I visited this place during covid and It looks like eid night as there were no sop of social distancing. This place is so big that its literally layed at bus stop 11W Kimari. People were visiting and no place to sit. You have to place and chose your fish from main stall where they weight and sell fish. Their famous is bbq prawns and fish. I wish they had proper sitting and parking as food is amazing and people come from far place to enjoy fish.

Rashid Seafood is a great place to eat seafood. They are Rhett best in town and know their craft of creating delicious seafood. The dishes that are famous such as Grill fish, Prawn Karachi, and Fish fry. But you should know that you have to wait a lot because they serve you fresh fishes.

Good parking facility managed by people.Prawn karahi was exceptional. You can choose from a variety of fish which you want to be grilled or fried. Order you food and pay for it to get a counter and then get seated. Food will served to table in about 40 min.The area is not very clean but has a lot of potential if the authorities can clean it up

Grilled fish is delicious and so are prawns, a bit spicy but worth the try.Wouldnt recommend lobsters as majority are half dead and dead lobsters calls for bacterial growth.Prices are pretty decent, red snapper per kiko can cost about 1100rs and the prawns would cost about 1200rs per kg.The wait is easily an hour, have patience ^.^

There is quite a decent parking available on the next plot which is managed by Pakistan Rangers. Better to park there, as other places may not be as safe for parking.Its better to go for early dinner as the place gets crowded after 8:30 and you might find it difficult to get seats and waiting time might take 1 hour.If you are not too fussy about the cost, then you can buy the fish/prawns from Rashid foods directly and ask them to prepare it. If you want to spend smartly, then you can buy fish/prawns from the market behind the food street. The cost will go down by 40%.I have visited this place multiple times and I have found everything to be sumptuous. However, my personal favorite is prawn karahi. Per head cost depends upon the kind of fish you order. Generally, it should not cost more than 1K per person.There is arrangement for families but advise not to as the place is thronged predominantly by men and the place is a bit too congested for comfort

There are many unprofessionals in karachi but he is NO-1today i have visited there with my family and facing the same unprofessional conduct. thy dont knowhow to manage if the number of customers get increased .they continue taking the orders even they know that due to new year night Police ordered them not to serve food after 0800pm.i told him if order will not ready in time dont take my order but he replied no issue . when we were waiting for order in family hall suddenly police came & all lights get turned off .and their answer was plz take back your money due to SOPs we have to shut off the restaurant now.this is the story .kindly do not visit there specially with families .
