Bedrooms were good, but the bathrooms sucked.Housekeeping needs to up its game. They need to deep-clean after every guest. They need to put some quilt covers on their comforters/blankets. They dont change the pillow cases which is gross! They will provide clean pillow cases only after you specifically ask them to, but you shouldnt have to ask for such a thing at a hotel, it should already be a part of their services.

The rooms are good sizes but it is very dusty. There is limescale everywhere in the bathroom, the toilet seat isnt clean. The sink felt like it would break quickly. The housekeeping sucks and the floor, bed, furniture was covered in dust and I have dust allergies, I have bad to wear a face mask to sleep. I wont be staying again unless the housekeeping is up to scratch. I was told that the hot water 24/7, but this isnt the case at all. Please clean your rooms thoroughly! You should always be prepared for guests no matter what situation or time.

I stayed in this hotel with my family...staff members are so much cooperative....parking is nice because its main city Centre...rooms are nice ....washroom had issue but they fix it....lift is small ....but it has value for money.....

They also arrange for their guests a complimentary breakfast every morning. It provides laundry services that are very impressive. It has free WiFi on each floor available to its residents. Although they do not have any gift shops or relaxation facilities such as a massage centre or a sauna.

Very bad hotel and very poor services, after cutting off ac invertor electricity, they try to make fool by saying that invertor can not work as it requires special remote,considering maybe the the guests came from the jungle first time in big city Lahore. The wash room dirty and smelly, leakage from Muslim shower and in seat, seat itself dirty and broken its top, wash basin damaged at places, shower handle broken, in breakfast paratha without oil or ghee, insisted to purchase large water bottle for a single person, maybe owners have earned a lot and don’t need more business.

In actual i didnt dislike the place but it was a so so place. With good parking space n ok lobby and decent room. After whole days tough work routine tried coffee at Marco polo. It was just a milk with a flavour of coffee. Serving was unprofessional. So u may visit if u want after reading above. Choice is urs.

Hotel Marcopolo is very nice and we always stay here

I called them from Islamabad on their official PTCL number and asked the tariff for one night stay they done me Rs 2500 after bargaining without breakfast, but when I reached the hotel and parked my car in basement and went back to the reception with luggage they asked me Rs 4000 to pay than I asked them we have done 2500 on phone why are you charging higher as you have committed me 2500? they started fighting me and their behavior was so rude.

The hotel management was one of the Best.. Very friendly and helpful, Room Service was very good, the only down point was the Kitchen service, in my 3 weeks stay there they Couldnt make me my very Simple Breakfast which was 2 eggs one Omelette and one half and PRATAH.. Till the last day they couldnt make it unfortunately...

The decor of hotel is like 3 star, but the staff deal in very depraved manner. I stayed for two nights. When i check in the room they switch on the AC, and later when i feel cold and tried to slow down the AC i find the staff took the AC remote with them, and when i ask the give the remote they refuse and said they are not allowed to give remote to guest. Holy Sh... why the hell you don’t give remote to guest? Do i need to call the staff again and again to control the AC temperature. i stayed in Royal block for which they charged extra for generator but still there was no light in my room in the middle of night. Only recommended if you are looking for a cheap hotel the services and staff is contrast to the building and hotel decor. Even the duty manager and receptionist were very rude in behavior. I booked for 3500PN with BF.

I was here at a Mehndi function we were at the rooftop.Event was organized well. Food was served on time and it was a descent mealWe were served BBQ items. Chicken pieces BBQd and chicken kababs. They were both pretty descent. I had a descent trip at this place.
