Overall good experience. Staff are friendly and caring. Room was clean. Good but limited choices in breakfast.Room was not spacious. Iron and room fridge provided upon request. Prices are bit high as compared to other hotel in that location.

It was OK to live in this hotel. Location is good in the busy Gulberg Area. Although I had booked in advance, but some basic stuff was missing in the room and especially in the bath room.Towels, toilet rolls were missing. There were flies in the room, and next day in the morning more flies filled in. I had to ask for full spray to get rid of flies. Staff generally was good, however, more attention is needed from room preparation perspective well in advance.

This place is 5 stars. I stayed in a guest house in Islamabad for a similar price and there is no comparison between the two. This place is new, clean and absolutely beautiful. The service is excellent. The bathroom is beautifully decorated and the water is hot. The shower is a power shower and it is amazing. The hotel I stayed in Islamabad kept running out of hot water. They have a security guard for the cars.I havent tasted the food yet so I cannot comment on that yet but this place is worth every rupee. It is literally a 5 star hotel for the price of a 3 star guest house.Im a guest from the uk and this place is extremely impressive. I even checked in at midnight and there were no issues.

They did very good job and made a lot of changes to make their facility up to the mark.

Dont risk your stay with these people. Even if its their fault, you will be the one to suffer.The hotel location and rooms are fine but the management is exploitative and after a quick buck.I was asked to move to another room on my last night to make space for a large group that had recently arrived. To be nice I agreed although I had paid for my specific room in advance. I was told I will be provided with a similar room but actually they moved me to another hotel which was disgusting. After packing all my things and going there on the back of a motorcycle (they didnt even bother to get me a taxi) I saw it was a dump. I explained I was not happy with the replacement but was simply told this is the only option. It was 10 p.m at night and I was tired so I decided to stay there. Later that night i found out how terribly dirty the bathroom was, the lenin smelled, the bin still had garbage from the last occupant and the mattress and bed were just terrible. Al Burhan just got the cheapest option to get rid of me and shamelessly lied to my face.

Brand new hotel rooms are nice n clean. We booked 5 rooms n he gave us one single room but charged us full cost. The hotel management was not at all helping. They didnt even had change to pay us back. Our washroom hot water pipe bursts n comoud tank leaks all the tym. No shampoo or paste was given earlier. We inquire then they provide us.

Best place to stay with family. Near to MM Alam road which is famous for all shopping brands and food chains. Staff was calm and supportive. Professional service

One can use number of ways to commute even enjoy walk to nearest Main Market of Gilbert.
