Well, above all the atmosphere of hotel is very cozy and comfortable. Rooms need some gaps for fresh air, because weve to on AC for fresh air. The lighting is very dim in some rooms and its need attention from Hotel Management. The lunch and breakfast is awesome. Overall, its a good place ️ to live and dine.

Please avoid AT ALL COSTS. There are so many better options within this price range who actually know what customer service is. I honestly don’t know how they got 4 stars.... oh I know! It’s because the reception had the audacity to tell me that I should leave a 5 star review for them when I was treated with ZERO respect. The lady at the front was extremely rude and stared at us checking in like I wasn’t supposed to be there. The rooms were mediocre at best, the bathrooms need a major overhaul, the water in the shower was freezing cold even after they “fixed it”, the electricity in the whole building shut off 5 times a day for 5 minutes each time. What if I was in the shower and slipped because the whole building went dark? I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels for the price I paid. The front desk should learn customer service and not ASK for 5 star reviews but instead EARN a 5 star review!! Also it is AGAINST Google policy to continually ask customers to leave a review!

Very bad experience. I have been there with family and were astonished to see the dirt and miss management. The wash rooms were dirty. There was no glass and water. Mini bar was empty. No sockets for charging. Staff even didnt know if there is any electric socket. Not recommend for people who love higene and comfort.

I have organized and attended several sessions over there. As a organizer Its economical and feasible for average companies becaue their services are fit according to expenditure.Not a 4, 5 star but according to their price. They were charged us 1000 pkr per head including metting hall, tea with snakes and lunch with 4 5 dishes minimum.There is little bit up and downs in management. But overall it was good experience.

We stayed there in executive room with family, it is comfortable with side room, mattress were provided by staff. Good toilatories with hot water bath tub, breakfast was commentary for all.receptionist Husnain is very nice guy and always helping. Parking is little small outside in open place. Restaurant food is tasty but staff is slow in service

The stay was comfortable, but elevator access was limited to second floor only. Upstairs to third floor were a bit unpleasant.

Its a decent hotel. The approach is a bit tricky especially during rush hours. Its got decent facilities and amenities. The breakfast is a bit limited but that is to be expected. The tea served here is really good.

Its a decent hotel, Good staff but not great because, 1 day after completion of my official tasks i reached hotel at 3 AM, my colleague was with me and i request to staff for stay him they acquired me Rs 1000 for him. Easy approach,decent facilities and amenities, specially Gym and swimming pool, but unfortunately , i cant avail swimming facility due to maintenance (From 5th October to 19 Oct 2018).The breakfast was delicious.
