We wait for 3 hours for dinner also their service is very bad we are sitting on 11 floor there is no wifi wifi is available on 10 floor they dont give password also their lift is very slow me ay my cousin walk from 11 floor to 1 floor

Nice place to stay. Food is good and low price as compare to smart Hotel and maisonette hotel. If you have additional guest or driver to stay in room then they charged separetly 4000 ruppes which is not good

Very good option to stay if you are visiting Lahore. Accommodation standard is good, rooms are neat and clean, food quality is better, staff is good. Rates are economical as compared to the other hotels in the area with same accommodation and standards. Recommended if you are visiting Lahore with your family members.

I went there for a conference. The halls were spacious and cozy. Most important thing was food. Although variety of the food was captivating but what impressed us all was the taste of the food. Most of the dishes were very delicious and had their peculiar aroma. This place is the best substitute for your money.

Nice place to live on jail road near canal. Its luxurious place. Rooms are clean and good room services. Breakfast is complimented and not much lavished but still its ok. Cleanliness is impressive. Air conditioning facilities are well working. Approach road is bit difficult to access as it is bit off road

I have booked a room over the phone and the very next day when I arrived, they told me no room was booked by me. All the staff and the guy who was standing behind the reception desk (Around 10am) was so unprofessional and desperate. They all were staring my partner with no respect. Very very bad experience

Reasonable hotel with limited amenities and slow service. Have a nice rooftop restaurant with complimentary buffet breakfast and other meals ala carte. Open air seating also available. Rooms are ok but could be better oriented. Not sure whether it is worth the rent they charge for it.

This hotel is situated in heart of the city. Very accessible location form almost every part of Lahore. Hotel itself is good clean and peaceful. I stayed there for five days during a training and everything was superb. No complains.

It wasnt too good. It was just fine. Our room didnt have a proper phone connection which had to be fixed later and it also didnt have a mini fridge, something everything hotel room has and should have.

Worst hotel with bitter experience always. Every time I visit it and find it more worst than before. Nothing has been changed in this hotel since its beginning I guess. Towels, showers, lighting, room service, everything is poor and it feels as if we are staying unpaid here. The worst thing is its discorteous staff especially on reception. I feel helpless as its on panel of company but they must have someone to review their services and staff

Seminar hall is good. Food quality is above average. View of the city can be enjoyable from the 11th floor dining room.

Shalimar Tower Hotel is situated at the most busy location of the city i.e at the cross of Canal Road and Jail Road.(Almost) in the centre of the city.With almost all the facilities ranging from private rooms to meeting rooms to banquet halls.Although car parking is an issue there.It is just next to Servis House.One of the high rise hotels in the city.

Last to visits in during April 2019 was a good experience good lunch buffet and hi-tea

Nice place for staying executive class guests in Lahore. It is situated on Jail Road, service road on our way to canal while coming from Gulberg. It has facilities for conferences, banquets, has restaurant as well. For marriage parties prices are higher than the rest of the city. Parking is a major issue there.

Pathetic food taste. Always provide previously stored cooked meat n sweet. Taste of meat n halwa etc have sourness indicating that the food was in cold storage for long n reheated before serving.
