The outlook is good, but the rooms are not clean. Further, they have pathetic room service. No heaters during winters. And the blankets provided are dirty and full of smell. However, there gulberg branch is good as compared to faisal town

Services are not Good this time. Rooms are not up to date. Need necessary attention on room decorations. Lighting is not good. Room service is very slow. Food is satisfactory, not Good. Better to eat out. Location is Good and area its good. Not recommended for family and long stay.Stay safe.

For Instance i thought it was a family hotel but when i arrived here it was empty like it has not been booked for quite a while. Secondly, staff didnt enquired about any document to be presented, furthermore the room was not cleaned properly and WiFI was not working either. The strange event happened at night when police raided the hotel thank God i was carrying my Nikkah Nama with me so i got saved but that whole night me and My wife couldnt sleep well. In a nutshell i will not advised anyone to come and stay in this hotel and i will recommend this place to be sealed unless they give proper security for future customers

Food was good. Service was good but ac tv and ptcl was not working properly.

Never ever go there. Worst staff dont know how to communicate with their clients. I asked for a pain killer they said we dont have general medicine. I asked why you dont have? They replied you are not in a position to ask why? I mean WTH??? I paid youfor 3 days and you are behaving like this?
