Alfredo was a little dry but everything else was just perfect

Visited city Cafe with family last night. I am their loyal customer and this time they really wowwed me with their food as we ordered seperate portions for each guest.Over all an amazing exoerience

A good value for money. Decor is royal and the food tastes really awesome. Their stacked beef steak is juicy. Tarragon chicken is really soft anf juicy and ill recommend it trying with fries instead of rice

Grat Experience. Tried their Beef and Shrimp Steak. I asked for the well cooked but i guess it still needed some tenderness. Ambiance is great. Price per head is approx 1500-1700/-.

Very much disappointed with this place. I ordered a beef burger and got a piece of bone in my teeth. I called the waiter and told him but he literally didnt care at all and told me that it can come in beef patty. He didnt bother to investigate the matter at all and simply gave us our bill.They need to know how to treat customers.

City cafe chefs must really hate the west because the dish they called western chicken was tasteless. The pasta was good and burger was bearable. For food I would say its very mediocre. However staff was very nice. Ambiance was good and it was a nice clean place. It was also very economical.

So I visited city cafe yesterday with my family and we entered the restaurant around 9-9:30 we waited for like 25 minutes for the menu and then for 15 tunes we pleased them to take our order and still they were like just 2 minutes and stuff but we compromised because it was a public holiday and this much could be bared but it was like 11 (almost an hour) we had asked for our order 50th time we were still impatient then in what restaurant do they serve the order in parts if it’s a main course order should be served together then as soon as club sandwich arrived a family member asked the worker “is this the way you serve a club sandwich” instead of asking “is everything alright” don’t mannerless waiter said yes ma’am we were still impatient then we had asked for fries instead of bake potato they served us baked patato and said wait we give serve and then one order was late he gave us a leftover saying please have this your order will be served as if we were his servants and ordering us to eat that then we order taragon CHIKEN they served it in beef we asked for the slip and they were trying to show as if it was our mistake then a family member randomly moving her finger said please get our bill and that waiter was like ma’am UNGLI NA DEKHEIN the behaviour was already on our nerves and this line we got angry and we stood up and shouted on them in our defence that waiter continuously having a his attitude keeps shouting back instead of being guilty of his mistake as all this mess was going a mannerless lady worker started making a video and a female member of my family stood up and asked to delete the video that lady still had attitude and was behaving as she was the owner or making us feel like personal servants we aren’t eating our food free and we said give our bill that MR. WAITER said BIJLI KA BILL DEDO other customer came in between and stopped us we calmed ourselves down but that waiter kept on barking and pumping us to fight then we paid and went we gave our reviews on facebook over there they were denying us and blocked me and my family members.What kind of a behaviour is this? Do u want your restaurant to work please find some patient full workers who can deal customer and service in rushy days. We dine out everyday and we know how customer our treated and your restaurant is the worst place to eat,Thank you so much.

Adequately managed serving sizes, good variety of dishes and good number of ingredients in food (they didn’t reduce ‘meat ‘ to save money )Their desserts are also good.I did not know there was such a good restaurant at phase 5 DHA.A good addition to Lahore’s restaurants.

I have been there once for dinner with a friend. Its a nice and cool place for dining if you like to be at a calm place with your spouse or friends. Usually not crowded, the food is great, ambiance is good.I would recommend others to visit this place, Im sure you wont be disappointed.

Very unprofessional behavior by the staff and owner. I just saw the viral social media post where the waiter shouted at the customers when they were given wrong order and then the owner of restaurant insulted the customers aswell.

Love restaurant, a different sort of a set up... Dull lights, wooden work done, and owner I think is a foreigner lady. Excellent for the change in your eating environment... Expensive a bit but reasonable if we compare it the other lavish restaurants and eatries....

Polo chicken was very tasty

Terribly slow service. We were about 10 people and they took hours to serve. They brought only for 5 people only, then took another hour to serve 4 more orders only to forget the 10th one. That took them even more time to prepare. Food was just okay, very disappointed since it was my first visit there.
