Disgraceful. Appears to be a scam! No hotel. The phone number doesnt work! Such an expensive hotel cant afford a receptionist??! No ones ever heard of it here! The address is in bahria town which is in a completely different place. If you come here expect to pay huge taxi fees in trying to find something that doesnt exist.

Beautiful ambiance great staff. modern neat and clean place. totally family atmosphere . bathrooms luxury and big. rooms and beds no doubt very comfortable. Very safe place on a good location . Food breakfast was good and fresh . They follow all SOPs regarding corona virus and daily sanitize. Thats the reason we extend our stay for 3 nights here. You will always feel very good here. This is so beautiful hotel such a great property and our best hotel to stay with family. From the day this new hotel was inaugurated, I have been staying here as a regular customer. What sets this hotel apart from all the rest is its spacious, bright and clean rooms, located near a shopping mall which is very convenient for families, and an extraordinary friendly and accommodating staff. This was my second stay at this hotel and hotel serviced apartments. . My check in process was very smooth as each and everything before my arrival was ready. I requested for a specific room and reception people gave me the exact same room. My room was very clean hygienic property very clean. modern luxury. We reached at hotel 2.00 am in the morning from uk flight staff was very attentive at the time to check in they warm welcome us and offer us coffee and juices which was complimentary. It was my first time in Pakistan and I came to this hotel for 2 nights before I was gonna head back to the UK and the Breakfast was nice it was decent the shops on site were Quite good too in the bathroom the water was quite cold I couldnt really shower there and on the website it said they have forbidden loads of activities for kids but that was just a bunch of baloney and it ain’t true so I would recommend to at least get your facts right about your description about what the room includes staff were helpful but a little bit poor service we couldn’t locate the hotel and apparently McDonald’s was a two minute walk from the hotel but it was like 10-15 minute walk it was very hard to find the hotel but it weren’t but that bad ya know

Nice appartment for families

This place is a scam. When we reached the place... we found out that there was no reception. These so called 4 star serviced apartments have no one working there except just a boy.. who is the bell boy.. the person who checks you in and everything in one...We were driving from karachi to lahore and reached at 4 am.... to find that the apartments had no electricity and no generators... (none were installed since the boy kept saying its bahria town... )Even the lift had no generator backup and if someone is in the lift and the eletricity vanishes... you will be stuck in the lift... with no help anywhere...The room are much much smaller than they seem in the images however they were clean.These are a few apartments on the 5th floor of a commerial building in bahria. This building is empty since almost most of the offices were under construction or just empty ...We asked for our refund... which was given to us... but at 4 in the morning... we were roomless... roaming the streets and trying to book a room else whereI wouldnt even give it one star....
