prices so high? Do hotels not want people to buy their goods? It’s not about the affordability for me but I don’t want to give them the satisfaction of buying a chocolate bar for 3-4 times the price. Surely if the prices were reasonable more people would spend their money!?Anyway all considered this hotel is in an excellent location for the right price.

Unprofessional staff at reception, I was not given the room I was promised on booking and the guy tried to sell me another room at expensive price by trying to play with words.

Good Four-Star Hotel for the visitors who want good ambiance, service and surrounding as it is located in downtown with very beautiful and worth visiting places around it (including Bagh-e-Jinnah, Lahore Zoo, Mall Road, Chaman Ince Cream, Race Course Park, Lahore Gymkhana and many more).Food quality is good so far as there is always room for improvement. Hi-Tea goes on almost all the time. Housekeeping and room service is good. It is good one for those who want to enjoy food and services in reasonable package.

The main entrance from road made me confuse why its so weird and narrow?Overall nice infrastructure and management. There is limited parking inside and access is challenge during peak hours.Hotel is in mid of city and easy to access anywhere despite all the traffic.Breakfast was good and nice variety but taste still lacks behind.Pricing is $$ which is justified according to facilities and location.

Their Hi tea is very disappointing. Less variety as compared to others in equal budget, and the taste also wasnt upto the mark.

Had a great buffet with colleagues.Parking was huge, food was overall good but the drinks were really bad and soar. It was tang juice that they served at the name of mango, orange juice etc, plus the seating arrangement was not so wide. Despite all the things we enjoyed it a lot because we are Lahoris and we always create an entertaining environment for self and others as well like no other. It was a memorable and wonderful event.
