A quiet oasis on an otherwise very busy boulevard.Very comfortable seating, excellent menu and modest prices.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The G.M is extremely courteous, , , his warmth and magnanimity is too inviting.Its a treat to have a meal followed by a nice cup of coffee.Will visit this nice place along with friends whenever possible.

Falettis express hotel is simple fantabulous location is also very gud near honda motors defence Lahore. I must say this hotel gets everything to provide luxury at a very good price comparing other five star hotels. Price is their USP.They serve buffet breakfast which includes in the stay. Complimentry drinking water in room No112 was supplied very late.Towel in room 112 was not supplied.Tag of room No. 111 has the number 110, which produced lot if difficulties.Fridge in Room 112 was not working. How ever, it was made functional with in 10 minutes after complaint.Administration took these mistakes very very light.

I would rather give it a 3.9Room was a bit small, so does the tv screen. Food is amazing and room service too. Nice place to stay near centre of the city.. but i believe they are competing with their own brand name. Even falettis express would have maintained a standard like falettis grand

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and staff was polite, rooms are clean and food is good. Basically it all depends on current chef working there. I will definitly stay there again if i need to.

I stayed in this hotel March third 2020 and I checked out after one week there customer service agents are very clever about payment matters .i have no issues to pay the amount exist what ever there charges are. but the only concerns they keep bringing different amounts everyday thay put different prices on Expedia but when u go there they will not implement as thay show on Expedia honestly they try there best to rip you off much is they could I I travel alot Michigan to lahore 3 times year but this type of things can be expected wht I mention before anything possible from them to ruined your trip I will recommend you all first try other places before you vist Falettis Hotel in Lahore

Rooms are kinda little and good with respect to their charges. Food quality can be improved I suggest.

I wish there was some negative rating option too so i would have rated them with no star or a middle finger perhaps. Untrained and very unprofessional staff. I forgot my items and upon calling i came to know that they discarded my items without informing or asking me within an hour. There’s a code of ethics to inform the occupant in case such thing happens. I would recommend any hotel near Railway station in Lahore but not Faletti’s express.

Had a very bad experience with this hotel. Booked for 4 nights but had to leave same day. the toilet flush was not working and hot water was not coming and pressure was very low which they fixed eventually. Then I saw a big rat jumping in the room and that was it . I checked out immediately although they offered me an upgrade but I could not risk it with my kids. Overall a very bad experience. Flatties is a big name but this is totally unacceptable.

Stayed at this hotel through Pia got picked up from the airport in a so so van but the driver was very friendly. It’s situated in a good location. Food was good and good customer service. We were then taken back to the airport. I would recommend this hotel. It also provides catering for parties like weddings and other functions. It has a v big car park where the guests can park. The only thing I would recommend is better quality of furniture in the rooms and better hygiene. Apart from that every thing is fine.

Good comfortable hotel with a bit high rates. Tea/coffee is really good and food they offer is also delicious with trademark Lahori taste. A very good option for a weekend trip. Location is central if you want to access any part of the city, old or new. Staff is cordial. They also have a rooftop restaurant.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with a group of 60 people and this has been our best experience so far.Thanks for making our visit to Heaven that much better.

The hotel is decent with normal to average breakfast. The rooms were not too clean but we changed the room and it was cleaner. The wall and washroom had some issues. I am being kinda generous with giving u guys 3 stars.

Comfortable and reasonable rooms for stay

Nice location, courteous and cooperative staff and the room size is reasonable. However, the whole place is very dirty and everything stinks. Washrooms are not washed properly, stains on the floor very visible and the towels that were supposedly fresh seemed used. There was only cold water in the washroom although it was the first week of Jan. It was difficult to wash hands leave alone take a shower. We asked thrice if hot water is available, they said well check and never returned. When we opened the cupboard to hang our clothes, it was smelling. There is, I guess ventilation problem in their hotel which needs to be looked into immediately. The table cloth in their dining hall had food stuck on them and the breakfast (chanas, omelette and parathas) was also tasteless.Couldnt stay for even a day although we had gone for 4 days.

I was in Lahore for a medical convention and stayed at Heaven Hotel as part of our package. I was extremely impressed with the front office staff room service and importantly the restaurants where I tasted both Pakistani Food and Chinese food that Met very high standards.
