Worst gynaecologists there. Owing to their negligence my baby expired. Fetal heart rate was very low, instead of emergency c-section they kept me under observation for a day and a night, and delayed the delivery. Irony is, there was nobody to observe my condition, I was left alone in labor for the whole night, nobody was listening. Dr came in the morning at 8.30 a.m and arranged an emergency C-section but it was too late and the baby couldnt survive.Not recommended at all.

The worst paediatric emergency services ever. I wish one could give negative ranking . I had to take my 2 year old for an emergency where she cut her thumb as it came between a door and she was profousely bleeding - a Dr Ayub in emergency didn’t bother examining and sent me to adult emergency and there they had me waiting for yet again 20 to 30 minutes only to be sent back to this dr ayub who wasn’t even available in the emergency neither his staff. My husband reached the spot and had to yell at this people to listen after which all dr ayub could say was go pay the emergency fee then come to me and a sleeping nurse showed up to put on dressing.This is the state of private hospitals, absolutely dismayed at the state of doctors and so called private hospitals. If I were the administration I would fire such lethargic cold blooded doctors sleeping in emergencies - pathetic beyond words

Doctor wasnt there in the emergency and The patient was taken to the OT after 30 min till then he was just dealt with a pain killer and some dressing. Although they were quick at the billing. So disappointed would never prefer this hospital to anyone. Because its not about the money its about our loved ones. #DoctorsMafia

I had an experience of getting my wifes surgery of removal of gallbladder. The doctor was good, the staff was casual in its approach. But the coordination among operation theatres/ recovery room and laboratory was pathetic. I had to practically do this coordination all by myself. At one end they have been asking me for blood and on the other side no one was there to collect the patients blood sample for cross match and it took 5 hours to blood bag to reach to patient after the requirement raised by the doctor. The donor was there from the moment requirement was raised. I wont recommend this hospital because of the casual approach of staff and laboratory.

Poor hospital poor facility too much expensive . Money is all thing for them .I had worst experience with them my baby died becuase of their negligence. Dont have emergency eqiupments such as ventilator in their nursery worst nursery ever seen . Only one untrained staff in nursery no system.Worst system staff dont bother .No care about patients. just making money.Never recommend. Never suggest. Do not waste your time and money.

They are just getting more business oriented and lesser human factor. Theres a gynecologist Naila Tariq that is just there to make money but doesnt care or think about each case individually. Infact no doctor in Pakistan does that. They just treat everyone as an average case and sell their favorite pharma medicines. She didnt guide us throughout our case and couldnt or didnt control blood pressure. Our child is suffering and i am sure thats because of her. Also theres a worst pediatrician Sarfraz Alam. A cheap doctor both money wise and skill wise. He never guided us as a first time parent how to take care of our child. Our childs stomach was almost always upset but he never told us to have IgA / igG test or to investigate further. Never told us to get her therapies. He is like a quack with a degree.

This is the worst hospital i have ever been too!!! I have had 3 surgeries in the usa because thats is where i am from. This was my 4th surgery getting liposuction done. My surgeron is a good doctor but lol hes never on timeBut your nurses they dont do anything, they have the aya (hospital maid) so everything!!! Which is not okay with me! What are the nurses getting paid for?? Just to sleep and sit around?? No one checked on me the night of my surgery for my vital signs. I told several nurses my dressing is coming off and no one changed it. No on call doctor came to see me after the surgery!!!!Just for your information nurses in the usa who are RN, LVN, and CNAs all do the same work even though they get paid differently!! Customer service is there goal. Your hospital lacked cleanliness and customer service both!! Bugs crawling on tables and on the table i should be using to eat food had bugs on it too!! The phone did not work. You falsely advertise your hospital i am soooo disappointed!!! No one wants to work it seems like it only aya is working and all others are sitting on there behinds getting free money that is sad I will not come to this hospital again and neither will I recommend to anyone!!! I went home 24 hours after surgery!! I could not stand it anymore!!! I would get better care at home then your hospital! And i am not going to pay your hospital for doing nothing!! And my $60.00 shoes were stolen from your operating room!!! Whose going to pay for that?? Im sure not your hospital! And the staff would not let my husband in so i was not able to give him the shoes I regret coming to this hospital!!
