This place is under renovations so expect a little down service. There is no kitchen so one has to order online or go to Fortress Stadium for lunch n dinner as there is no bfast available at Fortress Stadium shops. However there Is a great Bfast restaurant about a km or two away.

Pleasant space, value rooms, back-up generator is available for fan, lights but air conditioner doesnt have a back-up; anyways rooms are pleasant and no problem for one hour load shedding.As far as cleanliness is concerned, its decent, room service was good, they came and cleaned the room in 5 minutes. Parking is open but sufficient. Ok place for family stays.

The hotel can be rated as 3 star hotel and is fine for that rating and this hotel is nearby to fortress square mall. Rooms codition was like 70 /30. Bed sheets and pillow sheets were not looking good were ery messy. My experience was not that good over all.

Poor Service and Low quality Maintenance.There was no soap and towel in washroom.Blankets smells really bad.Pillows were hard and there covers were not properly washed.The room in which I stayed (302) there was a bedside light which were flashing off and on automatically and where i tried to switch if off...amazingly I found no button in whole room and was switched off by management from somewhere else...TV remote was also not working.

They charge for 4 person and give room for twins all the web sites their name is ARHAM HOTEL but nothing by this name... Also Insect are many cleaning nothing dust full cupboard Bathroom drainage zero. Owner maybe not aware of all these things

Worst place and management i have ever stayed in my life. Rooms are very poorly maintained and even bathrooms had no soap, shampoo or tissue papers. Cupboards had very bad smell. Staff had parked there cars in the shade and guests were beibg asked to park their cars in a empty plot with no boundry wall or security. I would ask all guests to stay away from this place and not make any mistake to even think to stay at this place.

This is my 4th stay in Ashiana.its comfortable nd the people here are very helpful.The ambience is ravishing.The internet is high class

Not recommended at all, very poor management and not maintained at all. Owners are there only for making money, serving the guest is last in their priority list. Non professional staff and management. Rooms are filthy and cupboards have very bad smell. I would suggest every one to avoid staying in this place.

We couldnt find mess in lhr and accidently we stayed there.the place was really affordable with almost every facility available. Very cooperative staff and very neat and clean environment. They offered every tgpe of food.laundry service was also available there.they have provided free extra metress. The place had clean washrooms and wide and secured parking area.
