Luxury must be comfortable,otherwise it not luxury.. Well this is elegant hotel. Room was also clean & cozy. Breakfast was also good.. Overall good experience

I like the fact that this hotel is attached to a mall with a beauty parlour, souvenirs etc, they also offer a wide variety of restaurant selection. My favourite part was the “rumours” bar and the pool table. Many thanks to Sultan Kareem who was hands down the best staff I’ve met in this hotel. Very kind, professional employee. He was perfect! Unfortunately, the restaurant staff was lacking professionalism and friendliness (Not wearing masks properly, not a “hello” when I entered...” Some staff didn’t speak even basic english which is a shame for a 5 star hotel and the rooms are getting too old. For dinner, prefer the Pakistani BBQ restaurant outside to the buffet for dinner. It’s better.

Marvellous place in Lahore. Food is excellent. Rooms are superb. Event Halls are also fabulous. However, rates are slightly at higher side. I think there is no other place in Lahore which may beat it.

I am not sure who would rate this place 5/5, either you have not travelled or are not used to hotels. This is definitely not a 5/5 establishment. And i used to have over 100 hotels days per year before Corona.Reception is a wonder of inefficiency and it takes 30 min to check in/check out. The staff pretends to be busy and try to hide. Laundry is not delivered on time. Corona protocols are a joke and not enforced or even followed by the staff.Food is ok but insanely over priced for the quality and ambience you lay for. Its over crowded in breakfast and hi tea times in the dining areas and people are not maintaining distance or even encouraged to stand in line.The rooms as old, worn down and there is a lot to be desired when it comes to cleanliness. Big food stains on my wall behind the desk that someone forgot to clean. One of the lights in the room could not be used due to some short circuit and sparks flying when trying to use it. My first room i had was so cold i had to wear my jacket inside until i got a small electric heater fan.As a summary its a hotel that has become content and lazy and stopped trying. Its my first time in lahore but Im sure there are better hotels to be found.

Below are some issue on basis on that I have rated your team on satisfactory condition.1- Your reception response is worse and behavior is non professional by body language. Although in check out time I have seen your reception is not properly serving the foreigner (flight captain) and he was asking for his room key and your reception guys ignoring his call.2- Secondly I was booked my room from booking.com but your reception girls do not have such information. She was going to charged regular amount from me where as booking.com showing some discounted rate. So in short both the database is not sync . After too much chat and proof of booking.com online picture she realize the actual picture.3-In bath area water drainage is not properly working. After my complaint to your staff resolve this issue. Why question is why i need to call your staff.4- In bath tub shower pipe is not properly cover its joints are damage and I can see the main rubber pipe. Which i was complaint too.5- During check in and check out , no one is available for language transfer to room.In standard hotel system room check In/out luggage transfer service is automatically provided to customer instead of calling.6-Please use the vacuum cleaner in your carpet for cleaning purpose before new customer come to room.7- Last suggestion: When ever you guys are going to provide the room please make sure to mentioned in all booking website that we are going to charge one extra day payment in advance. I did not find such information in any website but at reception I have faced this issue.

I came from New York a few days ago and planned to stay here, the hotel was nothing that I expected, the staff was very rude and unwelcoming. We ate at tai pan restaurant and the waiters were very nice but overall the check in and check out took a very long time. They have very weird and strict policies about alcohol. Will never come back here again. The room was pretty average, and I checked out without staying the night.

A stylish and brilliant location hotel in Lahore, Pakistan. Perfect for single to family vacations and you have everything you need within this hotel. Amazing parks at walking distance from the hotel. Other amenities just 10 mins drive away.

My stay this time was very disappointing. It has never been like this in the past as I have been a frequent guest at the hotel. Rooms were shabby and linens and upholstery showed wear and tear. Rooms lacked basic amenities like an electric kettle and a modern hair dryer. these were not brought to the room despite asking several times. Customer service was poor. Had to ask the front desk several times for something before it was delivered to the room. And sometimes I gave up asking. Kept asking for an electric kettle through out the stay and it was never delivered to the room. The food was very bland and presented in a shabby and sloppy way. Despite asking for things like salt and hot sauce to help the flavor they were never brought to the room. The hotel really needs to do a major revamp if it wants to continue to maintain its standing as an international travel destination.

Lady at reception receiving us first day was extremely unco-operative, rude, and had no desire to help us. Mostly, service (like room service, bus boy, reception etc.) at PC is slow and takes a long time. Breakfast was amazing and the only redeeming quality about PC. Security was very good. Rooms furniture was dated and washroom requires updates. Good thing about washroom was hot water was always available. The price paid versus experience gained made PC a bad choice. We checked out of PC and went to Ramada to continue the rest of our vacation. Price was cheaper at Ramada and service/experience better than PC. I will not recommend PC to anyone, and nor will I stay at PC in future.

Oh, that was my wedding. Owssmm arrangements, very very expensive but very very managed. Good quality of everything. As a bride, that was a brilliant choice of hall. Good one.

Not a really chic place to stay... Deluxe room had warped lampshades on crooked brass lamps... No tea/coffee pot in the room until u really addressed senior management or a contact.. Buffet Breakfast was overly crowded and uncomfortable for both covid times and /or winters .. Mixed tea was being poured directly into tea cups like a truck driver hotel.. Very few covid restraints or sops provided except it was mendatory to wear masks.. Electricity of the entire property went off when we were in the elevator Not a genuinely worth it kinda experience

Yes it is the most beautiful hotel in Lahore. Crystal Hall is more luxurious, neat and clean where as much as big function can be managed. Definitely food quality is too good. No compromise on services. Management knows how to maintain their standard. In all respect it is beautiful ️

The front desk staff are so very nice and helpful. Since, we came doing coronavirus we asked that we get new pillows and pillowcases upon arriving and they came fast. We had a problem with the television and they were very low in fixing it. They told my husband dont he see they are a big hotel and have a lot of people to help after we had been waiting for about 45 minutes. I got upset and told them their problems are not my problems hire more people. I demanded that they come immediately and they did. We also had room service which was fast and food is great! The main restaurant staff were nice and helpful. We also ate in the coffee cafe and they were also nice.The pool night pool guy was not nice and did not want us to get water around the pool cause they were having a special night event after the pool close. Note we were at the swimming pool swimming in water. So, of course we were going to get water around they pool. He even went as far as calling the manager on us. The manager told him he would have to clean it up and I could see he was upset. We also had a problem in the gym when we went their because the worker asked us if he are staying here and we said yes. He then asked what room. We told him and my husband showed him the key so he would stop questioning us. Note. I AM a black American and my husband is Pakistan. The front desk check in and check out too a very long time. But, they gave a very late check out so that helped smoothed things over.

Normally I go there to buy cake from pastry shop. These cakes are great in taste, texture & beauty. My family loves & enjoy these cakes.

My review is not based on one time experience rather it is based on my personal visists and staying at PC Lahore since 2012 and most recently last week. They have lost sense of hospitality. Dirty old washrooms, poor cleanliness standard of room make up staff and rude behaviour at reception is the reason theyll lose loyal customers. There hands are always full and they have become a cash cow for owners. There are way better options in Lahore with better cleanliness standards and courteous behaviour of all staff from top to bottom. If you want to have value for your money then stay away even if you can afford double the price. Not recommended.

Certainly, top class environment and luxurious and lavish sitting, fish ponds and restaurants. With the historic limousine of Sir Muhammad Sadiq Khan Abbasi in 1933 shows the Greatness of Pakistan and Bahawalpur.This shows the rich cultural importance in the world in 19s. Which is very fascinating. Loved it. You should visit the there and vitness the history.

I love the rooms they’re very cozy that’s why I always choose PC everytime while visiting with family, the check in was horrible the guy named Mr. Shaheen was the only person at the reception very unhelpful it took almost 25mins to check in. He was busy in scanning the Identification cards of the escorts who were visiting their clients and was more into them, than attending the regular and genuine families. I hope it gets back to the family environment which we loved about it.

Visiting PC is always a great experience, be it a Hi Tea, Meal or Seminar/Event. Professional and experienced staff with customer centric approach is highly commendable and a treat itself. All thumbs up for consistently high quality of service. Well done PC.

Same as usual ...As you can expect from a good 4 star hotel...but the rooms are not as great as should be especially in the new wing....The power switch were not working so had to find which one was working....Service ok but good ambience over all...Whole hotel feel effected by Covid 19 sops which was reassuring..

Received warm welcome at the reception. Check-in was was very quick. H2H service was very good.Call was not being attended by the reception. Room service personnel were not active and found with lack of antiquates like the ones in international hotels.

My recent visit was at their Chinese restaurant Tai pen. Food was excellent. Nice ambiance and friendly staff. Of course, the prices are on the high side but thats what youd expect at PC

Really disappointed Mattress not confortable (pic is attached) and wet. Toilet dirty and obsolete.We were 4 to stay but only 2 towels, and 1 dental kil even we asked for 4 but received only 2 more.Room is too small.1 star is for the environment (gym, pool, restaurants,...)We came for 2 nights but we checked out after one, move to Nishat hotels which is far more better.The last but not least, a customer entered in the morning in our room (we were sleeping) and our room keys were blocked.

Staff was well mannered and were ever ready to help out with any need or help.Just one case which actually disappointed me on my first stay at PC as well as a priveledged member. The room got locked on our 2nd day of stay and my wife was stuck inside while I was away having meeting in pearl conference room. She called for the help and an attendant was there immediately.I had to leave the meeting in between just to help my wife out but the door issue was sorted by the time i reavhed there.I complained the person on reception Karim he and his superior present at the moment denied any responsibility and infact put the blame on us for placing the cards too close to our phones.We didnt want any quarrel and returned to our room to find out a carpentar was fixing the room lock upon asking he said sir we are sorry the lock was jammed. Just for the test I tried the 2nd card we had on the lock it was blipping red light.We returned to the reception where Karim again repeated that both your cards got blocked due to your phones but we are humble enough to renew it.Some points to note:1. It happened at around 12 noon which normally is the time for checkout.2. There is no where written to keep the cards away from phone. (we had 2 cards one of them was kept by me while the other was kept by my wife to light the room but both of them were not working).3. If it was just an issue with the cards why was a carpentar there fixing the room lock?Room 351. We stayed from 11 to 13 Sep 2020 and the incident happened on 12th of september.

I live in Lahore, so we didnt need any Hotel reservation, but unfortunately- few guests from Quetta visited me-for business purpose-so, i booked a luxury room in PC for them and for the seek of company -another room for me.Service was quite well and their room staff was very polite. We enjoyed swimming, and dining as well as Spa.There are 3 Restaurants in Lobby we mostly visited Dampukht many times.I really enjoyed the Hotel, so i wish i visit here next time.

Had an executive room experience. Together with the executive lounge PC lahore is a great place to stay especially for business trips.Keeping in mind that business travellers need comfort of sleep plus peace of mind to eat light/moderate and have online meetings both inroom and out in the lounge for a change.However, one wonders if it will be up for grabs for not so rich business travellers like myself if it were not for booking.com and the like.

No proper guidance for parking plaza. Lack of exit boards. Everywhere parking is haphazard. Toilets have no proper exhausts, bad smell was there at ball rooms toilets. Meal served was good in taste.

It used to be a great place for a peaceful get together, but now its a complete mess. I dont know if they have stopped cleaning or what, floor were dirty, walls needed maintenance, and dont get me started on the condition of bathrooms. It was worse than any public bathroom. Very disappointed.Their room service was really bad, though breakfast was okay but they completed it in 3 visits as they kept forgetting items. And there were literally forks peeping behind the cupboard.

Tried high tea in Marco Polo but was disappointed by the quality and less variety.Dining chairs were quite old and required immediate major repairs.Most of the items on salad bar were not fresh. Main course dishes were filled late deliberately.

This is one of the best hotels in Lahore but the attitude of the staff in the restaurants and the staff at the security check is not good. They are very arrogant people and ignore their clients. It was a bad experience with the staff.

Never stay there. I stayed just one day and it is so cold that i got sick. Air conditioner is kot getting the room hot. They brought me heater but it is so old that never enough. At the breakfast hall everybody is having breakfast in their coats. Me and my frieands couldnt sleep during day due to cold room

Hi we stopped here for four nights whilst we were on our Sikh Yatra.The staff were very friendly and attentive from the moment we entered. We were greeted with garlands of flowers to wear and given flavoured water to drink whilst we were checked in.The room was a good size that we had as you can see from the pictures.I would only state that it was in need of updating and refurbishment. Especially the bathroom as the shower fittings were coming away from the wall and the hinges were all rusted.The Spa was fantastic and it had a hot sauna and Steam Room. They provide you with towels and lockers.There is a tropical shower there also which was great.I must mention Abdul who was the attendant in the spa area and he was a great member of staff who was polite and friendly and even turned the heat up in the sauna for me as I wanted it hotter.They provide treatment like an all body massage for around 5800 rupees (£29) for one hour.The out door swimming pool is heated all day and was nice and warm.It has a huge fully equipped gym. Which was being used by the Pakistan cricket teams as they were staying at the time.They have a number of restaurants but we only used the Marco Polo restaurant which was a buffet style restaurant. The food was good here and the staff accommodated any dietary requirements. As we were attending as part of a Yatra they prepared our food to our specifications. The only fault I had was that the service was very very slow even though they had loads of staff.Also you must remember that men cannot enter the restaurant at any time in slippers as that is a big no no with no exceptions.There is lots of security at the hotel with armed guards at all entrance and exit points and even within and at the poolside.I felt safe at all times here.Please like this review if you found it helpful.

Dear sir I stayed in your hotel on 27 th December 2020 I noticed many things I think you should make some improvements in your hotel you have a name I came there to enjoy a beautiful trip but I was shocked when I stayed there I used to stand on reception for one and a half hour I was your guest I was in queue it looked like that we are standing outside a bank to pay bills your system was slow there was no one who can make us comfortable or calm by welcoming us with a glass of juice or show respect to us .Than I went in my room my room was standard and sorry no slippers were there washroom was untidy even the roof was dripping water I was shocked you have a name but sorry your services your room everything was a disaster kindly note down my all complaints next time I will never stay there neither never reffer anyone in my surroundings to stay at your hotel.regards Parwaiz I qbal.

I visited PC to attend WALEEMA of my friend’s son which arranged in Shahi Khaima marque at PC.I am a diabetic patient and most of the guests were elderly persons like me. The food served was full of carbs like Naans were of white flour instead of whole wheat flour, chicken Biryani, Chicken Qourma and sweet dish of rice pudding.The served food by no norm could be termed as nutritious or tasty compatible with hotel stars.

So the reason why I gave a one star was because of the mold and mildew in the room. That occurs when water has been sitting in the room, or wasnt dried off properly.When asked about it candidly that whats that smell to the bell boy, found out that the carpets were just cleaned recently. After inquiring how, the gentleman mentioned that it was done by water machine. Which is really a great tool, but it wouldnt work well in a hotel cause all the windows are closed.So when you have water standing underneath a rug or carpet in a room with circulating air of the AC the moisture is trapped and that fuels mold and mildew.What does mold and mildew do to person? Firstly, Air quality breathing problem, that can lead to beginnings of a asthmatic life. And that if you are overexposed can cause damage to your lungs. I have uploaded a video about the room as well, please find it and watch it before you book it!

We had a fabulous stay recently at the Pearl Continental Lahore. It is always such a pleasure to stay at the hotel which provides multiple options as to food outlets, great food quality and above all prompt and immaculate services in all departments. Ours was a family trip to attend a marriage at Lahore. We were treated like VIPs and very quickly guided to our deluxe suite which was large and comfortable with all the amenities. The buffet breakfast is always a treat in the morning and has a lavish spread of dishes to cater to any taste. Overall our stay at the PC Lahore has always been an enjoyable and comfortable experience away from home!

So pathetic service. Very very old uncleaned rooms, too much to walk. Room services doesnt response on single call. Food is so expensive and taste is 4/10. Room charges are so much higher than any other 5 star hotel of the world comparatively. Overall experience is 3/10. My this experience is based on atleast 10 different times stays in this pathetic hotel, my only obligation to stay here is Corporate business relationship with my company.

I have been visiting PC lahore over couple of years but this time the stay was way below my expectation. First, the mini bar was empty and i had to request them to replenish it. Then, even after the replenishment, there was no chocolates or energy drinks just some carbonated drinks. Plus the food quality of in room dining was way too too below standard. And the room interior was quite old and i think you guys need to upgrade it.

Rooms were clean, stay was good. Service staff was cooperative. Food was just normal at Marco Polo. Overall satisfied.
