The Pantry in Packages Mall is a very nice edition to a very nice mall. The ambiance and décor is impressive, so is the menu card that contains lot of salads, baked items, sandwiches, pizzas, grilled chicken etc.Quality of cooking as well as presentation is very nice. There fresh salad are very well made and worth a try. Sandwiches and pizzas are well made too.Service is neat and efficient. Its not a very cheap place to eat and at an average it will cost you 800 to 1500 per head, depending upon the order.

They have raised their food quality since they opened their first cafe. Everything I ordered was perfect. Pesto pasta, grilled sandwich, chicken with bashed potatoes, and pizza, every item had right amount spices and herbs.Only thing I would like them to improve is their dessert, they have very limited variety.On the whole, excellent experience.

Ambience is great. Seating area, furniture & the overall setup is good. We tried three Sandwiches.Jalepeno sandwich, ceaser sandwich & grilled Sandwich. They tasted average, bread was nicely toasted & crispy. But overall the taste was bland. Prices are reasonable. Would try their salads next time.Their pomegranate juice was on point.

The Pantry used to be one of my favorite Cafes whenever I visited Packages Mall because of the quality of their food, but, their service has gone from bad to worst during my last three visits with family. First time they brought salad and pizza at the same time which really confused us all to either eat salad first or pizza first. However, everyone ignored it as a one time mistake but it didnt stop there, it happened the second time too. So, it was brought to the notice of Manager who assured us that it wont happen again. Last night, we went there again and I felt compelled to tell them on the counter to serve salad first and later other items but they did the same thing again. Both dishes were served simultaneously which really killed our appetite. Moreover, when you enter the Cafe, there is no one at the reception to take your order, you have to search for the staff to do the needful. The waiters are no where to be seen. The Manager is absent. Once you find them, all of them feel lost, if you have cutlery on the table then the napkins are missing or vice versa. The staff is least bothered about the comfort of the customers. I suggest that the owners need to look into this matter since the quality of service is as important as the quality of food.

We didnt like the first order as the breast chicken was quite bland and there was a confusion in the menu as they had placed a steak sandwich in the burgers and more section of the menu and labelled it as open face beef steak with no mention of it being a sandwich and not a burger in the description. However they were happy to replace the chicken dish and we went with their tried and tested pasta to avoid further surprises. The waiters can do a better job of guiding and serving, the manager was helpful.

Great experience at packages mall branch. Ordered grilled chicken, pannini sandwich and jalapeno pizza and everything was to perfection. Great service and food. Also tried their cheesecake and maple walnut cheesecake and instantly fell in love with them. Great place to be and highly recommended

Classic Beef Burger and Chicken Jalapeno Sandwich is a must try.. both are good! Although they brought the order after 45mins but taste was really good!

Beautiful place to sit and relax in the middle of Packages Mall. Good menu and food, a bit overpriced for some items (such as regular/basic lemonade). Carrot cake is fantastic. Good coffee. The staff is slow and disengaged with human interaction. The managers are bored and seem to have lost the will to live. But Ill probably go again because its a nice place and because my mother likes it.

Tried the super crispy chicken burger (9/10), beef steak open faced burger (9/10) and pesto fettuccine with grilled chicken (7/10).

Amazing food, they for something for everyone and dishes available from all around the world. Quality of food is higher than expected, the chefs know how to cook non Pakistani food well which was a pleasure. Pricing is also decent considering it is located in packages mall and within a brilliant setting. Would have liked to try more as they also serve breakfast, will try next time, thanks.

Went on to have late night dinner at The Pantry. Due to ramzan the menu was of suhoor and I really enjoyed the food. The quality and taste were excellent and the ambiance was lovely. The place was crowded even at that time, although its an expensive spot to eat at.

All branches of The Pantry are amazing. However, the one at Packages Mall is truly awesome. Excellent place; LOVEEEEEEEE the decor - very tastefully done; And food is just oh-my-god-so-awesome.Try their thin-crust Italian pizzas and the range of their desserts - whatever you like. Dont know what you like? LOL. Google it! Google has answers to most questions!If on a weight watch, a lot of healthy options too!

I went to try this restaurant on Sunday. My previous experience was not good but this time they have turned the tables. Their English Fish and Chips is a good addition for winters. You should also try their Herbed Chicken Pizza and their beef burgers. Apart from the quality of food,the service was also too good. I’ll highly recommend to try this restaurant if you are in the Packages Mall.

Absolutely love this place. The ambience, the taste everything is 5 star out of 5 star. They serve best food in town. I wish they open in Islamabad also. The pantry is my second best place for dinning after burning brownie. Definitely recommended to everyone

Good quality food with good service.

Loved the waffles with maple syrup, clearly made fresh. Also had a lemon almond cake which was delicious but had a hair in it. Waiter quickly solved this issue with great care. Cafe latte was nice. Cold sandwiches taste just like back in Europe, great for foreigners.Place has a cosy atmosphere.

Service is great and the food is delicious! I am definitely going back to try their other dishes. Their affogato is my favorite dessert. :)

Sitting in this restaurant recommended by local. It is 12:30pm, they only serve breakfast brunch. No lunch menu like pasta, burger, puzza before 2pm.Nice deco but weird service. You have to order at counter like fast food restaurant. I think it is better to eat in the food court.

Whats not to love

This is a lovely eating out place with family or friends and quite affordable. Had it twice in two days. Pizzas, jalapeno sandwiches, salads, mint margerita and coffee toffee cake !

Wow place , food quality and presentations is fantastic . Outside mall entrance and parking place view is wonderful especially looks spectular in rainy day. Elite place so expensive for general public + they charge 2.5% service charges on your bills. They also offer popular breakfast options . Both outlets in Lahore are doing well business.

Had a sandwich. It was fine. The person I was having lunch with had a dietary issue and the cook making the waffles went out of his way to change the recipe for my lunch companion. This is the reason for the 5 stars.

Great if u want to eat healthy but still want something that will fill ur craving for fast food! They have great desserts as well and everything is served in an extremely fancy way! Totally reccomend if u still wanna eat healthy but also u want to fill ur craving and treat yourself!

Disappointed!!! They used to be good but going down hill now...starting from salads they aren’t fresh at all. Served from the open display so its obviously unhygienic absorbing the air dust and particles. So dry that made efforts to have even a bit...They have removed the only few nice items from the menu like the grilled chicken open face sandwich and few others cuz apparently that required some extra efforts from the chef while preparations. Come on guys you’re already charging above average so at-least keep the good items. Even the pizza used to be nice but again the dough was hard and wasn’t fresh. I wont recommend this place anymore as few of my other friends had the same bad experiences. They need tremendous improvement otherwise there aren’t gonna survive for long considering the high quality provided by other new restaurants and fast foods.
