The hosts are extremely welcoming and kind, the ambiance is excellent and relaxing, rooms are of high standards and in immaculate condition. Our favourite thing about this place is the playful golden lab they have (Thor) and that its a pet friendly place. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

One of the best place to stay when youre in lahore. I have to say the environment is friendly and also they charge a fair amount for the rooms. Also the staff here is good.This place is so nicely designed which makes it more interesting. They have a private pool table for the guests.Haha one more thing I would like to mention that they also have friendly labrador dog who likes to play.I highly recommend everyone to visit here.

When it comes to choosing a place for stay this is the best you will find. Situated right at the main entrance of Lahore. The place is aesthetically designed and at the first glimpse you get blown away. The place reminds you of the majestical old Lahore but the rooms are very well maintained and no less than a 5 star hotel.The staff is very well trained and they make sure your stay is comfortable. The best part is the privacy you get to enjoy there. The rooms are designed in a way that each person enjoys their own privacy. Theres a garden where you can sit and enjoy evening tea and a very classy lounge for you to chill.

This hotel got to be the best hotel on Lahore the family treats you like your a family member. In the room there are TV which has Netflix you can watch showsMovies and anime. The dog is friendly to he doesnt bite he plays with you the staff is well trained and the owner is very good he asks me if I need a coffee or teaIts feels like family this hotel have swimming pool but its getting ready.has the best things to offer the rooms are comfy there is kitchen you can ask the staff to bring you something like KFC or harddees because its close. Great location, modern bathrooms and clean rooms but what matters me the most is the staff and genuinely they are incredibly helpful and generous with helping you in every little detail.A very comfortable accommodation overall in a very decent price. Recommended !!!

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE!!!!!Dont know why this hotel has got even 4/5 rating they simply deserve 1/5. Dirty rooms, uneducated ‘’JAHIL’’ staff they don’t even know how to talk with guest. Not recommended at all specially for family.

Run away. This place is absolutely trash and the photos are not authentic. If you found this via airbnb dont buy it. They ended up putting me in a more expensive place because of this trash hole. If I could give negative stars I would. Im still waiting to have him taken off airbnb. The reviews are not authentic on there. The one gent from 2018 happened to just stroll out of the room....

Pros:The staff was very very friendly and their response was so fast. And the location was near everything I wanted as a tourist and as business traveller. Specially Daewoo bus station and emporium mall being near the property made my overall stay worth it.Cons: I would love to see pancakes or waffles in the breakfast. But, the overall breakfast was good.Overall, it’s outstanding hotel with a good location, price, clean and good room service. I would definitely visit it again.Thank you for your hospitality

3 night stay We feel respected every time we come and stay in 12th Avenue Lahore. The family are excellent pay us huge respect. Nice rooms, fantastic service and friendly staff & friendly invar and overall in the hotel.

I stayed one night with my family, the owner & hosts family is wonderful, mannered and have a very friendly attitude, they make all possible efforts to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, staff was very helpful as well and accommodating to all our needs. However, there is room for improvement in the hotel management and organisational skills as we felt they werent as organised as hotels/guest houses usually are.There are no boards for identification of the place and they keep dogs , however, they did lock up the dogs upon our request. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very spacious and clean.The rooms were quite and private away from the noise of the common areas.The location is fantastic and it is great value for money. We enjoyed and had a great experience with the facility in Lahore.

Facility needs a lot of improvements.Staff was not properly trained and extremely unprofessional.Except beds and the restroom, Almost every thing in the facility was untidy.They always kept their dog unchained which curtailed movements across the facility.Dining Table and the room was dusty and a bit messy.No television and intercom/phone facility in the rooms.Overall the facility is quiet and calm, the construction style is also good but improvements like proper management, staff training, cleanliness of the facility, improved room facilities like television, intercom, dustbins, lamps etc are much required.

Great place i am living here from last 5 month now

Cleanliness of room and washroom was appropriate but lacked with basic amenities. Like no soap dish in washroom, no hanging space for clothes in washroom as well. The only furniture available in the room was two beds. No television and fan in room. There was a 1 ton Ac which might not be sufficient in upcoming summers of lahore. The access to room was with a very narrow iron spiral stairs. Dining hall and table was very untidy. Complimentary breakfast includes Bread loafs and egg omlet with tea. Tissue box and salt were demanded by the waiter.Not recommended for families even for bachelors too.

A great place to stay in Lahore!! Exactly the kind of thing we need more in Pakistan.A true Airbnb experience as opposed to other guesthouses.The hosts were great had a great conversation with them. The place is super comfortable and beautifully decorated . The location is a trade-off,on one hand there is the motorway and on the other there is Daewoo Terminal. I highly recommend booking 12th Avenue and can’t wait for my next stay !!

The location isnt a hotel, its more like a big house with plenty extra rooms where the family manages the guests. There is no room service, no phone system, no television. The room that i got had just 2 beds. no side tables, just one chair no table and had to ask for a proper table and an additional chair. The air conditioning was ok, the servants who are tasked with managing and helping the guests arent responsive, there is literally no room service before 9 in the morning. i had to go multiple times to ask the hosts in order to get my clothes ironed. on my final day the hosts asked for an additional one-day payment as they entered wrong dates in the bill but that got sorted later, but still after i checked-out and went to the nearby daewoo station the servant persued me and asked for the extra day payment. they ask for the whole bill on the first day in advance, pkr 750 tax was also added even though i confirmed the amount and taxes before arriving. the list goes on in order to summarize this, if your are with friends this place would be ok for you, if you are going for work related stuff or with family avoid this place. The only plus about this hotel is the welcoming and decent hosts.

I don’t understand why this hotel has very good reviews ...very poor, no hot water, not much option in breakfast, we paid for a room for five people but there were only two double beds. One of us end up sleeping on the floor mattress.
