Good place for teenagers, very pricey & items not properly explained or shown on menu. The menu you have to see on insta which is also a hassle.Never order the Red, its always stale, I think they make it once a week. Other items tasted good, but still value for money is only 2 stars.

Food was fresh. A great place for tacos. Loved the hard shell ones. And compared to other places these are also reasonably priced. Only bummer was that there were no deserts at that time.

Went to Tacocat for dinner, loved the food. Very authentic flavours which is hard to find here. The tacos were delicious, the guacamole was fresh and the starters very very good, specially the quesadillas. The service was a little off and the waiters seemed very confused but we still had a great experience. Will be back!!

Tried Tacocat to explore the taste of tacos. Tried 4 different flavors on the recommendation of the server. Only liked the pulled beef one. The others were just OK. Nothing extraordinary. Pricing is quite steep considering quantity. Average taco will cost around 400 including tax and you need at least 2 for a decent filling meal. Probably a one time try for me at least.

Flavours are amazing, ambiance is great, and the presentation of the food is great too. A little spicy if youre not into spicy food then probably not for you. Tried their hard shell ground beef taco, and steak taco. Both were amazing. Serving size is a little small but prices are reasonable so order more than one taco. In the drinks section tried the cucumber lemonade which was decent but the ague de jamaica was amazing. Heard their guacamole is amazing but when we went it wasnt available

Steak and fried chicken tacos were great. The hard shell taco is decent as well but just not as good as the other two. The salsa with the tortilla chips needs a little more bite. Overall a very nice addition to the Karachi food scene. The place has a nice vibrant ambience. Oh and the quality of their cheese was exceptional!

Amazing experience. Tacos are nicely done and menu is simple. Cheese and Guac is charged additionally if you want it. Serving size is small so its advisable to order two tacos each. And Tortilla chips are great as well. Got for the Carne Asada (Steak Tacos). You can ask them to make soft shell into a hard shell taco and they will do it. Recommended to try.

Excellent tacos.... the best Ive had in the city! They only have 3 options and all three are delicious. Casual and fast, this a great place to stop for a quick bite. Definitely worth a visit.

Good taste but not great value for money

Really great tacos, get the tres tacos so you can try out all three types. The drinks are really good too, horchata is my favourite but agua de Jamaica is also a very refreshing beverage. It’s a great place for a pit stop or for a full meal.

New Taco Place in town. A super pumped up review made me want to go to this place and thanks to my sister whos always there to help her brother out in such adventures, hopped in. Ok so the place is set up like an antique thing. Where else would you see a bulb inside a bucket hanging upside down The food. Well the Nachos are to die for and especially the salsa sauce.. yumm! Tacos..well..maybe my taste isnt that developed for but i dont think Id be going again for there. Couldnt convince myself for the value of money for them. But i am definitely going there for the tortilla chips with the fiery sauce. Thats a sure shot hit!

A good place for Tacos! The serving size is small but the Tacos are really tasty! Hard shell Taco and fried Chicken Taco are the highlights in my opinion.

22nd Dec 2019, dinner time. Pretty place but I might not go again... We had 4 types of hardshell tacos and 1 drink, the bill was under PKR 1500. They also gave us a complimentary drink to try, which was cool. The tacos were alright, like homemade ones. The ambiance is great. They had a tree up for Christmas too. The staff seemed bored. Not very engaging. I was also a bit peeved that they kept telling the toilet is occupied every time I got up to go. When it had been a good 40 minutes, I asked whether the person inside is ok. Then they told me that actually theres no water. I wonder how they were managing stuff in their kitchen without water!

Regardless it tasted good.My friend and I had the fried chicken taco with guac and cheese (this is an added charge) in soft shell along with fries which are a must!The ambiance and the food was good!

If you have ever had genuine tacos abroad, please do not try Tacocat. You will not like it. Had a bunch of different tacos, found them to be pricey and mediocre at best. They really need to improve.

The place is very cozy. Ambience is very nice. Staff is very good and courteous. We had hard shell grilled chicken tacos and tortillas with grilled chicken, and agua jamaican cocktail. Everything was delicious. Worth visiting. Truly a 5 star experience

Very good and authentic Mexican food but very expensive! They need to reduce price. We tried their burrito bowls and tacos. I really liked the cucumber lemonade and the red Mexican drink! Must try the food and if you love spicy plus Vege based food then this is a good choice!

Its a nice place, first time having a taco was a good experience.I will recommend Carne Asada in soft tortilla but dont add guacamole in it.If you like to eat in a calm environment come before 5, i went in at 9 and it was noisy cuz of kids.But over all I like it !

A part of me is thrilled that this exists - Mexican food in Karachi. On that parameter alone and the inventive drinks - thumbs up. But, it falls short in its tacos, its ingredients. They are fine, but not great .

I seriously think this place has the potential to do better. The tortillas were fresh and amazing. Beef steak taco gets two thumbs up. However, the fish taco was cold as if sitting for a while and the chicken taco needed salt desperately. The sauces were delicious and I really enjoyed the cucumber lemonade. Maybe my next trip might be better. I recommend bringing sangaria to their drinks menu. That would be a high note of a good mexican meal !!

The interior is so cute, and the owner herself is the sweetest!! My overall experience was great! They allowed my pet cat too, which was a bonus. Loved taco cat!

The Steak Taco and the Hard Shell Taco are just out of this world good! They are the right amount of spicy, the meat is so well cooked that it just melts in your mouth and the Guac is just heavenly! I have been craving good Mexican in this city for so long now and I am so glad that Tacocat has opened up! We also tried their Cheesy Nachos and Lotus Ice Cream. The Nacho Chips were just amazing!

The tacos taste good but if you want to see the smaller tacos in the world this is the place to go see them. I would assume a normal eater would have to order 3 to 4 to be satisfied. Add in the cost of extra guacamole and its really not worth the time and effort for me.

Tacos are really good and really small. So if u r looking for a meal equal to a pasta or a steak then u will hva eto order atleast 3 tacos which mean minimum 1000 rupees. So that ways its quite expensive. Burrito bowl was just useless, hugeee mistake. Paid 3 times the price that thing was worth.

Was extremely disappointed that fish taco and veg taco both were not available.Because of this their menu felt very limited and lacking variety.Other than that the ambience was good. The place is a bit small overall.presentation of food was fine.We ordered the crispy chicken taco and the steak taco and both tasted good.I would higly reccomend to order two tacos per person as each taco serving is small and felt like an appetizer.We also ordered tacos with melted cheese, salsa and guacamole.Didnt like the cheese in it, as it dried off very quickly. The salsa and guacamole were good though.Overall was a fine experience.

Maybe I was a victim to inflated expectations, but while the tacos were quite good they didnt blow my mind (primarily because of the guacamole sauce; Ive had better). Not to mention the tiny serving size. The loaded tortilla chips were disappointing and the ice cream good but overpriced.

This place serves really good tacos in Karachi. Their Zucchini taco is the best tasting item in my opinion. Carne Asada (steak taco) is my second favorite. Tried the new fish taco and it hit the mark as well.Serving sizes are small and you need 3-4 tacos to fill up. Add guac and cheese to each and you can end up with 1500+/ head easy. Pricey for sure but avocados and imported cheese isnt cheap. In-house seating isnt the most comfortable since its a smallish joint.Hope they add white queso dip soon!

I liked the fish tacos and the Carne asada tacos (steak tacos). The Jalapeño and Cheese quesadilla was very tasty but could use a bit more spice in my opinion. The loaded tortilla chips were tasty but should be served with a generous serving of sour cream on the side, I felt it was a bit dry.
