Bathroom smelled, lack of cleanliness. The staff was good but they need more professional training. What shows on the screen is not what is in actual.

When you go to take a look they will show you the best rooms but when you go actually to get a room they will provide you the most dirty room and the Air conditioner, Tv, Fridge nothing was working they only had a fan working which was making so much noise and i found 2 cockroaches in my room ... Believe me dont ever go to this hotel..

Very poor services and management.....Booked deluxe room through agoda.....when reached there, they showed 3rd class room full smell and humidity with loud sounds of birds in cages near that room.....We inquired about booked room, they said it is not available.....all our planned ruined due to very poor management......Don’t recommend anyone to go there at all....

Not a good place to stay. I had one of my cousin stay here for a couple of days and the rooms are not upto the par and the cleanliness is not upto standards. The rooms stink and the furniture is old. But it may be good for people looking forward to staying for a few days on a budget

Building is fair and good located but service is poor. Very poor wifi and no intercom in room. Bathrooms stinking. Food is cheap but tea exhorbitantly expensive Rs 110 a cup.

Pathetic. Waste of money. Non professional attitude of staff. Doesnt even know the meaning and knowledge of customer and customer comfort and care. 1 star is only for location of MM Alam Road. At the time of checking inn booking staff lied for hot water availability in washroom. Guest house Staff was unnecessary chatting in loud volume whole night and even early morning even after requesting them to please slow down ur voices but in vane. Extremely noisy environment. I suggest never go there. Choice is yours

Noisy place , no common room ,Managers always shouting on staff no care of visitors disturbance, washrooms are sticky ,even intercom in rooms are not working all the time . overall just Ok need to be improved on serious priority basis .

It was a dismal experience to live in Hotel Tulip Inn Gulberg. They had promised to provide wi-fi. I lodged a complaint at Reception for absence of Wi-fi signals. But so far no remedial action has been taken. As there is cold nip at night, I demanded a blanket for the kid, but they straightforward refused to provide on the context that winter has not started as yet. In the next day a blanket was provided torn, dirty and with foul smell. There is no soup or shampoo in the bathroom. They have bathroom slippers too small for an adult person. Towel has not been changed for last 4 days. Perhaps there may be something more to deplore that makes the experience with the Tulip Inn distasteful.

I think they have capacity to improve. The room we were offered had cigarette butts on floor with lot of odour. And they claimed this was neat room.

Had a rough night sleep, and some furniture was broken. But service was good

One of the worst hotel i have stayed in,waste of money and time.Highly expensive they charged me 4000 for one night and charged me extra 400 for a 3rd class brand water and a juice of which i have never even heard of.I have no words how much dirty rooms were with USED soap in washroom,broken side table and in whole room only one light functings with 6 lights broken.In a nut shell worst possible hotel,waste of money and time.

Ive been here more than once and never had any problem whatsoever. Hotel service is really good, food is alright and car parking is spacious.

If your looking for premium hotel service and room you can forget it here. I just wanted to sleep.. the bedsheets had ciggerett burns and the carpet looked looked like it hadnt been cleaned since the hotel was built, not to forget the welcoming cold shower the night of arrival but overall I got my sleep .. :)

Its an average motel with poor room conditions, they have power back up, Wi-Fi, parking, Air Conditioner in the rooms but bathrooms are not very clean and up to date. The building itself is an old structure that needs attention on serious notes.

Be aware!!At night there can occur unlegal business in shape of prostitution(not recommended if you are going with the family or alone).AC dont work, no towels, dirty bedsheets, closet full or small animals... and the worst thing that soundproofing is not there at all, you can hear everything going on i the hallway and the rooms next door. This means the unlegal things i was replying to before.I stead in room 206, from 29 to 30 marts.Dont let the good neighbourhood fool you!Worst experience in Pakistan!!

It is a worst place i have evwr been to. On their webpage they have posted pics of sone other building. There rooms were damp and bad. There was no arrangement of hott water..rates are high as well. Will never be there again.

Not a good place to stay with family. All the rooms have severage smell. They showed us different rooms at the time of booking but checked us in other rooms. We cancelled our booking. it was a very bad experience.
