It was an mixed experience, the (tripple) room was big and clean. The bathroom was also nice and clean. For this rate (4.000 PKR a night), very reasonable. Our driver could sleep in another room for free, that is also a plus.Some things to improve:The service was unprofessional, that annoyed me very much. Matters were handled in a very chaotic and messy manner, such as orders being incomplete and arriving late. They gave an old menu card and later on told me the prices are changed (and you have an old menu).So, it will become a very good place for short stays in Lahore if they can upgrade the service.

If you need luxery at low prices at heart of lahore, 12J is the place. Ambiance, Cleanliness, staff and atmosphere is lovely however services are on low but believe me at budget of 4500 you can not have better than 12 J.

Nice big comfortable room and clean big bathroom. Stayed there for 1 day with my father and brother in a single room which consists of 1 master bed and 1 single bed. Room is very clean and and equipped with all the required things. Cusmtomer service is also nice. Only problem is a hot water in winters.

Warning! Not for foreigner! Do not be fooled by the appearance, this hotel looks nice, but majority of the items are non functioning. I stayed here for 2 days, payed the asking price with out any hassle and still received poor quality.Water not working, cable keeps going out, fridge not working, and beyond all my arm is filled with bug bites! Food is all ordered out, and all given to us cold.To be honesty i gave the management a change to redeem them self but they declined.Not for family.

Room was big and toilet clean. Howe er small cockroaches can be spot in Cabinet. We need a early check out but breakfast not served until 8 am.

First of all Its not a hotel. Its a house and they have converted it to a hotel. I visited this place last year in February and I wont go there again nor do I recommend it. Its highly not recommended and not worth the money. The rooms are not clean and are filled with the smell of some cleaning detergent. Also, they have very limited parking space only 2 - 4 vehicles can be parked in the premises.

Missed my visit as time was short in lahore but very quick respond after booking, economical, very compensated staff as i got a call from booking desk just to inform that they managed a special room on ground for the wheelchair access... So next time i will surly visit to see inperson what hotel 12j offers.

Stayed here for 10 nights and had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well serviced. The staff guys are amazing and friendly. You must try the food, its owsum. Deffo recommended...

12J is one of the best guest house , I ever have seen in lahore . I have my construction business and projects in Lahore. I regularly visit Lahore. I always stays at 12j and the reason is the staff working there .,Specially on reception and the room attendants . They have a great respect for their guests and their families .I always feel comfortable . Its like a second home in lahore . The food is always fresh . Rooms are neat and clean . Completely family guest house/Restaurent . The management is really good . The owners are also very friendly . I wish 12 J a very good luck . May Allah give them more and more progress . The whole credit goes to the staff of 12 J . Morning shift as well as night shift including the security guards .Dr. Bilal

Clean and well maintained place. Rooms are well spacious only bad point is entrance which is realy narrow could not find at first and then had to come all way around as service lane is one way and always filled with traffic.

Wierd hotel, the manager we met was not friendly at all

V stayed just one night but hotel room, bed, atmosphere, service, staff everything was awesome.

I stayed for 2 nights with family and then returned to stay for another 2 nights. The staff were very courteous, informative and accommodated any request. They also assisted with arranging local transport.Breakfast was the highlight, delicious prahta, halva puri which they sourced upon our request.The accommodation itself was also good.

Not a great experience. Were do I start. Firstly the price I paid was a lot more then advertised at the front desk. There was no checking in process as they did not no who we were. Then we had to prove to them we were a married. We had entered our room to find there was no access to the balcony. Even tho there was a door but had been locked. We then ordered some food that took nearly 2 hours to come. And also took them 2 hours to iron 1 shirt which made us late for a booked event we were there to attend. In the evening we come back to the hotel just to find there was no hot water in the room. Just to top that off we had 1 blanket between us that looked like it had never been washed. Had stains all over it. Also no wifi avavilable.
