As expected of any Hotel One chain, this hotel offers pretty decent, clean and comfortable rooms. Though the room rents are still quite high. The most distinguishing feature of this hotel is its location. Located in the heart of Lahore, it offers easy and quick access to all areas of Lahore. The food options are okayish though. The service quality is good.

The Service and Staff was Really Good But the Hotel from the inside look like a cave, it was really hard for a clastrophibic like me to soend time there.. the Rooms Had no Galleries and th3 corodore was like a Tunnel.

This review is being left by a family that has only gratitude for the staff at Hotel One and its staff. My sister who is chronically suffering and often needs assistance had travelled from Canada to Lahore alone; it was her first time in Pakistan since her childhood, we have no relatives in the city but the staff took care of Sidra beyond their duties. Everyone went out of their way to care for her well-being, understanding her limitations due to illness and even when she fell sick there they took good care of her.Even the security guard would ask her to head back if he saw her walking outside alone late at nite. Because they all took her to be like their own family member. Pakistan maybe an unsafe place for females but alhamdulillah my sister had a good time alone. And for that we thank the entire staff who was professional yet warm and kind. Highly recommend this hotel to all visitors.Sartaj Family, Canada

Washroom in Executive room on 3rd floor has terrible terrible urine smell. Very little parking space. Besides the executive rooms, almost every other room has very small window view. This person’s with anxiety or who are claustrophobic will feel awful

Personally i like the Hotel One, room and interiors is good, food was testy and good. I had one big challenge I faced that was the service timing of tea and lunch for the meeting, as per agenda we had plan lunch and prayer break was at 1:00pm but they provide at 3:00pm, as same the tea break was ay 10:45am they arranged it on 11:45am. Otherwise services and food was good. Location is ideal

The stay was pleasant. The room has all the amenities needed and the toiletries were provided as well. The washroom was dim and the finishing touches were missing in paint in a few places. The NFC card based lock in the door was also troublesome. Other than these issues, the room was fantastic and the breakfast was ample. I didnt order any room service. I would definitely stay again as the location was superb with malls, Liberty and shops near by.

Personally I prefer Hotel one in All over Pakistan over expensive hotels. Here you can feel yourself in comfort even foreigners also stay here and have good comments.

The experience of hotel one was very good. One thing to note that it is not good for food but who cares when so much food attractions are available nearby. Will recommend for staying if you can hunt for your food.

Average rooms.... not very well maintained. Check ins are super slow and the rooms service either takes forever or never shows up. Staff isnt trained in hospitality... thus explains the service

I had a forginer guest comming to pakistan and we chose this hotel and we both were very satisfied by the peaceful environment all around the hotel. Im glad they had professional bell boys and other staff. I was the happiest to see the big, spacey, and very well furnished room, with good quality beds. Just a small minor point was about their breakfast buffet as the food served was supposed to be continental rather than desi because my guests couldnt eat spicy pakistani food.

The place is below average while cleanliness seems to be an issue, food is worst part and I believe even small guest houses have better kitchen services.

Hotel is a reasonable 3 star though there are areas where they can definitely improve like room facilities quality, fixtures of washrooms. Management should also spend sometime randomly visiting rooms to check cleanliness by staff as well as monitor presence of any odor in rooms and washrooms.

Pathetic I wont recommend it anyone. Carpets were not clean. Plus they are charging 9000PKR for such a small. Even their suits are not clean and smoke free. Their staff is not cooperative so AVOID GOING THERE.

Hotel needs to be renew. Interior is out dated. Reception staff is well mannered but cleanliness of hotel is very low. The area where hotel is located is best shopping and restaurants area of lahore. Otherwise the hotel is below average.

Theres a Nandos right across the corner and an iMAX cinema literally next door, so you can spend as much times as you cant outside and come back only to sleep. Of course, the comfort levels wouldnt be as one would hope, but thats what youre paying for, am I right?
