Top in class. Very beautiful ambience. Extremely silent. Nice lounge. Helping staff. Its huge!!! So its always good to reach airport atleast 2-3 hours prior to your flight departure.

Good well kept airport. In covid times better arrangements can be seen. However a little lack of masks etc by passengers, who need to be warned to cover. Checkin process etc very smooth.

Family toilet is the best thing I like about Mumbai airport. Further architecture is also good.

My experience traveling from Riyadh to Bangalore via Mumbai (Air India): 07 Jan 20211. 3 forms filled, 1 at Riyadh (Self assessment), 1 on flight (self assessment in duplicate), 1 at the Covid station in Mumbai airport (exemption from quarantine). Lot of commotion at the Covid-19 station. It would be helpful for passengers if the actions at this point are informed at Riyadh itself.Forms need better coordination.2. Having a negative RT-PCR test report before boarding the flight saves a lot of hassles3. Keep a pen handy at all times4. Nobody asked me if I had Arogya setu app5. Nobody asked me about registering with Air Suvidha.6. PPE kits were provided on both flights.7. Air India: Both flights took off on time and landed before time. Landings were really smooth. Food served was good. Staff were courteous. However, no entertainment on both flights.

Airport is very clean and there are some nice design elements. Security staff, shop staff and Indigo counter staff in particular were excellent. Really went above and beyond to help me, didn’t even wait for a tip. Thank you!

One of the best airportSo I have been traveling recently to mumbai and I must say that the mum ai international airport is just awesome. The beautiful infrastructure and design and extreme cleanliness makes it best airport of asia 2017 . The airport was so clean from entry to exit and it shows indian culture in many ways. The vibe at the airport is so lovely . The ground staff is very helpful for every traveller. Mumbai airport is one of the best airport with proper facilities it is worth traveling there so I must recommend everyone to travell there
