Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the metropolitan capital. Constructed along the coast of Arabian Sea, the restaurant is made entirely of wooden logs and supported with similar struts. It has 3 floors with seating on both sides; along the sea or the opposite one.Being in high demand, the waiting area for respective turn is pretty high reaching up-to one hour during peak times and weekends.The food tastes pretty good, presented quite average and serving size is rather okay. However it’s not very expensive and value for money is good.Definitely recommended.

I went there with my friends. We were 6 persons. Ambience was really good, waiters were responding in a good way and on time. Two things needs improvement 1) They must accept payment by a bank card and 2) Quality was average, not was as expected as I have tried many places somewhere in Karachi.

Tried Daal, Boneless Handi and TeaPros- Food was good except for the tea which was apalling!- Service was great, staff was well mannered- The view was great!Cons- Overpriced, expected this because of the view.- Tea was horrible, it came within seconds and it tasted absolutely horrible, even tea stalls make better tea!- Do not accept card payments, this was an inconvenience..... there is an ATM present on the premises but its their policy to not accept cards and conduct business on cash only which is a bit weird.Overall, go for the view, carry cash/ATM card and dont order tea.

Had dinner yesterday.Not a good experience. Gave us waiting for almost 1 and half an hour. Then gave us table near cooking area so all the smoke was coming to our table. Service was good. Taste was not so good.

Coming from USA California and knowing what great food really taste like, I can say the food is AMAZING, this is the second time I visited Pakistan and this is a must place you will wanna go to. The only back bad thing I can say is the waiting time isnt the best. First time I went I waited 1 hour and this time I went we waited two and a half hours but I know the owner was trying his best to get EVERYONE in and that was a plus for me. Maybe I will come back again next year.

Ask anyone in Karachi and they will tell you Kolachi is love. Even when during pandemic some restaurants have been trying to break even, Kolachi would see waiting lines on a regular weekend night. It is not just taste and ambiance, it is also customer service.You go there anytime of the year and it is impossible that someone wont ask your opinion about the food and service. And you even if say something as a four star, they would apologize many times and ask how can they compensate the bad experience!

Probably the best restaurant of the city. Situated along the sea shore, it offers delicious food with excellent ambience along with the cool sea breeze. The staff are polite and friendly and offer quick service. In my opinion the top food items are Peshawari karahi, seekh kebab, Lahori fish, cheese naan and tempura prawns. Also do try a warm cup of tea after dinner or delicious kulfi to fulfill your dessert craving.

Kolachi is the most awesome dining out location when the winter starts to creep in Karachi. So we decided to head out to Kolachi one night in early December and like always, we went home impressed.The food was delicious, service was courteous and they even offered blankets for people who were feeling chilly due to the icy cold sea breeze.

Felt oike im having food in kabul. Real beef boti Naan was so good. Sajji was tasty, juicy and fresh.but ned to improve like,1 karahi was so tasteless2 fLahori ish was too salty .3 paya ! Serve with name of Kunna.4 very disappointed with dessert section. Keep some good fruit salad۔ every thing was with whipped cream and chocolate.5 Keep saltish drinks as well

The ambiance was too good! peaceful and beautiful location. I really liked the bread and the lemonade. The server were very respectful and humble, but there were few things that could have been better, such as the high prices and the cooking. We ordered goat karahi, it was not properly cooked. they did offer us to replace the dish but we were so hungry after waiting for 45 minutes it didn’t make sense for us to replace. Thats the thing when you are charging too much for your food then you should make sure to maintain the quality of it at first time instead of correcting afterwards when someone complains. It did effect our whole experience negatively.

The place is just amazing. The food is good and the service is outstanding. They served us a steak in about 10 mins even when we were there on a fully packed Saturday night. The view is amazing. I loved the Kolachi House Prawns. I would definitely recommend the place and the prawns.

The best part is indeed the location, the environment and the ambiance. Its amazing to be at Kolachi, Do Darya. Food is off course amazing too and servise is correspondingly matching to the environment. A must visit type place, do visit the terraces towards the sea side for a wonderful experience.

A good place at sea view to have dinner. Open at 7PM to 1AM everyday. It is situated at Do Darya in DHA phase 8 zone c, Karachi. A very busy restaurant. You have to wait about 20 to 45 minutes for your turn in peak time but food is excellent.

I went here on my first trip to Karachi. The restaurant is situated literally on the ocean shore on a pier. The ambiance is unlike any other; I would recommend coming here just for the view! Add on amazing food, and this will by far end up being your favorite restaurant. I had garlic and cheese infused naan bread (OMG so yummy!), afghani kebab, chicken makhani handi, mutton karahai, beef chanps and zaffran kulfi in saffron flavor. If ever in Karachi, make sure to visit this place for sure!

This is undoubtedly one the best restaurants in Karachi. Location is outclass. Food is outclass. Service is great. The only thing this restaurant lack is the poor lighting system at night.

Amazing food experience with hospitable service people. Night beauty of sea adds greatness to an experience. Although this place is overcrowded with people as we had to wait for around 40 mins. But quite well managed. You wont feel rushy when you are once seated.

Ambience is very good specially the seaside facing. Food is simple delicious. From fish to karahi, stakes to BBQ what ever I have tried so far its delicious.Only thing which i would like to get improve is that lighting. The dim light in which everything looks yellowish and dull, at times irritates.Overall the best experience when ever i have visited Kolachi. Recommended!

All good except they are not accepting any kind of card

Great place to have dinner, nice view of sea water and u can get the view of seagulls and boats. Food is good but prices are bit high. Main thing is atmosphere which is unmatchable. Good thing is that free valet parking is available and ATMs booths are available but they don’t accept the credit cards and if u get there after 8pm on weekend and Sunday then u have to wait for seats minimum 45 minutes. Their food sieving staff is well trained. No public transport available in this area accept Uber & Cream.

Alriiiiightie guys - every place has that one spot you have to go to and this is Karachi’s!It’s the perfect spot for late night food - steaks, burgers, karahi’s, kebabs like... pure fuego. I’mgiving it five stars because in combination with the view, and the variety of food you can get, it’s awesome. It’s an overall 5. And my super picky cousin’s favorite restaurant too so THAT’S when you know it’s good.My tip - skip on the steaks or just get one to share if you’ll only have one opportunity to go. Although the steaks are good, they’re nothing spectacular. The more authentic Pakistani food is a must try! But FOR SUREEEE get their lamb chops, they’re well known for them and for goooood reason.
