Taste was good I have tried their breakfast buffet but the environment was good not excellent ao Im rating it 4 stars.overall good experience.

Amazing place, environmental and staff is very good. Food is also delicious and high quality. If anyone wants to have a dinner on roof top, he should have to visit this place.

I arrived to find out that they didn’t have my booking,but kindly offered to accommodate me anyway.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.The hotel is a busy hotel but quiet one so that you can get a good nights sleep.Rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard.Breakfast was freshly prepared and bought to you to your table,even though it is a buffet.The choice of food was good and was fresh .I tried the room service and it was very good be it a little late.Complimentary water was included in the price (a large bottle not your little tiny tiny bottles)Air condition worked fine .We decide to host a party for our friends on their rooftop.It was good (with the exception that they got order mixed up and service was very slow but it was not the staff’s fault as their manager disappeared for the night and only turned up for the bill)We raised our concerns with delightful Mr Syed Bilal who apologised and offered to waive the bill. He apologised for the service or the lack of it .He insisted that we should at least let him reduce the bill for the party to which we agreed.This hotel is a gem in Lahore.I would definitely recommend it and will be returning to stay next time when in Lahore.The hotel needs little tweaks to bring up to standards which I am pretty sure Bilal is working away on.Overall a good time had at The OBAN

Starting from its Highly respectful guards to managers, all are very cooperative. I went there for breakfast buffet and I just love that. Highly Recommended for Birthdays or casuals dinners or breakfast.

I tried their high tea and I didnt like it. Only Chicken tempura and chowme was good.Outdoor ambiance was better than indoor as I didnt find it very neat and clean.

This is a story of good ambiance and taste but poor service.Went on Breakfast Buffet at Oban Hotel Gulberg.The dining space, rooftop, was excellent. Gives a quite good view of surroundings.Food which i tasted was good but service was pathetic and they were either taking ages to refill or not refiling at all for some items.Have to mention here that many items mentioned in the menu were missing which is highly unprofessional on their part.In the end I consider myself really lucky to get the essentials to make a cup of coffee for myself. *winks*

Best place to stay with Family and friends. New rooms new furniture. Parking facility. Suspicious room. AC with heater. Hot water all time. One of best buffet breakfast with great city view. All Staff was very cooperative specially Mr Ali. He upgraded my room without any charges because I wanted to stay with my 4 children in my budget.Overall very good experienced 10/10.Zero complaint.Highly recommend.

Nice property and very good staff who were attentive to all our needs. My room had a minor issue, when I informed the manager, Mr. Hamza, hes was very swift in upgrading the room to a much nicer Jr. Suite that I really appreciate. I would stay here again

When I booked this hotel, I wasnt really sure how my experience would be given the number of reviews were quite few, however, Im extremely happy with my stay. Mr. Rana Shoeb - the manager at the front desk, took care of any queries. Id recommend anyone looking for a decent hotel to not hesitate in booking this property.

The food wasnt of quality taste at all... The pasta was tasteless and bland and the chowmein was all sticky! They gave us a different cake from what we ordered. The desert section had moose and syrups only no variety! When our timeslot was finished for high tea we ordered separate tea from the whole menu in which they gave us tea bag coffee and told us to leave even though the seats werent reserved

Nice place . But there was no karahi , qorma or tikka . The rice of biryani and Chinese were hard . And the mini burger was really bad .Whtie sause pasta and chicken tempura was tasty . They have to more dishes .

Pathetic services and very much disappointed with staff and management. Today i went for breakfast buffet at 10:30 am. Staff here told me that we are closing breakfast at 11:00 and you have only 30 minutes for buffet as they have changed the time from 12 to 11 am without informing us prior. I went all the way from Askari 11 to Oban hotel for breakfast buffet but they disappointed me with this attitude.If they were changing the time they should have informed us earlier so that we can reach there according.

If you are going for breakfast and hi tea lunch you will be served on the ground floor. Because the rooftop serving is for the people who has room booking in the hotel.I did a breakfast and my experience was ok. Timing is from 7-12 on weekends but dishes were Not ready till 9.Taste was again ok. Not so many dishes in breakfast and I found chicken karahi smelly I dont taste it from my plate.No front parking, basement or park on the road at own risk.

We visited oban hotel for hi-tea on 26 september we arrived at 3 pm at the hotel they told us before booking that the hi-tea timming is 3 hours from 3 pm to 6 pm so we decied to go and booked our seat in their hi-tea but after 1.5 hours the supervisior came and gave us a surprise that you cant sit here any more your time is over you must go now and pay the billsecondly there was no soup and gulab jamun available but it was on the menu#refundourmoney#obanhotel#hi-tea

Despite booking a room for 3 people, I was given a room with two single beds. I had to pay extra for the additional mattress. The room wasn’t cleaned for the two days I stayed for a i was given 1 bottle of water for three people in 2 nights. Additional water was also extra.

A cool and calm place at an commercial area.

There was no bell boy or any concierge to receive us on the night of 16th August. We literally had to drag luggage ourselves. Moreover, the room were smelly and the bedsheet was used with literally hair all over. GROSS. There was no minibar available, not even water. The rest room was also used and filthy. Not recommend at all.

One of the worst places to stay. All the pictures in the photos are deceiving. I bought a room for Rs.6500 and it was a very small room compared to the rooms showed in photos.
