Very competent staff and professional doctors.Facility is also clean and up the the mark.They have 3 stories for parking but still parking is an issue.No doubt its very expansive hospital,may be among the most expansive hospitals in Pakistan.We have experience with the infertility department, it was successful and delivery was in same hospital.I would really appreciate the effort of doctors to have a normal delivery at first priority. This was really impressive because usually such hospitals try to earn more by going for C-section.Keep up the good work!!!

Robbers! My husband visited Dr. Farrukh Mehmood on Monday, January 18,2021.An earphone bud got stuck in his ear accidentally.He was told that the bud is not visible and had reached his ear drum. He was also told that he might need sedation to preform a procedure to get the bud out. The receptionist told my husband that the procedure will cost 12,000 rupees!My husband was not carrying that much cash on him.Also the whole procedure explained by the Dr. was quite alarming. When my husband came home I insisted to take a look inside his ear. To my surprise I could see the earbud without even having any medical tools. It was not even in the ear canal! It was visible by the naked eye! I simply took a pair of tweezers and pulled it out in 3 seconds.Shame on you Dr. Farrukh! Such Dr. are just money making machines and will do anything for it. Shame!

My experience in Hameed Latif Hospital Lahore as a patient.After consultation with a senior professor of surgery (Urology), I was admitted in hospital for the removal of a 7×8 mm stone in my urinary track. I was admitted in Hameed Latif hospital on 31 December 2020. They had informed us that it was a procedure of 20 minutes only, but I remained in the operation theater unconscious, for 3 hours. Even with all that, the stone is still there even after operation.After completing my procedure, the doctor did not even bother to brief my attendant what had happened.They have not treated me well. Now they are just treating the post-op complications; LINGUAL LARYNGEAL and MNDIBULAR DYSTONIA that most likely arose due to the malhandling of anaesthesia. So much, that now I have difficulty in speaking and eating. I have now returned home, in possibly a worse condition than before due to the stone still being present plus being discharged with complications including Foleys Catheter, High Creatinine and Lingual Mandibular Dystonia.In ICU, the junior doctors show irresponsibility towards their patients. You will see ward boys and nurses briefing senior doctors.THESE ARE THE MESSIAH OF HAMEED LATIF HOSPITAL.Anyhow thanks for the concern and my regards to all my well wishers who prayed for me.Ali Iskander Zaidi

Pathetic money grubbing thieves. Asked me to pay them 50,000 in cash for a procedure which can is covered on my insurance. More like Hameed Latif Business Centre than Hameed Latif Hospital. Should be heavily penalized for money grubbing activities they are involved in. Every doctor sitting there is charging their consultation fee in cash so no money trail can be traced. I will be reporting my whole incident to Government soon so a strict action can be taken against them.

I don’t know why overall rating is 3.8 as of 24th October 2020. Hospital is excellent staff is extremely helpful in treating patients. Doctors are professionals and kind. My brother needed a surgery and Doctor Muhammad Bilal did it (orthopaedic). Very smooth process. I would definitely recommend this hospital if you can afford and yes HEALTH is one of a thing that you can’t BUY and they are not that much expensive as people say.

Cruel room service. The reception just notes your name and do nothing to give you the desired room. They intentionally make you take expensive room even though I gave them my name for waiting list twice and ahead of time, but today they said normal room is not available so I had to pay Rs. 24,000 per day for a small so called executive room 8-10. Paid 300k plus for an ordinary service.

Amir Aziz Neurosurgeon is pathetic as hell. He could not diagnose properly and made blunders while treating my mother. Due to complication of his treatment I have lost my mother. Guys please be aware these neurosurgeon are just behind money and not giving ample time to diagnose. A Big No !!!! Stay Away from this surgeon.

No one wears a mask or is following COVID sops here. I can guarantee that the enforcement of mask policy is very relaxed here. Even their own staff takes it off. The accounting department no one wears a mask. The receptionist desk no one wears a mask. The elevator operators no one wears the mask. The Windsor valet service doesn’t wear a mask. The security officers don’t wear them properly. I made this review on the exact right hospital. Hameed Latif hospital does not care for the mask policy. Even the pharmacy technicians do not wear masks.

The hospital has been rebuilt so its clean, especially the new area. Parking is also enough for most times. But this is expensive, like $$$ expensive. But still better than Akram complex and Doctors hospital. Doctors are also average or above. Staff is well trained. But lower staff i.e. attendants and ward boys etc will ask for money so much you will feel bad.

Be advised viewers. The hospital has non co operative staff. Called multiple times for Dr Rashid Latif appointment. After having informed timing of 5:30 I arrived at 5:00. First check up at 8:00 pm. We had extremely bad experience with Dr. Amir Aziz neuro surgeon . He gave forminal steroid pain blocker to my mother in law and she got severe complications which finally become the main cause of her death. This doctor is playing with inconnent souls and he totally misdiagnosed the real cause. If its too long heres a short one:- The doctors over exagarate small injuries and overcharge.So i have been going here since 2006 since I was a new born so here are some incidents to support my 1 star reviewThis first happened when I had a minor injury on my toe and the emergency doctors said that I had a huge fracture and they tried to charge me over a thousand just for a bandage so i declined and went to a doctor family friend who told us it was minor tissue damage.Second my father had kidney stones and the doctor scared him by saying that the kidney stone was so big that it had to be removed surgically but when the test came there was a very tiny kidney stone.And now just today my mother had a small splinter in her foot and the doctor said that she had a *MICROCHIP* in her foot and that she should be under Genreal Anasthesia and operated. And our driver took a small needle and took out the splinter.I am attatched to this hospital since I was born here it was great back then. I dont know what has happened to the management now but I only want to give constructive system and make this a good hospital again

I was visiting family here but two times staff told me to go outside as the sitting area is only for women. This may be true but there were no signs mentioning ladies only upon asking why there arent any signs to facilitate visitors the lady security guard simply said no one reads it???? I was stunned and before leaving I left a complaint in the box but while writing all the staff started asking me what am I writing and this was even more annoying. Anyways maybe and I hope they offer good medical services but as a visitor to this hospital be prepared to be treated like rubbish.

I am writing this to inform you that, i visited the hospital twice to meet Dr. Yousaf latif for a check up of my wife. In both my visits, i really felt disappointed and frustrated because of the staff and specifically Miss Sajida Wilson (P.A to Yousaf Latif). She is very rude and aggressive to the customers, Moreover, it took almost a whole day to take a appointment for yousaf latif as she never attends a call until and unless you dont call 10 to 15 times a day. i am calling her since yesterday just to confirm the surgery details as adviced by Doctor, with no luck.!!!what kind of behavious is this? what kind of P.A is this? is she appointed to facilitate the customers or to irritate them?Hameed latif is one of the prestegious hospitals in lahore but trust me, your staff is treating the customers like a Mayo or Jinnah Hospital.!!kindly look into this matter at your earliest convenience.

All that glitters is not goldNo objection on money making or building construction. Cost is international(not actually ) but standard is not. Unfortunately not even a single hospital in Lahore is JCI certified. Only 2 hospitals in Pakistan are JCI accredited (Agha khan, Karachi and Shifa international Islamabad).JCI is an international body that makes sure the best patient care and safety in a hospital of international standards uniformly. Please visit its website.I do believe that this is very expensive both for hospital body and for the patients. But this definitely matters alot at least to those who can pay.

Dr arooba and dr sumbal from their Gynae department literally saved my life when I had an obstetrical emergency few months back!Can never thank them enough!On the other hand dr Rubina sohail almost killed my sister but that’s her incompetence, not the fault of the hospital!hospital services were very good! Even the staff was well trained and very polite!

To me on my visit I found out The Owner Doctor of the Hospital has an kind of attitude. He has no skills how to talk to their patients also he has a set rotta( sheet) of designing his programme how to see all the patient without any expertise on which I was blown out. As a critical analyst research student from UK and according to my experience and the way he is ripping people off will take him and his future towards a disaster. When you enter the shinning hospital, surprised to see such a hospital in Lahore even in England we dont have such a luxurious hospital so, anyhow been charged for the bed even they didnt hesitate to tell how much it gonna be?when u pay fees then you will have to do few tests without seeing doctor and that is another big injection for us economically as we were not aware that we will be ending up at around 300000 PKR RPS in just 5 days.In my mind I thought its not gonna be more than 100000 PKR RS. The way this hospital is being booming up day by day and in recent years kindly search on internet and locally as well, he has acquired illegal land and settled his hospital and luxurious lifestyle.So, to continue the story what happened next to us is after a week spending on blood tests,Ultrasounds and may more but along with that stress, anxiety and paying accommodation cost on the same time is too much for an average person like me thats what I realised. Then lastly we had a chance to see the doctor room 1 I believe, there I find a person called Doctor Hameed Latit the Boss, the King of the so-called empire asking questions and we answered so lastly I was about to ask something while standing and he rudely shouted and misbehaved that sit down dont talk to me while standing I was shocked & scared I thought I have done something wrong so I sat and asked a question but just left with disappointed heart.So, next day they rang and decided to do the laparoscopy, by visiting their I found that each and every patient have to go through the same cycle the way we have been through not a single patient has been advised to go straightaway after seeing the Doctor but to accomplish their dream mission and honestly Ive been ripped off and back to UK I realised and concluded that they are the best running cash machines and generating 3lac to 10lac PKR RS per patient and on average I found 500 to 1000 patients at one time.After the laparoscopy done they asked that they will do another test which we did and they said to wait for 5 days so, after five days when we met doctors assistant talking to me in English this was another big shock for me that I supposed to see the doctor not the assistant. What we have been prescribed in England the same doctor hammed Lateef had no time to see us so, he preferred to see his assistant and her advised was more shockable that your wife should take fossil tablets and thats what we told in the start that she is taking the pills on Doctors advised from London and they said that England doctors are not good enough and lastly this so English dubbed assistant says that she needs more time to relax and buy another medicines from their hospital specially been advised to buy it here and you wont get it any other place and foursome how she was right I tried almost all Lahore couldnt found few of the medicine anyway me and my wife had arguments as well that I have no money to buy to the medicine its too costly but we left home without any medicine which during that time was so stressful but now I am thankful to Allah.After my research done their I decided to bring awareness around the World against this Hospital Hameed Lateed in Lahore Tagged with named like the best in Pakistan is totally wrong and pathetic.My advise would be to any foreigner or my own citizen stop visiting their if you have extra money, time and deliberately wasting your health then thats your place other stay far far away from this so-called money making machine hospital ripping innocent people off.

Im very disappointed with professionalism of Doc Rehana Kanwal, she has no bed side manners and no professional skills to deal with patients in clinic . We have paid her fee as a private patients. She saw us with 2 other patients in same room without bothering and considering patient personal privacy . She was very rude and talking over my wife and without knowing the medical history gave us a list of test. My wife presented her a medical letter from her previous consultant as we went to see her for another opinion . I used to strongly believe that Pakistani medical professionals are very competent but Doc Rehana Disappointed us a couple and wouldnt recommend anyone to come and see her .I believe it would be much better if we paid her fee to a needy person and didnt see her today as it could save our precious time and grief.

I want to rate this hospital 1% due to unnecessary overdue charges,if someone treated under local anestheia they charge you for general anesthesia medicine which is pathetic and they are HUNGRY DOGS FOR MONEY..... SO THERE IS NOTHING EXCEPT BUILDING.

The lower staff at reception is pathetic. They have no manners.. they dont have IT system.. old files methods.. one department puts blame on others.. dr rashid dr haroon and dr nazma are v nice.. their tests are expensive.. no proper parking area.. shifa international in Islamabad is 100 times better.. very sad and heart broken at the attitude of ms Saima and two receptionists in life clinic .. must keep good staff not the ones they have now..

We reached in emergency with patient whose respiratory rate was down due to lungs sputum. Staff in emergency wasted our a lot of precious time. First of all she called in their Medical ICU. her call was so long full of stupid, useless and non-sense her own talks with her colleague. Staff has not seen patient for a long time. and the refused to take him as he was critical . pathetic attitude.. they can refuse at a same time when patient arrived. so we can move to another hospital. no concern with human life. they r just running factory not a hospital. no professional attitude. one star is compulsory otherwise they just deserve damn zero rating. so called branded hospital. shameless.. respiratory rate is down and no care attention and timely proper treatment.

Overall the stay during operation in ICU and Private room was very comfortable and all staff was very caring.

It was a good experience overall.The doctors and nurses are cooperative and professional. The Labour rooms and specially nursery is really up to date. The only complaint I have is regarding the night staff working in executive rooms, they are not efficient as they should be in terms of taking care of the patients.

Good doctors and medical facilities.. staff is also supportive but they do ask for tips very often.. wifi wasnt available in the private room. Please look into that.

Pathetic experience with Hameed Latif. Rude behavior of staff from guards to nurses to cafeteria staff but thats a very minor thing. My son is admitted in paeds ICU and people are actually SMOKING CIGARETTES right outside paeds ICU. No one bothered to take any kind of action against the complaint, no one showed up.

I had my c-sec here at HLH and it was a pretty good experience apart from a few issues that I encountered. The nursing staff needs to be a little more empathetic and listen to the patient’s request rather than ignoring it. The other issue is every person (the cleaning staff especially) in the hallways, nursery and post operative ward asking for money. It was definitely a good experience with my gynae and would recommend it to others as well. The rooms are nice and clean and the atmosphere overall is comfortable.
