The room is not clean and facility is not well maintain. Dust and dirt is everywhere in the room.Room sound proofing is bad.The staffs cant communicate well and not understand my request. Bad experience with housekeeping and room service.I had informed the front desk to clean my room before I going out for meeting in the afternoon and they are not doing the housekeeping when Im back at 9.30pm. I request to clean my room and Im waited for 30 mins and eventually I gave up and request a fresh towel for shower and rest.Obviously the front desk people who are talking to me is not understand what Im talking about and they shows the expressions that they understand.Secondly their speed respond to guest request is extremely slow.Besides, The room dont have keetle and dont have any coffee and tea.Breakfast is just normal with very limited choice.Only good point is the room size is decent.

Very poor hotel in need of full renovation, manager Haaris has still not called me back in respect of complaint made about the room. Absolutely shocking service, conning everyone by showing pictures on website of 1 or 2 rooms that gave been refurbished. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE !!

Well v had a great time there..everything including staff, breakfast etc but i give 4/5 stars just bcox i believe they can improve room service n cleaning especially though it was smoky n dusty everywhere in Lahore but still thats the area which needs a bit more improvement

For living it is nice but pool was not working when I visited in summer, whereas customer was quite satisfactory..

Its a good reputable hotel in the town. Location is very touchy for the travelers, which is Gulberg 3 near 7 up chowk.

There are many worst hotels around but this one has its own class. Terrible staff pathetic food dirty rooms and Wi-Fi will never work. I can write more but this hotel doesnt even deserve to be discussed. Highly not recommended!!!

The rooms are clean and good. The room that I booked was big and furniture was very good. The view outside the hotel was also good and refreshing. Its swimming pool was too big and clean and they also provided steam bath as well. Its sauna is fantastic

I am using this hotel since last 5 years , Use to be nice hotel, But ever since the sudden death of the owner the quality and atmosphere of the hotel is deteriorating day by day . I personally feel that the management running the affairs are either not experienced or not honest with their duties. Very recently experienced , over charging in bills in contrary offered by there marketing department. The hotel needs improvement in every department to attract customers and to compete with other hotels of similar standing . I wish good luck to the owner/management of the hotel.

It is a decent place to stay on, the standard of Savoey Hotel was outstanding 3 years ago but currently since three years surprisingly its standard became very low. I have been visited this hotel number of time during last five years and the above comments are on the basis of my personal experiences.

Very pathetic rooms air conditioning system very poor. Room service poor . House keeping and laundry pathetic. In short poor never stay there.

An effort by the management to improve the service is much appreciated. The staff isnt cooperative at all. I asked them to bring me a cup of tea over the extension but they took more than 3 hours to bring it because the guy over the phone forgot to tell this order to kitchen for room service.

A good hotel in prime locality of lahore. Though there food is expensive breakfast is not upto mark but it doesnt matter nearby food points are quite good. Room Price is good according to location. Gulberg n liberty is in close approach. Not that far from airport. Near by area contains malls restaurants n banks in short if some one is travelling from abroad n wants a short stay with good facilities nearby at a reasonable price then savoey is a good choice.

Its located in a central place near MM Alam road in Lahore (you can find all the main restaurants and high end brands on MM Alam). The staff is nice and accomodating. They give you complementary fruit and juice when you first come and then put complementary tea stuff ( tea bags, cups, spoon) and an electric kettle (to boil water) everyday for you to make chai ( this is perhaps the best thing here). Also, their wifi works.However, here are a few things that definitely needs some improvements.-The building is a bit old and that is apparent from the door knobs, the washrooms and the annoyingly noisy heating system.-They are also not very particular about the cleanliness. The cups, plates and the tables are definitely not clean. Also, they could also be better off by buying a new toaster.- They Dont give you irons but iron stuff for you which can take a while so make sure to give your clothes a little before you need to leave to account for that.- Also I dont consider that this place has like a really good security system

The rooms are clean, staff very nice and co-operative but as far as the services are concerned, they lack some points. The credit/debit card machine does not work which created a problem for me to arrange cash. Secondly, when i asked for the invoice, their printer cable was not working. Overall, the room prices are high for what they are offering.

Not a bad choice rather if you have no better option then this hotel is okay. They charge airport drop at the time of checkout if you request. So make sure to make a deal at the time of check in. Food ? Avoid infact you got several better place for dine in a KM distance (ahmed ali kusuri road or MM Alam road)Amenities are of very poor quality. Better use your own soap pr shampo :)
