The staff and services were excellent and very helpful.Rooms were remarkably well made.5 stars for rooms5 starts for staff5 stars for facilities5 stars for location every things is near by mall road, MM Alam Road, all the famous attractions are near by within 15 to 25 minutes drive.

Everything was much better than expected and inline with all the positive reviews. Staff was kind and helpful including security guys. Good location. Clean rooms and hotel spaces. Great room service. Strongly recommended

Awesome place for families to stay I like everything about this hotel its just the best the kitchen has all cutlery so we can also cook on our own it has microwave,toaster and electric kettle the bath room had a dental and shaving kit also a comb the bedroom was neatly set up with a closet which had an iron n iron board and even a locker in which u can set in your own pass code and put your stuff in and Ive made my decision that next time I will come Lahore I will TOTALLY check in in hayat luxury apart ments overall staff was co-operative and the hotel had a lil back yard I recommend this place alot!!!!

I came back to visit Lahore after 15 years and without any doubt Hayyat Luxary Apartments has become my favorite place to stay. Great location, really pleasant, clean atmosphere and very central. Their pick and drop service from the airport was fantastic, upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mr Usman and his staff. Restaurant was very flexible (very well appreciated). We came to stay here in August and the second time in mid November 20. At both occasion Mr Usman and Abdul Waheed and their incredibly helpful staff looked after us very well. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to feel and experience 7 Stars service.Sepcial thanks to everone at Hayyat Luxury Apartments for making our visit very special.

The place is nice, relatively newly constucted with friendly staff. Though lahore is vast but the location is convenient. There is garden at the back and netflix on the TV. All in all comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable stay like home. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Brand new luxury rooms with unbeatable value in the whole Lahore. I frequently travel to Lahore and this is the first time that I come across such a clean hotel. SPARKLING CLEAN ROOMS. The quality of bedsheets and towels and toiletries also very good.You just need to bring your clothes and belongings and all other facilities they provide.I stayed in one bedroom apartment. Very big and spacious. It had kitchen with all utensils complete and a gallon of mineral water. Tea stuff also provided.Even had NETFLIX! And super fast internet.

A better place to stay but TV lounges are smaller in size and not suitable for 2 bed apartments. Overall a good ambiance and service with very extraordinary cooperative staff.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY GOOD IN HOSPITALITY

It was pleasure staying at Alnoor / Hayyat Luxury apartments. Ive stayed over three times with in 2 months and Im really really picky on my choice of apartments. But theyve been very accommodating and provided top notch services. I will definitely stay again when Im back in Lahore.

Nice place to stay with attached kitchen. Daily room service. Two missing stars are due to the fact that i stayed for 6 nights and my package included complimentary breakfast. But the breakfast i was offered was not the standard breakfast. When complained i came to know complimentary breakfast is just a sham... i didnt took breakfast for the rest of 5 days. At the end when i told the manager, he was insisting that complimentry breakfast is below standard in quality then another senior manager came and apologised... and gave me 1000 Rs discount which couldnt make up for the disturbance that lack of breakfast caused for 5 nights.....

Its the best room in lahore pakistan i feelim from singapore and the cleaniness is the best i would say only washing machine is missing in the room the rest all needed for daily use is all therei highly recommend this apt to everyone to take this room the price reasonable its the best suitable for all who want a cozy place
