One of the main hotels of Lahore. Ambassador hotel was very lucrative and best choice since 10 years ago. Now it is comparatively old and lack behind from services as compared to the new hotels established recently in Lahore. But location and services make this hotel a better choice. I have attended several seminars in Event rooms of this hotel, and found not much satisfactory from their services.

Economical but not clean, bed bugs, dirty bed sheets, poor bath rooms without toilets, well below average breakfast. Though its economical but not worth spending RS.5800/- ($58) per night

Nothing is good about this hotel. Third class hotel, Very old and dirty interior, Smelly rooms and bathrooms. Mattresses are very old and uncomfortable, Bed sheets are also dirty and old, In short the worst hotel with expensive price tag. Not recommended at all.

ToGeneral Manager Ambassador hotel lahore,It is to inform you that, i have been contacted by my client Pervez Anthony who stayed at your hotel regarding your director sales and marketing Asif Sheikh who had such an unprofessional behavior that he approached my client for the settlement of amount whereas the room was booked via my website and i had to make the payment, he had no rights as per the business policies to approach my client, wherever the hotel and websites work along they give flexible period of time to make settlements and no way contact their clients, we are working with 3000+ hotels all over Pakistan and never dealt with such an unprofessional way of dealing a client.If your director sales doesnt have the audacity to be patient for only 5000Rs i dont know how you deal with millions if delayed, Anyhow the dues have been cleared.Highly disappointed with your management.

One of my Italian friend stay in Ambassador last week and he liked it very much specially their breakfast

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in its my 3rd stay here thing are getting better day by day. Rooms are large with a sitting area with a couch. The room are very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby are nice and clean. Breakfast area are large. There are several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Food is too much expensive and also not tasty like other places as lakshmi chauk etc.they just awaiting for customers to in and after that they start making them fool.even waiter will show you extra bill of any food you ordered.

Very bad experience . Yesterday evening our two mobile phones stolen by the staff of Ambassador Hotel Lahore. The security system, CCTV cameras of the hotel are out of order. Management is in deep slumber. Law enforcing agencies should take stock of the situation. I recommend not to visit Ambassador Hotel Lahore.

Its a nice hotel. Can certainly improve with room quality and wash room standards. The staff however is fine to deal with.

They need to work on food quality, rooms and ambiance.Everytime I vist this hotels I see cockroaches in room, mosquitos in bathroom and etc.My experience is not upto the mark..

Compared to last time, this time food was pathetic. They have reduced main courses in hi_tea with a lot of desserts and less salads. Ambience was great as always.Live instrumental music almost bleed my ears.

Location is good but restaurant needs renovation. Rooms also require remakeup. Lights were so dim in the rooms. House keeping had a big question mark on its performance. New Management working hard for renovation. I felt it will again be a good hotel soon.

Ambassador hotel is a hotel where small public functions can be held and other wedding ceremonies can be held.

Once one of the best hotels of the city, now it is an average hotel, which is still struggling to survive and providing average standard services and food. Different companies and organisations arrange their meetings here in a good atmosphere while they are also served good food. Many also prefer it to arrange their marriage ceremonies and parties to make their moments memorable. Overall, it is good and reasonable hotel that can be preferred for your functions.
