Nice place and reasonable charges

Rooms are neat and clean

This is a nice place for casual and formal events. Parking is available in basement with elevator facility. Wedding packages are also good here

Hotel was not bad but it really need to well maintained floors of the room where so dusty that u cant walk on them without footwear we faced water supply issye and lift can not carry More than 2 person rather than this it is good place to stay

Hotel was decent enough. But the decor was horrible, ripped up walls and a musty smell overall. After leaving the windows open and running the AC, the smell went away eventually. Took several hours to give us an extra mattress but they were courteous enough.

The hall is a bit congested however the arrangements are fine. parking is one of the challenges but can be managed

Hotel is just okay.Services are good but maintenance wise poor. Washrooms are clean but lack proper servicing, paint is falling like leaves. Too much noisy due to multiple conference rooms and halls there is no partition between hotel area and halls area. People from from conferences or events roam around gossiping in lobies causing too much noise and unpleasantness. Hotel services are just okay. Main missing thing is elevators.

As far as space is concerned they have marvelous place (basement hall) to entertain more number of guests.Hall management is quite cooperative and know the manners who to handle guests.But hall in the 1st floor is not as fabulous as in the basement hall.It is recommended in this rate.

We used their marriage hall for company meeting,Air conditioning system needs fixes. Toilets were not good at all, doors were cracking. Food quality was average.

A marriage hall at Davis road

Its amazing

Rooms are good in size, comfort and in looking. Hotel entrance, lobby and corridor are attractive. Housekeeping, room service and laundry services are very poor.

Its a good place to stay. Staff was very good & coorporative but infrastructure needs to be developed & improved.

Most of the rooms have weird smell coming out of toilets, room service is not up to the mark. Reception guy helped by changing room but that weird smell was coming out from most of the toilets in 3rd floor.Rooms are given to guests without them being properly decorated or completely furnished.

The staff is very unprofessional, I had a booking and they refused my booking because the booking was mad on discount and they were playing me for around 1 hour to stay in the lobby and they were saying rooms are busy and bla bla, my suggestion is to not book a room here.

NO SWIMMING POOL, NO INTERNET, OUT OF WORK ELEVATOR, NO HOY WATER, NO BATH TUB, EVEN TOOTH BRUSH AVAILABLE ON DEMAND, DESPITE ASKING MANY TIMES DID NOT PROVIDE GLASSES FOR DRINKING WATER, ONLY FEW DISHES FOR BREAKFAST, ALL CLAIMS ARE FALSE. HAVE LAME EXCUSES FOR EVERYTHING. DIDNT EVEN GIVE WAKE UP CALL.
