Had worse experience ever in Lahore, only bed was good but the rest is total pathetic. Poor room service, untrained or uncultured desk staff. No warm water. Windows aint cleaned.Not recommended. Its better to stay in any low level hotel at station.

Beautiful Hotel and Banquet Hall. Easy to locate. Excellent environment. I have no idea about the quality of rooms and related services as I have attended a marriage function. Seating environment, food and related services were excellent there.

I couldve given them 5 stars, but NO.Id seen this hotel in its glorious days, and now they are dropping their level of perfection and cleanliness.Id rated 4-S as I visited again recently. Still its a perfect hotel for a celebrating a ceremony, party or business meeting.Food is great, fresh and pure, and well-priced too as compare to the other hotels running around all in Lahore.THE ONLY THING, Id not checked their room/room-service.Soon, Ill try to check it too.Wishing the best.Thanks!

Amer Hotel is located at a good location of Lower Mall i.e. City Centre. Rooms are little cramped and some have smell. Wash rooms are Ok. Stairs and lifts are available. Staff is polite and Efficient. Due to location beside main road, traffic noises disturbs at night. Lobby are us well laid out, free breakfast also has reasonable options. Hot water is not available. Overall Average Budget hotel.

The reception looked nice but it was a facade. The rooms are ancient! Extremely outdated and dirty looking. The mattresses and pillows were severely uncomfortable and caused my family back issues.The washroom was a mess- no hot running water, the door handle broke off, the shower head fell off mid shower and looks dingy.The biggest complaint is security- the room door and locks HAVE to be changed as they do not close properly. Breakfast was a plus but the selection is limited.The reception staff were very rude upon check in and automatically demanded the hotel fees which I have not had to do before and this sparked my initial skepticism and wariness.Internet did not work and staff seemed unwilling to give the password.Would not visit again- needs drastic improvement.

Bad experience, not happy at all they did not change sheets and pillow cover I show them it was dirty, it use to be nice and clean place 4 years ago ,bathroom was in bad condition ,shower curtains were dirty room had smell of dust, staff is not trainedDo NOT waste money

Worst hotel ever.. telephone didn’t work! There 24hr room service did not exist! Cockroaches running around, carpets dirty, Advertised air conditioning rooms but apparently they have never worked! T.v has no signal, Staff are rude! Over priced, Well and truly disappointed.. AVOID!!!

At the time of booking they tell charges all inclusive but charged extra taxes etc at the time of check out.Very poor service, I have to visit reception twice fir just a bottle of water.Dinner service was very poor, even tissues were not available.In short, just wastage of money. Old traditional way of Hospitality one of friend is staying here for last 20 years.

Worst experience. We had standing water in the shower, a very dingy room. Lamps were dirty and lopsided, walls were also dirty and the air condition would work occassionally. One of our windows were broken as well.

Twitter is for whatever thoughts that come to mind about the vacation.When you get into a hotel room, you lock the door, and you know there is a secrecy, there is a luxury, there is fantasy. There is comfort. There is reassurance.

I have attended a marriage there. It was basement hall which appeared to be old and wasnt much spacious. Quality of food was nice and it was buffet system. In food there was rice pulao, korma and sweet dish.

Rooms are not with the money. Lifts dont work properly. Fully carpeted and carpet is full of holes and burns. Room service is non existent. The overall experience was bad and the take home lesson is this experience is not to be repeated and avoided at all costs. Only thing good was the comfortability of their mattresses. Maybe it was their quality or theyve worn out too much and turned into a soft mush.

A nice hotel, restaurant and have a nice banquet hall, situated at Lower Mall Lahore.

I would say location is good, nearby famous land marks. And service is excellent. The moment you enter hotel till you leave, staff is keen to serve you. With price economy and exceptional service, you may over look somewhat weary furniture and fittings.

Location was good. All important historical places are near it. Their room condition was not good. Hot shower was not working. AC was not that good. Had to change one room since AC in that was not working. Only one or two breakfast items in the menu were available. Although staff was friendly.

Good place for short stay near to maal road and for those peoples who visit lahore to attend High court and other courts issues as its very near to these places

Waste of money. From yesterday their intercom not working. I m calling from my mobile to reception for any service. Washroom not cleaned. And the worst thing today I went to their restaurant for breakfast but they were out of jam and butter stock. The water they provided me wasnt clean. Totally waste of money. So now going to see another hotel, cant tolerate more. Want to register complaint but their manager refuse to come out from his office. Dont have words to explain their bad attitude.

I am very shocked to enter my room at Amir hotel , I cannot share the pictures of hotel room inside but I am really surprise to compare the online status and picture of this hotel and one thing more “ don’t judge a book by its cover “ from outside its looks like a five star but inside its a concrete Dhaba ..... I want to type and type but because of shortage of time I am very disappointed...... worse experience ever ....and the owner .... oh God he is a very stupid and stubborn guy ......
