Visited this branch on 6/11/2020. Ordered two coffees and a Browne. While paying the bill we asked is there any discount they told us 15% on hbl card. We payed the bill on card and as per Govt of Punjab revenue authority they should charge 5% tax on card and 16% on cash but instead they charged 16% on cash which is a violation. When asked the manager he said we r exempted and we are an international chain. All of his arguments are false and clearly they are over charging. So when ever u visit them beware of this. Also they are served notice by PRA.

As good as any other Second Cup outlet. Coffee tastes great and it is served at just the perfect temperature - ready to sip. I had fries and they were very good.The location is great. They have two levels of seating and its pretty spacious.There are board games available upon request to help keep the children busy.The staff is helpful and courteous.

Watched one of the Fifa World Cup games there in the basement. Relaxed environment worth great coffee. During summer the Iced chocolate is a nice drink. Not so thrilled by their truffle cake. It has Pudding like consistency.

Had molten lava cake which was good but after 1 hour the aftermath was diarrhea! When i told Second cup about it they said they will get back to me and then called me to say they have consumed it and they feel fine! Invalidating the customers experience is not how you satisfy a customer!

It is a good place to get hot beverages, cold beverages, sandwiches etc. I have been here many times for birthday celebrations and casual Hangouts with friends, cousins etc. There chillers are best and in summer, you can have there frrrrooozen chocolate shake that is best and provides instant cooling... Youll feel great once you have that...

The staff is incredibly rude and dishonest. Apparently they start charging you for miscellaneous things like watching a movie on the Tv. But then there is no printed receipt and instead the cashier wrote the due amount with a pen and told us to pay. Which is very obvious because they trying to avoid tax. A real painful experience and I dont think I need to think twice before visiting here again
