Next to this hotel are better hotels than this one.Drawbacks:1) electric socket is away from bad, you have to put your mobile away from yourself.2) In breakfast Ammlate, Channe, Tea, Parata, Bread and Jam. Never make mistake to try this so called Channe otherwise you will have to search for bathrooms frequently while roaming in Lahore.3) flash toilet only so those who like Commode will not find here.

I stayed here for three days and it was one of the worst experiences in my life.I am a traveler and Ive experienced many 2 star hotels but this was one of the poorest services1. Unhygienic, the bed was dirty.2. No hot water available to shower in winters3. No food available in the restaurant you have to order it from outside.4. They charge 4000PKR a day and trust me their rooms are not even close to 1000PKRIn this range you can live in good hotels within lahore like gulberg greens and bahria5. Lastly, their parking was dirtiest with nails on the ground which punctured my tire from 7 places.6. AND THEIR ROOM SERVICE WAS PATHETIC. HAVE TO CALL 3 TIMES TO REMIND WHATEVER FACILITY YOUVE ASKED FOR. P. S many of their intercoms were not even working.Highly UN Recommended!

I stayed at this place for two days, our initial experience was bad. The room was not clean, there was no hot water. Could not sleep first night. Upon complain next morning, manager was very courageous and took care of all the problems, got good service. Hot water was restored. I am only giving two star because they did not think of cleaning the room before they gave us the room

I would rate this 5 star only if they have done pesticides regularly.During my visit i found cockroaches of many types.Other then this the hotel is exceptional with the lowest rates.

It is good place to stay either alone or with family. Nice location, lift also available to move up and down. Restaurant is also available, buffet breakfast is compulsory and also good in quality and quantity. Rooms are clean and spacious, WiFi also available, washrooms are ventilated and clean, staff is also friendly. Worth of the cost, recommended to spend some quality time for stay.

Room was not clean upon arrival. Complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. Service staff is great. WiFi is slow and connection is weak.

I doesnt looks like a professional hotel. Its just okay. In 4000 rupees a day, there would be better hotels than this.

I stayed here few months ago breakfast and service of breakfast is very poor No proper exhaust in wash room charges are higher as compared to prices

Best for short stay in city. Important place are easily reachable. Clean and coozy environment. Highly recommended. Prices are slightly high but you wont regret.

The worst hotel i ever see in my life, filthy staff, they dont know how to talk with someone. Rude behaviour. They act like they are standing in pc or marriot. I suggest never waste your time by going there especially with family. You feel a lot of emarsament infront of the family. Bad bad bad bad experience.

I stayed there many times over the past 5 yrs but recently due to change in management & ownership their behavior haa changed & they r not as cooperative as they used to be.

For short stay in city I’ll recommend this hotel, all department of this place is average, add some local spices in menu to make travellers comeback rather then they enjoy local food on street
