Excellent coffee, as offered by Gloria Jeans all outlets. Strict standard is maintained. We had coffee in their outlets in Murree and Nathiagali. Little expensive but excellent quality.

We had Soup of the day and it was so sweet that my friend had to add a lot salt and vinegar for balancing the taste

Worst place to get a pasta. I ordered pasta two days ago. i have been vomitting ever since (probably food poisioning). if you care about your health do not go to this place.

It a good place to be specially for late night dining. Outdoor sitting is too good particularly in good weather.food is nice but over priced. Taste is good. Staff is operative. Ambiance is nice.Try its drinks and desserts. They are too good. Rest main course is just average.However a great place to be in Bahria town specially for midnight snacks

For a 500Rs cold coffe it was Disgusting.It was as if, a child has made it.They did not care about customer satisfaction.A stuff member taking as if it was if public area.If you think Gloria Jeans Coffee is branded place to dine at, you are mistaken. It is just a restaurant with overpriced coffee and poor customer service

GO TO ANY CAFE BUT GLORIA. How they serve the tea or coffee is so bad. I got an iced tea once and as i held the cup it dripped all on me because it was overflowing. I got no tissues with it too. And plus the prices are so high compared with their service and quality.

Firstly they have just a single person for taking orders on 2 floors, they should increase their staff and teach them how to deal with customers.Most of the menu items and drinks are fine, coffee is good too! Taste may differ from other gloria branches.The best food item i recommend is their stuffed chicken! Not recommended is the lasagna and pasta.One Time they served us after 50 min and the chicken was still uncooked! It was sent back and came out the same way after 10 more minutes.

Just arrived and not welcomed, on the Google it is mentioned that they will open by 8 am, however was not open by 10 am.Very poor dealing and the manager was very un professional.I will say that this branch spoiled the name of the Gloria Jeans benchmark.When asked the manager that if the opening timing is 10 am then why not you guys are fully funcationable?Saying that the manager responded that 10 am doesnt mean that they will start serving, very unprofessional staff.They should have write the Serving time.

Its a good location, right beside the centre talwar round about. They have a smoking basement and a small outdoor smoking area too.Coffee was good, I had Mocha Café, chocolate flavor, it was good.

Service was too slow. It takes more than half hr after they said we will take your order on your table staff was not giving us any attention to us.

The ice tea did not have enough flavour and was made with lipton green tea.it felt more like drinking plain water then an iced tea.

Awful coffee, i am visiting Lahore from London and my day can not start without a coffee so been buying coffee from here from last two weeks and its worst than sachets coffee . Latte and cappuccino no difference. No foam . Today I literally got fed up to pay same price as a costa or starbucks and drink this like of water tasting coffee . The staff doesn’t know how to make a simple coffee. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Nice Coffee, place wasnt as clean as expected. Three cups ordered and all three had different blend. Good to try as variety was nice, ambience is cool too.

Bahria town branch is just average. Some of the things from menu are not available in Cafe. Prices are unreasonable and tastes average. But its a good place to hangout and spend time with your friends/family. They got good ambiance.

I have always been vocal that gloria jeans in lahore is over-rated overly priced place jinko coffee nai bnani aty. I was in bahria town and we somehow decided to go gloria jeans after 5 years, which was almost empty and hot inside. Yes the ac was not working properly, mujhe laga shayad mujhe germi lag rahi hai. They give u a menu card which is totally strange and different seemed like koi anda shami burger wali dukan ka menu card hai. Khair we ordered 1 chicken cheese sandwich, 1 brownie, 2 chai lattes. Bread was days old, hard and rough, the chicken inside was just a small bite sized piece in portion, they gave us ketchup in a pathetic dirty plastic bottle just like anda shami burger stalls and the ketchup tasted like it was unhealthy home made jali ketchup. The fries were bassi bilkul rayrio per jis terha keh ganday oil mai banay chips hotey hain wo. Chai latte had masala type thing which hits ur throat and it was already sweetened, ap apni merzi say cheeni nahi mila saktey. All this pathetic experience cost me RS.1596 mujhe aisa laga kisi ney gun point per mujhe porana sandwich daker bola ho 1600 day do. I mean how pathetic. I m a foodie and i spend a lot on food but i got robbed off 1600 of my hard earned money. All the international chains in Pakistan need standardization and monitoring this is no way to charge someone for something u cannot provide. Never going back to gloria jeans ever again.

Do not know when to open, it says 8 AM but apparently the employees are too busy sleeping and lazy and according to nearby people arrive around 10 AM. Absolutely pathetic

Its not bad at all but the owner needs to work on furniture because its too old. As we pay hell of money for each item they should spend some on outlook of the place. if you go in basement part of Gloria will see old furniture and they have tried to make it presentable by lights in the place

The worst service must not go ! I did complain to the person in charge at the till regarding toothpick in the club sandwich as I was about to eat it really hurt my noise as I try to take a bite of the sandwich ! The person at the till said when I complained ok ok we will see as I was explaining to him rudely he start to speak with someone on the phone ! Didn’t even say sorry he must go or close this branch down !
