Wonderful experience here, good hospitality and ambiance. Only one issue I had experience here that there were extremely weak signals of mobile network receiving here in hotel premises. Rest of the things including food and all services are good enough.

Very neat and comfortable place to stay the staff is good food has many options to choose from and very convenient location if you are using motorway. And by few minutes drive you can get to many soundings like zoo, fortresses stadium. And mall Road it self is a very attractive place for shopping etc.

A 3 star hotel on the Mall Road (a project of PC hotel). Room rents are quite reasonable with free WiFi facility. Cleanliness is okay and rooms are quite cosy and noise-free. Complimentary breakfast offers a good variety. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Overall experience is good.

Average hotel, rooms need maintainence, theres alot of insects in the room, food is good but expensive.

The staff is kind and facilitate in every way possible. Although the food menu needs more assortment, the place is highly recommended if you are coming to Lahore for a work/family visit. Had a great time due to a very supportive staff.

Very old and unkept property. Had to change rooms during a two day stay and the new room was as bad as the one we left. We asked if we could move to another Hotel 1 location even if we have to pay a difference, but were refused. I would never suggest this property to anyone.

Staff was good regarding the matters they deal and how effectively they solve the problems, including all guards especially reception guys.the quality of food is really good ( for the breakfast ) however if you order something it will cost you 800 per head and its is only available till 11 amAs per my experience fumigation for insecticides may not have been performed , i witnessed and capture spiders on my bed. Upon complaining this they took it very casually . This really shows their care for customers . Especially male customersFurther the location is not feasible if you enjoy walking lately and living around the markets and if you are with troops or family as no restraunt are around 2 square kilometres . You have to book an Uber or something to travel .Anyways the experience was good especially breakfast ,washrooms were small ,staff was oklocation was ok

Very small rooms, you can get way beyter rooms in less price at some other hotels, went for 4 days and stayed only one night. Not recommended.

It was not pleasant especially quality of food and service was too poor. Condition of rooms was very good but there were very poor insect control and lizards were in rooms. Overall not recommended for stay.

Stayed here overnight. It took 2 hours for my room to cool down. No blackout curtains which was a problem as there was a street light next yup my window. No fridge in the room either. Breakfast was okay but I have to wait half an hour just to get the invoice.

I stayed there for one night during a business trip. The service and staff were good. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. But the food I ordered from room service (beef cheese burger) was more like K&Ns burger patty between dry bun and wilted salad.Also my room was on the ground floor and there was a street lamp or some light right outside my rooms window which kept the ambient light high .But the thing that ruined my experience was the smell in the washroom. It was clean but kept smelling awful. I turned off the exhaust as it was loud but had to turn it on again as otherwise I couldnt stand inside long enough to brush my teeth.

Hotel needs renovation. There is smell in the room. Rooms are small and of old design with below average interior. Wash rooms just like rest of the things need repair work with complete renovation and change. It charges you lesser than the top tier hotels but still you dont get the value for money. Other branches of this chain of hotel are even far better than this one but this one located at prime location surprisingly is not doing justice.

3 star Hotel by Pearl continental Hotel chain.

The room smelled musty. The bed linen was dirty with black stains on the sheets, which had obviously not been washed for sometime. There were soot-like dust stains on the sofas. The bathroom got flooded when I took a shower. They leave plastic sandals for you to walk around in the wet bathroom. I thought that the hotel cost was too high in relation to the quality of the place. I had picked the place because it appeared to be relatively centrally located opposite the Aitchison College. However, there are other hotels in Lahore in the same price range that would offer relatively clean accomodation. I asked the concierge for help with a taxi and they arranged a dirty cab. Car rental companies in the city offer attractive rates with clean, chauffeur cars that are a much better option, I learned later. Despite claims about high speed internet access, there was no access in the room or in the lobby. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and courteous. Perhaps, they did not realize what a shabby accomodation they operate.

Hotel one resides in the very start of mall road when one turns left from canal road to mall road.it comes before pearl continental.small building with no such features and a normal white gate on the left side of road before signal.Hotel has a small parking which barely accommodates 12 or 14 vehicles.the main gate is for the building is on right side.Entrance seems clean with clean building.eatery halls are on left side which one can see partially through mirrors.Yesterday i had a chance to go there to meet some of my old friends.they were complaining about hotel.the attached bath was not up to the standard with bathing area poorly made.rooms are small less lighted although all carpeted.rooms dont have well fitted wall cupboards instead a wooden cupboard can be seen in one corner.air conditioner model was at least 10 years old but working.the hotel charged 1500 more for an extra mattress.the rent for the room was around 9000 rupees a day.there are hotels which are much better than this one in lahore in same price.it is less likely that i or my friends stay here anytime sooner.

Pathetic experiance with Hotel One Lahore. I stayed only for single night where i have found big Cockroaches not only in Bathroom but in room, Rooms were not clean and tidy and i have been charged for a laundry bill of Rs. 1150 whereas i was given iron to press my clothes bu myself since they were unable to do so. I have been there just because they claim to be part of PC group. Would never ever visit Hotel One ever in my life.

Terrible! PC should remove their endorsement of this hotel immediately. Tired and dingy rooms like a poor quality B&B. Incredibly expensive for what you get, price should be 10% of what they charge.
