Went there twice in emergency and the experience was really good. Quick response, cooperative staff and adequate testing facility. Everything was good, their operation theater services were good, private room facility was good. Atmosphere was very good. They provide Neat and clean environment. But the thing they lack was central air condition. Imagine you were there in month of Ramadan with fast on 2nd and 3rd floor of the building and the outside temperature was 44°C, it started severe headache. Ground floor was air conditioned because patients complained and after that they installed them.

Dr nosheen khalid of gynea department has no good behavior with her patient. She treats them as her customers only for money.Very bad experience. This hospital demands only money but not willing to provide quality services to its patients.

Staff is not good. Two days I try to phone call for confirming a doctor. Many time no one pic the ph and if some one pic and transfer call to the oncern dept then again no pic the ph.If Hospital owner read the mess try to call in your Hospital.Bad experience.

Good hospital but costs a fortune.

Its convinient for the patients near thokar area. other than that they have good consultants who take their patient seriously . I dont much like the emergnecy here and have doubt about the calibure of emergency docs but specialist docs are really good here along with fully equipped ICU. Also keep in mind that its quite expensive hospital where ICU per day bed charges are 16000 and room per day is of 15000/day.

Have been there in OPD a couple of times, they try to charge more money by telling you the situation is very bad and prescribing drips, tests and procedures. not going again.

Different people have different experience about it but my experience is good. i admit here because of entric fever.doctors and nurses take care very much specially nurses r very hard working and treat the patients in good way.

My mother got admitted here for few days. Overall average. Nice and clean rooms. Expensive but its not for poor. Nursing staff is looking busy doing nothing. Administration is average. They will listen to your complaints but then will say if you are not satisfied go some where else. While my mother was in CCU, a guy was doing repair work on an AC which was spreading dust in the room. When I questioned it, they stopped doing it and came up with excuses.

F***ing Satans in the faces of doctors.Personal experience: My mom was not feeling well, we went to Farooq hospital, they checked and they said that its some heart issue and said to us that its a heart issue, the doctor isnt on deck, just submit the fee and we will call him for treatment. We got stressed seriously. We held off on the decision of calling the heart specialist, so we told them just make the pain go away which they didnt either. The next day. We went to another hospital and it turned out that there was no heart issues what so ever.The thing to note from this is that its a bl**dy hospital and who ever working there should be experienced and should know what the problem is after the check up. But these money making ba**rds. Just always force patients to some serious issue for the money. You can see the rest of the reviews too, everyone complaining about them forcing patients that they have some serious issue. Now its upto you if you really want to go to this BS of a place which is called Farooq Hospital

They are juat loating with their doctors, i went their three times and worst experience of my life in any hospital. 1st time, we went their during mid time doctors are sleeping no proper respond then they gave injection to my wife it took months to recover the pain of infection. 2nd time again we went to hospital doctor was unable to wind even the food poisoning issues. For food poisoning they send us for ultrasound and other test just to collect money after that we went to another hospital they simply gave one injection things were in control. 3rd time, we are going to the a doctor in some other hospital, he also sit here we went there for checkup they ask more than the fee which we are paying in other hospital i said let me ask to the doctor otherwise we will go tomorrow to the same hospital where he is sitting doctor said its ok come i ll charge the same fee after checkup he said we provide better services here that is why no discount pay full. I was trying to find maybe they provde mujra services of their good-looking staff but i was was wrong This is what happen with me, so all of you be careful with them and dont visit this hospital this is hamble request.

Worst place on planet. Literally in emergency took 1 hour and 23 minutes to for 3 stitches after i complaint to admin and texted to CEO but no one bothered to response.On top of that they always try to add extra such as xray mri or ecg.If you really care for love ones than try to avoid it.

I have to take my mother for CT scan and the staff there was non serious and unprofessional. The admin staff yelled at young doctors for CT scan. Overall a very unprofessional attitude

A horrible experience with Dr. Shahzad Latif (Gastroenterologist) of Farooq Hospital. My mother had a gallstone in her Common Bile Duct. Dr. Shahzad Latif (Gastroenterologist) recommended ERCP and operated her at Niazi Hospital Lahore (as he said the machine at Farooq Hospital is out of order). He mishandled it very unprofessionally and ruptured her left lung, kept on lying that this a minor complication and she will recover in a couple of days but she died within 30 hours of ERCP. Dr. Shahzad Latif is a very incompetent, unprofessional, cruel and above all, a liar. Only if you want to lose your loved ones, consult him.

Hospital is just fine, clean and little bit expensive like all private hospitals. Staff is very cooperative and active, you dont have to wait for doctor to get looked at you. In the vicinity of thokar i think it is worth visiting if you have emergency situation.

A poor Hospital in diagnose just looting the people. they mostly used local third class medicine and antibiotics which came for promotion.Especially in Emergency . I bet with you cant find medicine outside from any store its only available inside in the hospital which is third class local medicines. Secondly there diagnose is always wrong . I tried to complain couple of time to PMC but nobody is going to response against them

Not a good experience in emergency doctors are more focused on admitting patients instead treating them well they pressurize them to admit their patient . I request all who have planned to go or in emergency of farooq hospital ask properly what happened to your patient. Staff is v. incompetent you have to keep an eye on them how n what are they doing with your patients. In emergency it is seen n should be expected that staff n doctors should go to the patients to see them as they are in worse condition which brought them to emergency but in farooq hospital khokar chok we have to go n tell to plz move n see in short it was a v.bad experience unprofessionals are frequently seen.
