Neat clean environment for all types of health care but quite expensive

Emergency is well organised and properly kept.There are al kind of specialists here.OPF and internal Pharmacy.Cafeteria and blood testing lab too.Minimal design.

Yes, its neat and clean but,- ARROGENT STAFF BEHAVIOR LIKE GOVT OFFICES- MAJOR CHUNK OF YOUNG DOCTORS LACKING EXPERIENCE- TOO MUCH EXPENSIVE- MORE RELIANCE ON CLINICAL TESTS RATHER USING THEIR EXPERIENCE._ NEED TO REVIEW BY ADMINISTRATION.

The pricing is way better then Hameed Lateef and co just for reference. Organised, clean and high quality services. The staff is cooperative and guides you from the moment you enter.

I dont know about other people but Ive had the worst experience there.. They Charge to much but treat you as you are getting free treatment.. They Give you Token number and there is nothing where the token is displaying. No one knows where the doctor will be at no one give you proper information.. It seems like they all are untrained just to Get the money out of your pocket

Ive had a worst experience in this hospital in recent times. Im a professional myself, have had been working as resident CS.I brought my dad in the MICU for GB syndrome. I was expecting good trained professional guys running ICU. But it was contrarary. It is very unfortunate for people who dont know much medical field and have to believe what drs just tell them.I observed flies in ICU for couple of days. No infection control guys. Most of the time guys get over excited and do some decisions unnecessarily. I had to interfere several times. Which is unfortunate.Above all I had seen nurse sleeping next to my dad at night when my father was in so much stress. I made video evidence as well.MICU/CCU & ER are the most significant units of any Hospital. We have to be on our toes working in such units.I professionally never observed such laziness and incompetent people working in such important units. Very unfortunate.If it has name BAHRIA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL, it should have international standard trainees.MOs, paramedics, and specially management staff are not well trained.

I and my family have been visiting this hospital for last 5 years. One thing I like the most about is the Standard which they are maintaining. General Emergency and Mother Room both treat patients really well.I was looking at the reviews and some people are complaining about Emergency services and Doctors. I dont think there is an issue with Emergency Room but I agree that there are few Doctors in OPD which dont give proper attention to Patients. But in this case you cannot blame hospital. You as a Patient has a choice. You can choose not to go that specific doctor. No one is forcing you to go to Dr Shahid (for Example). There are other very good Child Specialists also e.g: Dr Shaheen Razaq.Security is 10/10 at this hospital. Security Guards a very well trained. Wearing Shorts is not allowed in Hospital but incase if you go there in Shorts then they can provide you Pants to enter in hospital.No Hospital can compete with the cleanliness of this hospital. You will not find a single piece of dust here.They have a huge parking plaza at the backside of the hospital with the capacity of over 300 cars and 1000 Motor Bikes.

Have had a number of experiences here over the past few years now, the hospital is good.In terms of cardiology, the head Dr Numan is a very competent person and to the point. He does not seem like a greedy person, like dr shehryar at doctors hospital. Their ICU for cardiology is also good and clean.In terms of child specialists , have been going to Dr shahid when he also was new at bahria hospital. But it is a shame that a person becomes greedy with success. I would not recommend him for this reason alone , better to see the other child specialists that are there.

I think there is no system! No one informed that Dr. Faiqa is not coming today. I came all the way from gulberub to see her and she was not there. Isnt it responsibility of management to drop a message that concerned Dr. is not available.Disappointed

Bahria Hospital is only good for Emergency Ward. They provide good care and response whenever needed.

Worst Hospital. Doctors are Daako here, see OPD. Innocent patients are being played fool and money is being looted from them in different ways and names. The assistant of doctor are their agent too, they trap patients by telling good stories of doctors.Also Be aware, The lifts of parking area is falling down. Extremely poor quality. You’ll be locked in lifts.Please avoid this hospital.

Only building n equipment is good. Staff n doctors are worst. Doctors are just persons with medical degrees. They are not skillful at all. Just prescribe you with costly medicines, treatment & charge fees. If you want to live then dont go there.

I am one of the oldest customer of Bahria hospital and spent millions as per record, on 18th May 2019 I visited hospital around 11:40PM when I had to take my son at nursery emergency, Guard named Muhammad Nawaz stopped me and ask me that wearing shorts are not allowed in the hospital, I was rushed at night and explained him that my son had an emergency and need to get treatment at emergency however he followed me into the hospital making me insecure when I again asked him not to follow me then after sometime when I was busy getting Dr Shahid to have a look my son, Tariq shows up along with 3 other guards and called me off, although I was in stress and busy dealing with nursery team, however Tariq enforced me to hand over the file to nursery team and leave the hospital. I felt so abusive and the behaviour was so unprofessional and taunting. Tariq tone was so harsh and threating, when I said I ll talk to Mehdi sb or Dr Shazia, he said go wherever you want to go, seems like his owns the place or acting like mafia. However my shorts were not that shorts, it was according to shariah and covering my knees.I have been coming here since 3 years and never felt this poor management behaviour, I am going to boycott to ever go and suggest anyone to visit Bahria, better to go doctor hospital instead. Lets boycott bahria hospital together.

Doctors not caring at all. Only Money matters. Try to avoid as much as poasible in serious condition, you will get so many things in bills which not happened there at all. Try using Govt. Hospital as much as u can.

One of the best hospitals active not in Lahore, but all over Pakistan. With highly clean environment, latest and international level medical equipment, and best quality customer services, this hospital provides exceptional services to their patients. But the doctors in the emergency are not much experienced.

DR.Shahid for Neonatologist the worst human ever seen around me, BTW he ask for BCG vaccination for infants from bahria hospital pharmacy and they dont give you receipt, WOW what a corruption. they charge you 4000 for BCG shot.These are bunch of looters sit together and make money.

I had good experience with senior doctors but staff and junior doctors dont fulfill their duty properly. In fact if you even raise a single question, they totally ignore you and never cooperate with your patient.

Though junior doctors and staff are doing well but the consultant gastroentrologist is highly unprofessional with hospital management supporting him and ignoring the rights of patient and care. No doctor in the world has the right to refuse seeing patient at emergency....

It’s nice environment in Bahria international hospital. Cafeteria is very neat and clean management in cafeteria was great I like it.Its not too much expensive i had blood and suger test ,I have a check of my weight and BP .Drawback are yes some of staff member are irritating and selfish .they made patient big loss for there minor benefit .taking away someone turn may spoil result of patients test.it happen to me today.next i was pregnant and need chair in prayer room I can not perform namaz there for this reason.

It was my first visit to the hospital. Building is kept nicely cleaned and security people were very vigilant. But the customer service was very poor. the staff on the reception, was on the phone while at work. even the staff did not know weather the doctor (dentist) is present in his/her room or not. I was asked to go and see if there is any in the doctors room.I came back with out seeing any doctor.

Worst hospital ever very very untrained people hired I had an accident and by mistake I chose bahria hospital emergency. instead of facilitating people they try to make it a worst experience. had to wait for 30 minutes to get a pain killer because my feet had a hairline fracture. had the xray done in 50 minutes in emergency. Just a thought if someone seriously injured came in he or she will die before hospital know about it. I wish could give them stars in minus. DO NOT use this hospital ever they charge for the best but services are worst than govt hospital.

Bahria town hospital is equipped with state of the art facilities. Latest pathology lab, scanning machinery, operation theatre. VVIP accomodation. Specialized for open heart surgery. Emergency, indoor and outdoor facilities.

Apparently its one of the best hospital but I am really sorry to say all the quality rests in extravagant building and interior decoration. When we think in terms of doctors and staff (who are the ones we come in contact with). The top brass is actually money minting machines whereas the middle tier doctors, nurses and support staff are literally incapable. Ive lost my father here who was absolutely fit but due to negligence of hospital staff he left us in few minutes. I would suggest to avoid this hospital if you want to save your loved ones. Specially beware of Dr. Ahsan Hafeez (Consultant Cardiologist), Dr. Nauman Naseer (Consultant Cardiologist) and Dr. Israr Ahmad (MO). Ive asked hospital management several times but they are not taking any action against these culprits.

OPD of the hospital is also awesome.It is a child organization of Bharia town private limited. It is a welfare trust organization. Bharia town spent million of rupees for the welfare patients. BEGUM AKTHER RUKHSANA MEMORIAL TRUST is based in 10 hospitals which provided all facilities.
